My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Valley of the Waters B&B. The view was incredible, it was neat and tidy and Marty was so kind and welcoming! Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing views from the Loft Suite. Lovely relaxing communal lounge area. Very clean and confortable room.

This place is worthy of all the 5 star reviews. Location is spectacular, room very private and quiet, especially clean, comfortable with some lovely touches. We had hot breakfast one morning and continental second morning. Both were very very good!
Hosts were friendly, didn't really see them much but felt comfortable to knock if we needed anything.
The location is awesome for walking, start of several tracks just metres down the road.
No food restaurants close for dinner but we knew that and planned to drive to dinner.
Only improvement I might suggest is different balcony furniture, a little more comfy for relaxing on the deck but this definitely not a deal breaker!
Definitely recommend and would certainly go back.
Thanks Janice and Martin.

We stayed at an amazing holiday property with stunning distant mountain views, clean surroundings, a relaxed atmosphere, and comfortable amenities. It's the perfect place to escape from a busy life and unwind. Highly recommended!

2 nights with amazing & spectacular views of the mountains. Room was super clean and big. Our welcoming treats (choc and bottle of wine) was a nice surprise. The spa was fantastic. Situated in a peace and quiet area. Breakfast was very generous and tasty and served straight to our room. Marty was a fantastic host. Hospitality at its best! Couldn’t fault anything. We will definitely be back.

Marty and Janice were excellent hosts and just sad we so far away to return that often

Didn’t like the owners’ dogs constantly sniffing around, including while we were trying to have breakfast.

The view from The Loft was breathtaking, and the national park was next door.

Compact but very comfortable accommodation. Particularly nice that it’s at the edge of the Blue Mountains NP and only a short stroll away from the cafe and the start of a bunch of bushwalks.

Enjoyed our peaceful and relaxing 3 night stay. (Owner) Marty was inviting, informative, and equips his rooms with the amenities to make one's stay a comfortable one. The location is adjacent to many bush walks, bus line 3 houses away, in a wooded, quiet area. Easy to get Taxi or Uber service. Wentworth Village is a short mile walk away if you choose to walk there for dinner at one of their several restaurants. We dined at La Famiglia...serving good pizza, spaghetti bolognese, salads, and wine. V of the W serves wonderful breakfasts, made to order, and delivered to your room! Max (owner's dog) visits on the back porch steps in the a.m., respects your privacy and does not encroach onto your area. While I do not and have never owned a pet, I looked forward to Max's visits...he is such a mild, mellow, quiet, and handsome dog. Our room was immaculate, the view was great, albeit we were there during the worst fires in SE Australia that obscured much of it with smoke. Nonetheless, we were not disappointed with our accommodations at Valley of the Waters B&B. We always stay at fine hotels during our travels, but definitely enjoyed the comforts of this place as much as any 5 star hotels we've been to. If you want comfort, relaxation, outdoor explorations, with a little bit of adventure, I highly recommend VofWB&B. There are only 3 rooms at this property, which affords privacy and lends to a comfortable stay, so book it in advance of your visit.

Lovely quiet place with stunning views from the deck. Especially enjoyed breakfast on the balcony where amazing birds would land on the railings!
B&B owners very friendly and helpful.

We thought it was like hotel, but it was like air-bnb sharing common room and balcony with others. There was no privacy and I was very disappointed. In addition, there was no kithen.

Fantastic! My wife and I are so glad we stayed here. Marty was welcoming and helpful with recommendations. I'd recommend the second floor apartment with the view - it is absolutely worth it. The scenery is perfect - gorgeous by day and the stars light up the sky at night. Also, the breakfast was delicious and the portions were generous. The B&B is a 2 min walk to a few trailheads, and Wentworth Falls is just a 10 min drive to so many other hikes and restaurants in Leura and Katoomba. Very strongly recommended!

Loved the spa, the amenities and service were top notch. Bed was comfy and room was very cosy with the heating. The views on the balcony were marvellous. Breakfast was served right to our bedroom door with generous amounts!
Loved our stay, would come again.

A gorgeous room in a beautiful and quiet location. This B&B has it all - an amazing view from the rooms, breakfast (cooked or continental) brought to you in the mornings, sparkling wine and chocolates on arrival, tea and instant coffee in the room, a spa bath big enough for two, and really close to some great walks
The owners were lovely (as were the beagles) and we can't recommend enough that you stay here!
