They remodeled the rooms and they are very nice and comfortable but the staff here are wonderful and that’s what keeps me going back love Tif the Bartender and Missy at front desk and the valet just wonderful experience

This was a beautiful property. We spent outside of our comfort level because there was supposedly a gym. Gym wasn’t available for some reason.
My biggest reason for giving a low rating is the restaurant/bar. The staff was great, but the food is AWFUL and overpriced. $18 for a very simple gin and tonic. We were told it was happy hour but prices did NOT reflect that.
Recommend bringing your own pillow, pillows wire super thick and firm.

Disappointed that the gym was under renovation . Otherwise a very pleasant stay

Wonderful hotel at a great location! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and building were very clean and the room was super cute! I was able to walk to everything I wanted to explore right from the hotel.

Great boutique hotel in Baton Rouge!

I checked into this hotel for three days of rest and relaxation. Staff was accommodating and charming. The room was quiet; a little smaller than anticipated, but cute, cozy and clean. My only complaint is that my view of the river (Riverview room reserved) was partly obstructed by the hotel next-door. However, I left feeling my purpose was achieved.

Loved my stay! Rooms are so pretty, clean, and nice. I will stay again
Hotel front desk were so nice respectful and very helpful .

Loved the decor and upgrades, i appreciated a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was quite comfortable. Unfortunate there was a long hair in my bathroom, no room number arrows or signage when getting off the elevator, and my upgraded room toilet would not flush. I had to use the lobby bathroom late night and early morning. The staff comped breakfast and will notify manager on Monday when they are in.

It was very nice the area was great the food was amazing I’ll definitely visit again

Excellent hospitality from the staff. Amazing room given with a view that also had great excitement of artwork.
Chef Phillip brought the new menu changes with the French Creole style which was amazing and well executed by Chef Terence. Fabulous selections of beverages, including cocktails made by Autumn. The front desk management is very warm - Tracey, Renee, Danielle and Jason. Everyone thrive to make up for little hiccups and made the stay outstanding. The meeting room is beautifully designed and perfect for gatherings and hosting corporate events
I will be back again. Thank you, Paramita R

the concierge was so wonderful even at 3:00am he still made sure the room was perfect and had a view of the river for me.

The Reno on this property is amazing looks so good I

Under construction but it did not post that. Basically you’re required to valet each night. Was charged $16 for some thing which I have no idea what that could be because there were zero amenities. The bar was closed. The fitness facility was closed, etc..

Six months ago I booked a king bed with a view room for two nights. Upon check in nothing was said we were given keys and sent to our room. It was a small room with a queen?. We went back down stairs and asked for the room, king, we booked. Nothing else available. Manager was called over and we stood there while he looked at computer screens and my email confirmation. He didn’t understand why we were changed but didn’t have anything to move us to. We agreed that we would spend an uncomfortable night and check out the next morning. He was cancelling the second night and refunding me. Since then I’ve gotten text messages hoping I had a good stay and then after the second night of which we didn’t stay and was supposed to have been cancelled hoping we had a good stay and click here to check out. No refund issued yet. Contacted hotels.com Friday night and got no help and a very long process because the agent failed to understand the problem.

Dirty shower, carpets in terrible shape, no dining options. Shouldn’t be paying full price with that much renovation ongoing.

Brandon and the staff at Hotel Indigo are just awesome people. All the staff was very friendly.

The staff are nice but this place is FILTHY dirty- trash full/not emptied in common areas, furniture in the room was peeling and faded, bathroom floors very dirty (we put a towel down so we didn’t touch it). It’s also under construction- but not here and there- EVERYWHERE, and it’s not kept neat or clean. DO NOT STAY HERE until the work is done.

Hotel is in the midst of renovations. Hope replacing the carpet in the hallways is part of the plan because they are very stained. We were pleased with our room.

Even with construction going on in the hotel the staff was amazing and the hotel was very clean!
4.0
Hotel is under construction, so you only get a tiny glimpse. This is a good thing as the carpets, beds, and rooms need major upgrades (carpet was gross, beds were not comfortable). The staff was spectacular. The valet was $33/night, no option to self park.

Despite under renovation, excellent stay, with VERY beneficial allowance for early check-in

very nice staff. great location. free bottled water. buckling dirty carpet. tiny room. restaurant not open.

Great location close to the riverfront. The breakfast was not impressive, but hopefully things will be better once they reopen the restaurant.

Great place to stay

AC does not keep room cool. Seems that the location of the thermostat is located in an area that gets the blown cool air and therefore cuts off before the entire room is cooled down.

Good location, valet was super easy and convenient, but I did not realize the lobby/restaurant was under construction when I booked this property. They did the best they could despite the construction. Will be great when finished.

Fairly clean. Fun location.

The valet and staff were super nice and helpful. We had a complentary shuttle to/from our event and the driver Arron was a gentleman. The check in and out process was smooth. The rooms were not cleaned well. Our room had not been swept well so we saw used toothpick/dental floss. Our friend in another room had condoms in the drawer. She was moved to another room by the friendly staff. Our mattress had a huge whole in the left side so it was not comfortable.

Disappointing that I had to hear garbage trucks for 40 mins outside my window at about 4:30am. Also breakfast was advertised for the morning…7/11 could have done it better. Construction going on for most the downstairs. Would have booked elsewhere. A fee was charged to me in the middle of the night also. We’ll see!
4.0
Excellent staff and location, but hotel is in terrible shape. The room and bathroom were very dirty and the room furniture had stains and tears. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks and the shower not got hot.
6.0
Sad to say the place is run down. Carpeting filthy, furniture all beat up, stale smells… bedding was clean and bathroom.. The best part was the staff, they were all very nice and demonstrated terrific customer service . The restaurant is being re done so hope that will lead to them doing the rest of the hotel…

Our stay was ok beds were sooo comfortable … but what really got us by surprise was the unexpected pay to park I feel if one stay at hotel why pay for parking every night you stay if you gotta pay a fee it should be once and told on the sites you have to pay for parking matter of fact we wasn’t even told we had to pay was told after we check out

Great property and staff. Convenient to everything.
