This hotel was almost a perfect stay. The service was impeccable! Shout out to all the housekeepers and the breakfast servers, specifically Dina. They were all super sweet, but she made it special for us whenever we ate breakfast and she answered all our questions. The only issue of this stay was the pool bar unexpectedly closing early on Sunday. It was about 7 when we went and the signs posted said closing was at 9. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious (their daily juices are to die for omg), and all the staff was fantastic.

The staff is lovely, helpful with making restaurant reservations, accommodating breakfast requests. The property is well maintained and the beds are comfortable. Bathroom shower has great water pressure. Conveniently located close to many fabulous restaurants. It was also quiet, which is sometimes hard to come by in Cartagena

Beautiful boutique hotel in the historic center of Cartagena. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. They helped us making reservations, kept our luggage for an extra day so that we didn’t have to carry it to the islands, they did our laundry for a very fair price. Breakfast was delicious and the rooftop pool was incredible. I will be back

Very clean, comfortable stay. The breakfasts are good, the people who work in reception are very helpful in many ways, we had laundry done and it was reasonably priced. We enjoyed the small rooftop pool at the end of the day and generally had a cocktail at the rooftop bar served by a nice bartender.

Fantastic boutique hotel in the Walled City, close and walkable to everything. Entire staff from the front reception, dining, housekeeping and maintenance were welcoming, kind and helpful. Delicious, plentiful, daily breakfast with a nice variety of options. Denis and Heidy are so wonderful and really make your stay top notch with their helpfulness!

The best of the casa la fe is the people, is the first time in a Hotel that we didn’t hear the word “No”, they always find the way to help you, and make you happy. Perfect location, great breakfast, very cute place! I am ready to book my next trip, and I am thinking to go back, because my stay was very memorable. Thank you Dannis for all your help. This place is gorgeous and the staff super friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the patio is perfect. Our room was perfect, with a nice balcony overlooking the square where a lit of activity happens and which has great trees with loads of birds. We also had a visiting little monkey on our balcony. The accomodation is super clear and very nicely decorated. One of the most beautiful places I've visited!
