Gut gelegen, ruhig, modern!

Sehr Nahe Lage zum Hauptbahnhof und U-Bahn; sehr moderne Ausstattung; äusserst freundliches Personal; leider funktionierte die Dusche nicht richtig (Elektronik war evt. defekt) so dass ich ohne Komplikation ein anderes Zimmer bekam.

In meiner Preiskategorie war keine Kaffeemaschine enthalten, aber es wäre schon, wenn es zum Standard in jedem Zimmer vorhanden wäre; leider war auf der homepage nicht angekündigt, dass der Pool nicht benutzbar war, erst beim Check-In wurde dadaistisch hingewiesen; Badesachen hatte ich extra dafür dabei! Empfang und Eingangsbereich könnten aufgeräumter wirken!

Very comfortable room.

We stayed in a family room which consisted of a large double bed and a single bed. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Take care on the surrounding streets especially late in the evening.

Déception

La propreté, la literie, douche digitale impeccable, petit déjeuner complet.

Le fait d'accepter les chiens en chambre, de payer 10 euros par jour et par chiens et les refuser partout dans l'hôtel, bar, restaurant!!!! Signaler le sur le site !!! Vous avez donc perdu 500 euros en repas. Nous avons été très bien accueilli au restaurant du Mariot à 200 mètres. La salle de bain de notre chambre était extrêmement petite au point de ne pas savoir y déposer ses affaires personnelles et conçue pour une personne à la fois . Parking très mal renseigné et non privé . Quartier près de la gare très insécurisant et mal propre. Je n'y retournerai pas, mais bien au Maritim de stuttgart là où les chiens sont les bienvenus partout.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Personal, Frühstück und auch Lage zur U-Bahn und HBF waren optimal.

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer (571) direkt auf der Ecke. Dort war das Fenster sehr klein. War jedoch nicht so schlimm. Schlimmer war in der Nacht der Krach der unten vom Durchgang nach oben schallte. Es waren Betrunkene Ausländer die dort über Stunden Streitigkeiten austrugen. Ich habe dann das Fenster geschlossen und dann konnten wir weiter schlafen. Dieser Vorgang wiederholte sich leider auch in der zweiten Nacht.

i letto matrimoniale composto da 2 letti uniti non e’proprio il massimo come ti girie vai nel mezzo i letti si dividono.

Hotel was clean, location felt safe. Would stay again.

The property, once inside the doors, was clean.

The thermostat didn’t seem to work. We had two very warm evenings and our room would not cool down. There seemed to be a group of suspicious men hanging out on the first floor in the courtyard, they didn’t leave until the Polizie drove through.

Perfect for a quick night's stay close to the train station.

The breakfast was expensive at Euro 20 for the selection. The room was affordable given the convenient location.

One night stay to catch a train

The staff were super friendly. There was a complication with my booking and it was absolutely no problem and they fixed everything.

Im a wheelchair user (small manual wheelchair) and the rooms are VERY small. There is a step to get into the shower and overall navigating in the room was very difficult and tight. I use a wheelchair that has a seat width of 32cm and total chair width of about 43cm.

Everything was perfect ! The room was clean and really big. The bathroom was clean. It's value for money. It's really close to the metro and the train station. Perfect for a couple.I recommend it.

Fantastic location

Location was perfect. The hotel itself was in a quiet location eventhough at the main street. Very close to Munich Main station. Plenty of options for food in the area. Munchner Stubn restaurant around the corner from the hotel was very good. Receptionist was very helpful to help me find a doctor. I had a fall and sprained my ankle the day before in Zurich. Couldn't get an appointment in Zurich. Receptionist (I didn't catch his name unfortunately) said that the same issue with Munich for new appointment with local GP would take weeks. He recommended for me to go to the night clinic. I was able to see the doctor and got the treatment I needed. Bed was comfy. Room was comfy and has plenty of space and storage. Nice bar.

Shower was modern using a smart button. I was having difficulty adjusting the water temperature when the button was wet. My room has a small window in the corner the rest was wall covered by curtain.

Location is good, 2mins away from main station. Staff was friendly. Room was very spacious for the price. Absolutely love the toilet for the size, vanity area and shower facilities is cool with the touch pad function.

TV was mounted off centre, had some difficulty watching from the double bed

Ideal location, good rooms, great breakfast, would come back again

Great location, only 3-4 minutes from the central station. Good size bedrooms, nice bathroom with good shower. Great selection at breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
