Property and room was great, but one thing you need to know that could affect your choice and that is the hotel has a very strict policy of no guests unless they register them first.

I LOVED this hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing and were so kind and friendly. The hotel was beautiful, everything was clean and modern, and it was a phenomenal experience. I am already planning my next vacation for the same hotel. I loved every moment!

Absolutely LOVED our stay! The hotel staff is extremely attentive, welcoming, and ready to assist with any act of service. The design of the hotel is very modern, the infinity pool is well kept with lounging chairs/towels provided, an on site cafe/restaurant/poolside food & beverage services. I would stay here again! The rooms were clean, bed and sheets were extremely comfortable and changed daily.

A very beautiful hotel, conveniently located across the street from the beach. The staff were so kind and helpful, especially Keilin Sanchez. The room was beautiful. I highly recommend the king corner suite. Lounge access was especially convenient and the available food and drinks was an awesome bonus. The breakfast was delicious. The surrounding area was very walkable with plenty of restaurants and shops. We felt very safe our entire time there.

Great hotel to stay while on vacation in Cartagena. It’s close to the beach and shopping areas. The property is well maintained, they also have a restaurant if you don’t wish to eat out, the only thing food is very salty. The staff is friendly.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Intercontinental Hotel in Cartagena. The staff was friendly and helpful and were able to give advice when information was needed. The propety wsclean and well kept. The pool area beautifl. The room and the housekeeping werevery good. Location was great for stopping and restaurants and the beach. I would definately stay at this hotel again and would recommend it.

Loved the proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping. Staff very helpful. Stayed with family including 90 year old mother. Fabian at the pool restaurant and bar was super and really attentive, as were all of the pool staff. Will be back.

Great view great location , sizeable rooms, great food !!! GREAT FOOD !!! But above all, exceptional STAFF (especially those on the 15th floor , restaurant ). Security , bell hop , front desk all fantastic the folks in the restaurant and 15th floor are INCREDIBLE .

The AC is the room was not working properly, the bathroom main door did not close all the way, the mini fridge was not working so drinks were hot and chocolates melted. The beach area of the hotel is full of salesman that are extremely rude, persuasive and some even present a sefety and security issue. The price for the breakfast per person is extremely expensive based on the menu and service provided.

I had no wash cloth to take a shower. Call front desk several times. Promised to deliver but never did. I end up bathing with a large hand towel which was so uncomfortable, otherwise the property was very nice didn’t like the neighborhood that was around it. When the roads are. Flooded it’s difficult for the taxi to get in the entrance

This is a very good hotel, with great location and facilities. The staff was really friendly, helpful and attentive. But there are 2 things I dislike, one is that I chose a room with ocean view but the windows were partially blocked with what it seems to be frosted paper. The second is parking. The hotel uses a mall parking located in the same building but doesn’t have an agreement with the parking company in order to benefit the guests. You will have a discounted parking rate, but every time you leave the parking, you’ll need to check out the parking booth, which is in a different floor from the parking area for the hotel.
