Très beau et agréable séjour dans une atmosphère feutrée

Situation très agréable sur le bord du Rhin, service d’une grande amabilité, restaurant et petit déjeuner parfait.

Pour le prix une chambre assez exiguë, salle de bain avec une baignoire très haute, difficilement accessible pour des personnes plus âgées.

Als je het budget hebt dan is het een belevenis!

De mate van attentie en de bijzondere aandacht voor een meegebracht huisdier. Mandje, drink bak, brokjes, alles was voorzien! Maar verder een geweldig ontbijt en top service, ook met bagage en valet parking.

Let me think…. Geen idee!

Der gewöhnte perfekte Aufenthalt, war dieses Mal doch leicht getrübt.

Das Zimmer war wunderschön. Das Abendessen fantastisch und das Frühstück in jeder Hinsicht perfekt

Obwohl ich early Check in angegeben hatte, wäre das Zimmer erst nach 15.00 Uhr fertig geworden, wenn Ich nicht reklamiert hätte. Dann war es doch schon um 14.00 Uhr plötzlich fertig. Erst nachdem ich mich beschwert habe, dass bei der Wartezeit in jedem hotel bisher das Getränk in der bar aufs Haus gegangen wäre, kam man mir entgegen. Dieses Ich muss erst abklären, ob wir den Tee übernehmen können, fand ich bei der langen Wartezeit schon fast unverschämt.

Un scurt sejur minunat la Basel

Pentru cel mai vechi hotel citadin din Europa este într-adevăr deosebit. Extrem de bine plasat, pe malul Rhinului, camera extrem de generoasă și foarte bine finisată cu mare atenție la detalii și la dotări. Personalul extrem de prietenos, amabil și foarte profesionist. Vom reveni cu siguranță!

A wonderful memory

The hotel was amazing in every way. The staff were excellent and friendly. Would definitely stay there again. The experience and stay was wonderful.

Fabulous 5 star hotel with the service a room quality you would expect

Excellent 5 star service, beautiful rooms overlooking the Rheine. It’s a real quality hotel.

Perfect stay in Basel.

Perfect stay in Basel. We spent our wedding night in the hotel, we had a nice suite with balcony and river view. We couldn’t choose better for our special moment. Location it is really central and the stuff is very nice and helpful. Valet-parking it is a plus.

The location and the hotel in general is amazing

They renovate the gym, and the temporary gym that they have is outside of the elevators, in a corridor without air conditioning

Very small room but accept it is an old building. service one night poor had to wait over an hour for the order.

A very nice hotel near Old Town and restaurants.

Lovely property with ornate design everywhere. Very gracious staff at every location waiting to direct or help. Wonderful river lounge for getting a drink and relaxing. The breakfast was one of the very best I have had the pleasure of. The room was very comfortable and quiet although we were on the city side by the trams.

The one morning we had breakfast we sat next to the window viewing the river. There was a large amount of small flies that probably came from the river on the window and some were on the table.

magnificent pre-Christmas stay in Basel!

the property is everything you could hope for! Elegant, perfect location in Basel on the edge of the old town. The staff is exceptional on every level!
