Good for what i needed. Friendly staff.

When the ac turns off, it makes loud banging sounds. Breakfast should extend til 11 am. It ends too early for someone who is used to working the 3rd shift.

Excellent facilities and good location

Very clean. Rooms were well designed with travel in mind

Breakfast was so so. Buffett was hard to navigate and food choices were not that healthy.

Convenience & southern hospitality made this stay pleasant!

Location was great & within walking distance of the convention center. The staff were kind, welcoming & attentive.

The valet was backed up several times causing extended waits. Also, there is no self parking.

BOOK HERE! You WONT regret it!

This property was AMAZING!! The staff was also amazing!! All of the other reviews I’ve read about other hotels in Atlanta always mentioned that staff wasn’t friendly, etc, but here at Tru by Hilton, the staff was HIGHLY professional, extremely kind, and definitely went above & beyond to make sure our stay was a great experience! Now I must say, I wasn’t aware of the strict valet of $28 a night, but God made a way & it was overall nice to have my vehicle waiting outside the front door of the hotel and all I had to do was hop in and drive. However, I do feel there should be an option to find your own parking yourself to avoid the fee if someone wants to book the hotel, but absolutely cannot afford valet. Don’t even get me started on the breakfast! The breakfast was nothing short of Amazing!!! From the automatic pancake maker and their waffle maker, all different types of options, & they even had gummy bears, gummy worms, and Reece’s pieces out every morning and my kids loved that! The room was very clean AND very comfortable! I loved that I was greeted with my name on the TV inside of the room on the first night. Made me feel very special as I didn’t expect it. I will definitely book with them again!

This is where we will stay every time

The staff were so nice and the lobby was beautiful, welcoming and comfortable. My son was happy with the waffles and loved their pancake machine. I am allergic to a lot of things and vegan and the cook was very sweet trying to figure out what they had to accommodate me. My room was clean and comfortable. There are Rivian charging stations in the parking lot and you can walk there from the skytram.

They need a second waffle machine.

Location was great. Hotel was clean and new.

I confirmed when I checked in that my total of fees and taxes would be $158 for one night. When I checked out in the morning the bill included a $28 parking fee (you can’t park yourself here, they only allow valet parking). I asked why that wasn’t included when I confirmed the total upon check-in and was told it was on their website. Perhaps it is, but I used booking.com to book and never viewed their website. The parking fee should be included in the total they give you and not snuck in upon checkout, especially since I asked to confirm the rate when I arrived. My confirmation email also said nothing about the parking fee.
