Hotel, staff and room were great but unfortunately the mattress seemed too old and was sinking in in the middle and woke up with a back ache. Breakfast service was great.

The presence of carpet on the floor and noticeable dust in the corners detract from the overall experience. Despite being advertised as featuring a rainfall shower, it turned out to be just a standard one. Housekeeping services, including bed-making, are only offered every second day, which may not suit guests expecting daily upkeep. On a positive note, the hotel’s proximity to attractions like Brooklands racetrack and Mercedes-Benz World adds a unique touch for motorsport enthusiasts. However, if you're seeking an upscale experience, the hotel may not fully meet your expectations. The spa wasn’t relevant for our visit, so we cannot comment on that aspect. In summary, while Brooklands Hotel offers a decent stay with some luxurious touches, there are areas where it could improve, especially given the price point.

Great first impressions and service from Nina who checked us in. The room and view were 10/10 - so spacious and lovely and clean with a special little touch for our anniversary which was very much appreciated. The hotel was conveniently located with Mercedes-Benz World and Brooklands Museum just along the road and we also visited Garsons and Smith & Western which are both close by. The staff in the 1907 Restaurant this morning (29/09) were also great and breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay again!

Hotel was chosen for its proximity to Mercedes Benz World. We were not disappointed. The room was huge, bed very comfortable and bathroom was an excellent size. Would definitely stay here again.

Very welcoming and great service. Staff all very professional and nothing too much trouble. So well placed to get to London with buses straight to train station right outside. For us a big bonus they take cash. Helps with budgeting. Lots to do on the doorstep too. Would recommend.

I have stayed at many 4 and 5star hotels and I have never had to make my own bed. When asked why at reception she said it was the eco policy of the hotel, where making a bed and washing up two cups . I would say it’s a great way of saving money

Rather underwhelming. Slow check-in. No upgrades, or mention of our "bid" for one (they sent an email earlier in the week saying offer a price for an upgrade) No water in room. Terrible bed, so bouncy was like sleeping on a trampoline. £20 charge for parking. Spa only available if you booked a slot. Good location for visiting Brooklands museum or Mercedes Benz world, but if you're not then there are better hotels in the area.

Enjoying the stay BUT at dinner the starter plates was being picked up as main meal was delivered . Not good The waitress ( on table ) was wonderful in sorting out the issues Also the obsession telling people how long they have the table for is not inviting and would put some off returning . Overall we enjoyed our stay. At bit disappointed that when I used my hotels.com voucher it only gave me the option for room whereas if I had booked with Brooklands Hotel directly I could have booked a package. I therefore had to book for two to use the SPA which was the whole point of me booking. The SPA was very busy and I personally felt they let too many people in at once. We booked from 4-7pm but only managed to get into the hot tub at 6.30pm. There are signs saying do not stay for longer than 20 minutes but I'm sure people stayed longer. Maybe they need to introduce a booking system for the hot tub. Great stay but I feel the SPA should be automatically included and not have to be booked seperately! Staff very attentive and professional.

Great hotel and facilities with proximity to Mercedes World, Brooklands Museum which is a must..and to Weybridge. Food is expensive at the hotel - targets the Corporates not the tourists or locals. Thats the only criticism. Rooms were large and very comfortable

I have come to Brooklands for many years & have been to all the museums as well as the Mercedes-Benz facilities, particularly with my 3 grandkids who live nearby. Also the large nearby shopping mall. I had always wondered what the Brooklands Hotel was like. Now I know & will stay there again!

The room was a good size, modern and clean. Hotel is in a decent location, relevant to shops and restaurants etc. Comfy bed with a good shower, so ticks the main boxes for me. Is good fun having the race Mercedes test track out the front as well. Unfortunately the food here was a massive let down though, extortionately priced, and the burger I had was cold, bland and soggy with a charcoal bun. Found the staff to be a bit disorganised as well. Thought having to pay to park is a bit cheeky when the hotel has it's own car park which is not exactly in the middle of town. Not sure if I would return to be honest, now I know there is a Premier Inn up the road.

We paid extra for the spa which half of the experiences are missing. I had to book an extra room for 3 Adults. When you can book a family room for two adults and sneak another adult in.The family room is huge it has two double king size beds enough for four adults. Some hotels give you the experience, this one im not feeling it.

Lovely hotel and cocktail bar. My biggest criticism is that have to pay for parking when you stay there, where as just going for a meal entitles you to free parking.
