Lovely serene spa-like accommodations. We reserved Springhouse 2. The in-room fireplace was a nice feature. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I had the pumpkin pancakes which were light and tasty. Staff and service very pleasant. I would stay here again. The Christmas decorations were tasteful and charming.

The property was in very nice condition, well kept grounds even in winter. Updated decor felt airy and fresh. Our room (springhouse 3) was comfortable and clean, pretty views from the balcony, fireplace was great to have on the 2 nights we stayed in mid february. I might recommend the property considers having a small rug/shoe mat for the winter months. We used one of our own towels for our snowy/muddy shoes do that we didn’t track that throughout the room. Dining room could also use a nice area rug or two to help with sound echoing. The staff was polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend to singles or couples staying in the area (probably not the best for families with children given the nature of the suites/rooms layout). Electric car charging was convenient and nice to have on property too. Overall great place to stay in the area!

Beautiful, comfortable rooms. The breakfast is the best I've had at a BnB- recommend the lemon blueberry pancakes, and the breakfast hostess was perfect. We loved the fresh flowers. Almost all communication with host was by text which caused problems trying to find our new room when the A/C was broken.

This was a shot in the dark not ever have stayed in the area. What super surprise. The hostess was very accommodating and showed us the property and walked us to our room. The bed and room was very nicely furnished and very clean. The grounds were like a garden and added to the total package along with the breakfast. Would recommend highly.

We loved it all! The inn had such character for a decent price! Beautiful renovations. Breakfast was amazibg and we chose in bed! Arrived right when we had asked for it as well! The front desk was very helpful and nice! We plan on looking into here for our wedding and plan to come back when the weather gets warmer to see the property! We had massages, in our room! They did all the scheduling for us prior too. The hospitality there was amazing. 10/10 or 5/5. Would recommend to anyone staying in this area!

The room was fantastic, very clean, calm and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back. A few suggestions—the balcony is need of an upgrade, an espresso machine would be fantastic, and it would be great to have a mini fridge in the room to store any local purchases. Thank you!

Fariville Inn was amazing!! The cutest bed and breakfast. The rooms are beautifully renovated and decorated. I recommend booking the carriage suites. The owner Willie and inn keeper Joy are both so friendly. Breakfast was wonderful, at no extra charge! Location is great: less than 5 mins driving from Longwood Gardens & Kennett Square. Highly recommend staying here! Will definitely be coming back.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Spring House for our 10th Anniversary. Willie, the very kind owner, met us in the rain to show us to our beautiful room! Spacious and impeccably clean with a very fresh design. A hand-written note and fresh-cut flowers were so welcoming. The room was so beautiful and the breakfasts were delicious! Every employee was also so kind and friendly. We would love to come back to this beautiful space! It was a delightful stay and we are so grateful for our memorable time there!

The breakfast was sent to our room in plastic take out containers. They sent with plastic forks and spoons. Paper cups for coffee. Coffee mate, no milk until we asked. No table in room to put the food. The deck outside of the room had a hole in it. The deck furniture had chipped paint. Rust spots on the railing.

Stayed here for two nights. It was convenient to Winterthur and other local attractions. Our room was fine, could use some updating. Breakfast was good, not as ‘fresh tasting’ as I would have hoped. They were able to accommodate my husband’s gluten free needs (allergy).

The Fairville innkeepers were extremely hospitable and immediately made us feel right at home. The Americana-style room was quaint and well-appointed yet comfortable, with all of the amenities you would expect in a modern hotel room (with the exception of a coffee maker). Breakfast was outstanding, with 3 delectable menu items to choose from. I will stay here again the next time I need a room in the Chadds Ford area.
