Helpful staff, gave us directions for late checking. Very clean. Decent breakfast. Good location. Disturbed sleep due to thin walls, frequently waking up to ppl making noise outside the room. Shower water was less warm in the evening though it worked fine in the morning.

Comfortable stay in a very convenient location to visit the historical city center. A bit inconvenient the access to the parking but super secure 😁

Checked in quite late so needed to use self-checkin instructions. The instructions were clearly laid out and simple to follow. Lift to 2nd floor quite small for 2 people and back packs ... so beware you don't get stuck on the way up! Only had a brief stay as flew back home in the morning.... but what we saw the location / accommodation was great.

I stayed 5 nights at this B&B in Catania Pros: wonderful staff, perfect location, comfortable bed, good WIFI speed, large bathroom, good AC, lots of storage space, good breakfast, balcony. Cons: sewage smell in bathroom, paper thin walls. I could hear every sneeze, cough and conversation from the rooms around me which impacted my enjoyment and sleep. I had to enter codes on 5 different lockboxes to access my room each and every time I came back to the property. The room and location were good but noisy guests spoiled my relaxation and sleep on several occasions.

Lovely and reliable service, and it's right next to all the tourist spots in Catania! Definitely opt for getting a taxi to and from the hotel, as the street is very difficult to pull suitcases along.

The hotel has been recently renovated / refurbished and is clean, light and spacious. What was most impressive abut my stay was the delightful and helpful staff. From checking into departure every member of staff I encountered was friendly and extremely helpful.

Area around property typically dirty and congested. Not the fault of the B&B, all the big cities in Sicily seem to be very dirty with trash and dog mess, not pleasant. Staff was excellent and accomodating. Room was comfortable but flushing toilet paper is often not allowed. Old plumbing or waste management systems. Sicily just seems very "run down" and neglected. Again property itself is fine and comfortable, just use the bidet.

Excellent customer service. They book tours for you. Hotel is centally located making it convenient. Bus stop to/from airport is right next to the hotel. 4 euros to/from the airport. Secure grounds. Great value. Will stay there again.

This is a great place to stay. We booked a family room and had a double and 2 singles. The room had an en-suite with toilet, bidet, shower and basin. There is air con and a balcony that we could see Mount Etna from. Breakfast is in the kitchen down the hallway and we could choose from croissants, bread rolls, muffins, doughnuts, yoghurt, fruit, cold meats, cheese etc. There were all manner of drinks and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was 8-10. The reception team work 8 TIL 8 and will help with anything like booking trips and taxis and advising on places to visit. They also let us store our luggage when we checked out because we had an evening flight. This was fantastic value for money, we would definitely stay here again. We loved it. You feel really safe. There is a big gate outside and you ring the bell when you first arrive. Then there are stairs or a lift to get up to the hotel. We can’t recommend it enough.

We were checked into an apartment with a kitchen and a spacious living room. The bedroom was also very big. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Check in was very easy and the location was within walking distance from the central station. The reception was very helpful and efficient. Breakfast was also very sumptuous. We liked our apartment so much we extended our stay.

Excellent location, yummi breakfast (the brownies are delicious), nice room... but the best of all, the attention, service and tourist guidance of the girls in front desk. I will definately stay again. High recommended...!!!

Very friendly and helpfully personal. The bus-stop (airport <-> catania) locates direct beside the entry of Suite Inn Catania. Breakfast - room is very small but nice. Breakfast is more sweet than continental but tasty. We enjoid it.

I was comfortable.I could not access reception when I arrived and had been given no instructions on how to get past the massive iron gate.The soundproofing between rooms and in the hallway was very poor, and there was unnecessary noise.There was no soap dish or rack in the shower, so I dont think the user experience was particularly well thought out.I was given three keys I had to carry and manage to access my room from the street, and then I had to learn a special code to use the elevator. The safety was appreciated, but the guest experience was not ideal.

Using as overnight stay before early morning flight. Was leaving to early for breakfast but staff prepared and brought a selection of breakfast to the room the night before and were very informative. Clean, tidy and quiet. Excellent stay.

This is a wonderful place to stay! Really central, only a few minutes from main sights, the room was very clean and good furnished, with all you need. All other areas are always kept clean too. The staff working at the reception is always available and the breakfast had various and fresh products! Until now the best place to stay in Sicily.

English version: - COCKROACH in the bathroom !! There are spaces at the baseboard level in the bathroom that let the cockroaches pass. The host just sayed us to find another hotel. Version française : - CAFARD dans la salle de bain !! Il y a des espaces au niveau des plinthe dans la salle de bain qui laissent passer les cafards. L’hôte nous a juste indiqué de trouver un autre hôtel par nous mêmes.

We stayed one night in the Suite Inn (early May 2018) and enjoyed our stay very much. The B&B is well located for visiting many of the places of interest in the city and although it is on the main road there was no noise at night. Our room (Bloom) was a good size with plenty of wardrobe space and drawers, something you don't always find in city accommodation. The bathroom was also a good size with room for all our bits and pieces. Breakfast was a good version of the standard Italian fare with plenty to choose from. We would certainly stay there again the next time we stay in Catania.

Very well-located, Suite Inn Catania is a nice B&B with high standards. Staff is kind and welcoming, breakfast much better than in other B&Bs. The only downside I experienced was the loud noise I could hear from both outside and inside the B&B (rooms are not well isolated) - Unfortunately I did not sleep well.

Things happen in even the best hotels. In this instance our room was too hot, we had no hot water, we lost power. In each occasion the problem was rectified within minutes, so we have no complaints. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome.The continental breakfast was excellent, possibly the best we have had.We would have no hesitation recommending this hotel.Catania is a very industrial city but it does have its attractions

Went between 20th and 27th October. This was a tourist holiday, we are a straight couple in early middle age. There were plenty of other age groups, older, young families and what appeared to be a gay couple, so the hotel is ideal for all ages and types and nationalities as there were Germans, Swiss, Americans and us from the UK. This establishment is in a very nice clean, central area surrounded by tourist attractions, traditional Italian pizza/pasta/fish dish restaurants,shops and bars. We had an apartment which was spacious and well appointed, I cannot speak for the rooms inside the hotel but they looked very clean.Many of the other hotels further out of town, towards the bus and train stations are in far less pleasant surroundings than this one with tramps, beggars and ladies of the night dotted about. If you get the train to Syracuse you will either need to skip breakfast that day or have a short trip to Syracuse; breakfast starts at 8 and the first train is also around then. The next train, which we took, was much later at 10:38 I think and we ended up going to Syracuse twice to get it all in. We went to Syracuse on the last two days; its split into a picturesque tourist island part and an area full of ampitheatres and catacombs and is worth two visits, but it would be possible to squeeze it into one day if taking the early train. One of the young ladies on the desk will make you up a food pack if you cannot make breakfast at 8am.Good breakfast, big range.

Amazingly helpful staff, a nice selection for breakfast and a very pleasing room that had a fair sized balcony attached. Bathroom small, otherwise very pleasant stay.
