The staff appeared to have a slight attitude for some reason, and one staff member questioned me extensively about my contact information, which felt uncomfortable. The rooms showed noticeable wear and tear, and the noise from nearby planes taking off was disruptive due to its proximity to the airport.

I chose this hotel because it was a short walk to MARTA. Nice room, friendly service, and good parking (paid). The only thing I needed was a desk and chair.

Their shuttle was not working. The room smelled a little like smoke and it was just overall outdated. It was close to the airport which we needed.

Bummed that the advertised hotel shuttle was unavailable. Also, there was no indication that the on-site restaurant was closed on Sunday evening. Disappointing, to say the least.

The guy that was checking me in around 9:30/10 pm in the College Park location was absolutely rude and unprofessional. Lied about vacancies and when my wife called and checked he said there were rooms available. But got an attitude when I arrived with her and said he wasn’t going to rent to us without any explanations.

The hotel appearance was great! I did see one area for improvement. The shower needed a thorough cleaning as there were brown spots that were in several corners of the shower grout.

The tv didn’t work most of the time I was there they came and tried to fix twice and it went out again I just gave up because another guest said they was having same problem so I just watched my laptop. I seen a baby roach in my bathroom. The housekeeping didn’t come one time and I was there for four days. The front desk people and the Engineer person was very nice. I would stay her again and probably wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either.

Concierge staff was rude & impatient. Facilities were just ok, smelled like cheap washing detergent throughout the hotel. No microwave in rooms, just 1 community microwave in the hot 90degree ice room. They do not provide house keeping services for extended stay unless you request. Coffee maker in room did not work. TV remote had no back & batteries would fall out. Woke up one morning being greeted by a roach on th night stand. Iron was cheap & spit hot water spots on clothes. They charge $14 a day for parking & $14 per person for a bull crap breakfast buffet that is nothing more than a continental breakfast. Will not stay there again & do not recommend.

Upon arrival, I immediately noticed a strong, unpleasant smell that resembled both dog and urine. The room was in terrible condition: dirty, unkempt, and clearly not cleaned properly before my stay. Several amenities were broken and non-functional, making the experience even more frustrating. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had, and I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

Missed connecting flight. Booked and PREPAID for room through Expedia. Paid for Uber from ATL to the hotel. Waited in line 30 minutes in the middle of the night for check in. Was turned away, NO ROOMS!!

The door wouldnt adequately close to my room. Only the deadbolt would catch and it would only do that if i slammed the door. The breakfast was also not complimentary but that wasnt openly available information. And parking was significantly more expensive than anticipated at $14 per day.

I bad to check out in 3 sec after I got in to the room. The beddings had so many hairs and tints. It was too disgusting to lay down. Called the front but they did not even simply say sorry but asked either I just use the room with a pad they will provide or refund. I chose to get a refund and leave. Drove another 3 hours and came back home after the mid night. What a service.

I didn’t stay at the hotel it was too much and it should never be a $150 hold to stay a one night stay and I only booked for airport shuttle and they didn’t have that either the services was down so I end up getting a refund

I was a little disappointed with my experience. Wasn't aware of additional parking fee, no airport shuttle even though it's listed in their description, the room had a coffee maker and coffee, but no cups, sugar or creamer - not a bid deal until i went down to the $14 breakfast buffet only to find out that the only coffee in the entire place was the kcups in the room. Towels felt a little damp, no soap in the bathroom, edges of the shower were a little dirty - but the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. I was just expecting a little more from Hotel Indigo. Won't book there again.

Hotel was over booked and you still made the reservation and charged me, waited 20 minutes to be able to talk to someone and spent the better part of one hour on hold waiting for someone to help just to tell me they couldn’t help there was no other hotels available so I had to call another Uber besides the one I had paid already to bring me to this place in total 85 dollars in cabs for rides to and from the airport, not to mention I had to sleep on a airport chair, thanks for nothing.

Room was clean and spacy and located in a nice, quiet area. The coffee machine did not have water for me to use, though which would've been nice but otherwise it was a lovely experience. Staff were professional and the shuttle is a convenient way to get to the airport

Huge room. Very clean and quiet. Restaurant was closed when we arrived on Sunday afternoon as was most other stuff within walking distance. Terribly overpriced drinks and snacks were available but the prices felt like highway robbery. Food and drink cheaper at the airport!
