I will absolutely go back

The room was quite big, clean and nice with a view on the sea, a big bathroom and very comfortable bed. Good food quality for both breakfast and dinner. Quiet and elegant hotel.

Cleanliness was top notch. Close enough (driving-wise) to all the nice beaches whilst being in a quiet area.

Unique, quality hotel right on the beach in the best area of Gran Canaria. Great value holiday.

The Location and comfort were both excellent, this unique hotel is right by the sea, only 3 floors all with uninterrupted views. The pool and bar facilities were private but had secure direct access to the beach and the coastal path. The San Augustin area is a cut above the other areas we came across and the hotel is set among some good quality apartments, few other hotels are in the same position. The staff were very attentive and friendly and informative. The rooms were well appointed and cleaned daily. There was entertainment on every night during dinner but it was not intrusive, it was generally very quiet and it suited us well for the holiday we wanted Breakfasts were excellent and the Half Board option was very good value and nicely presented. The international airport was only 30 minutes away and the facilities and check in service very efficient compared to what we have come to expect in the UK recently.

The set menu was a little restricting but excellent value, we were only disappointed on one night by the choice. It would have been nice to have had a la carte on a couple of nights. The rest of the island appeared very drab compared to St Augustin. Even Hotel land in nearby Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas looks like a concrete jungle in comparison

Love this hotel for its location and staff

The staff make this hotel especially the dining room they are a pleasure to watch. They treat all visitors with respect and are helpful to the less mobile.

The rooms especially the bathrooms although spotless and have wonderful views are now looking a bit dated

The best staff and service in the world.

The staff was exceptional. Eduardo and his team went above and beyond to suit the needs of our exceedingly large group and made us feel very welcome. The whole team was 100% top notch. -Thanks again from Kevin his newlywed wife and party of 20+ family and friends.

Fantastic hotel, calm, quiet and relaxing

Exceptional staff. Nothing too much for them. Location unbelievable

Food and tea could have been hotter. We in Ireland like all food to be piping hot especially dinner and morning cup of tea

Clean hotel with large rooms and some minor, but annoying issues

Rooms are large, there is a different show on each dinner, location is quite good as hotel is on the beach, free wifi and parking near hotel.

We ordered room with ocean view, but instead we got number where we could see other buildings in front of our room (ocean was visible only when exiting to balcony and looking to one side). There were electrical installation problems (told reception, but it was not fixed) - one socket was broken and not working, plus there was some not properly insulated wires (you could see open wires). There were like 3 power sockets in whole big room and those are far away from beds. There is some wear and tear in rooms, but nothing critical.

This hotel is in an excellent location. It is a lovely hotel for people who treasure a relaxing holiday. The staff are superior and helped to make this hotel special.

Small and quiet in a great location..

We have stayed there 3 times but wish the bathrooms could be updated. Eg. walk in showers. Hard for older people to climb into the high sided bath to have a shower..

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location by the sea.

Being asked to pay for use of safe in room in a 4 star hotel. Dimly lit corridors during the day. Undercooked evening meal on one occasion. Generally a rather dated look and feel for a 4 star property.
