Un bon moment de farniente

Une prestation mitigée.

La proximité d'une grande plage

La présence de la voie de chemin de fer entre l'hôtel et la plage. Le manque fréquent de qualité des menus proposés. Le bruit dans l'ensemble de l'hôtel souvent du à l'incivilité des vacanciers. Les bains de soleil sont "réservés" dès 8h du matin !

Agréable et dépaysant

Le bon emplacement. L'accueil et la disponibilités du personnel de la réception. La chambre propre et ses équipements. La présence de plusieurs chaines françaises sur le service TV. Les buffets chauds.

Le manque d'insonorisation des portes de chambres qui n'empêchent pas d'entendre le bruit du couloir, L'absence de climatisation dans les chambres car il y faisait chaud. Le manque de renouvellement du buffet des desserts (toujours les mêmes types de gâteaux proposés et manque d'un vrai choix de glaces), Le prix du parking de l'hôtel.

Séjour très agréable. Le repas était copieux et très varié ainsi que le petit déjeuner.

La chambre était agréable avec une jolie vue sur la piscine et au loin la mer depuis le balcon, ce qui est appréciable.

Le manque de sonorisation. Un peu bruyant le soir, nous entendions la musique depuis la chambre malgré la fermeture de la fenêtre.

Très bon séjour en famille. Nous reviendrons certainement

L’ambiance était super. Le personnel est charmant et agréable. La proximité de la mer et de commerce est top.

Cette année le lit était très dur. 1 des personnes au bar était très désagréable ( Monsieur à la chemise bleue et cheveux noirs qui ne sourit jamais) et franchement ne donnait pas envie de consommer. Heureusement que TOUS les autres étaient super sympa. Il manque un petit espace de jeux extérieur pour les tout petits.

La ubicación está bien. La limpieza muy correcta.

Baño muy viejo. Bufete correcto pero más de media hora antes del horario ya recogen. El pasillo a mi habitación se quedó a oscuras y suerte del móvil para encontrarla. La "discoteca" muy pobre.

Bazén, kapacita výtahů, blízkost nákupní zóny, relativně modernější část celého pobřeží Costa Brava/Maresma.

Zcela nevyhovující podmínky all inclusive (pití i jídlo) ve srovnáni s již dříve navštívenými lokalitami ve Středozemním moři. Krátké časové úseky na obědy i večeře. Personál nestíhal prostírání stolů pro nové příchozí. Nepoužitelné tvrdé podhlavníky místo polštářů na pokojích jen dokreslují situaci.

Wonderful week long family trip- awesome datffy

Lovely staff especially Edgar behind the bar. But overall all the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Really clean pool area, so much variety at breakfast and dinner (we did half board) absolutely fab.

Only minute constructive criticism is could have done with more vegetarian variety- veggie sausages perhaps at breakfast.

Family trip hotel!

The stafd were really nice and helpfull. The buffet food was good. A lot of variety and healthy options. Maybe lacking of kids menú.

I liked the proximity to the beach and the shops and restaurants

The room wasn't clean. There were lot of stains on the surfaces and lot of sand on the floor and dirtiness. The fridge had a lot of dirtiness around and there was a left bottle of water inside from someone else. The second day they did not change my towels and one of them had stains too not properly washed.

Amazing breakfast, comfy beds, staff always smiling and ready to help. Nice live music concerts at night.

The fact that beverages like water were not included in the dinner, and there was no water dispenser like during breakfast. One free bottle would have been nice, or at least a water dispenser. No kettle in the room so no possibility to pour tea/coffee, and the information about the price of beverages was not clear. Walls very thin so we could hear everything happening in the other room

The pool and the closeby bars and restaurants

The small rooms weren't good for a small baby and the food was hit or miss whether it gave us a bad belly. Its not pushchair friendly. The restaurant is over crowded.

Okay but could be much better

The Staff in the restaurant were great, the food was excellent with a great variety that we all liked. The rooms were comfortable and kept clean by some very nice ladies.

Parking. You have to book in before you get access to the parking area but there is nowhere to park outside the hotel. Queuing. 5% Holiday waiting for lifts, 10% Holiday waiting for a drink from the bar (they never seem to have enough staff on), 5% Holiday waiting to get into restaurant. Bathroom. Some refurbishment is required in this area. The View. We paid for a mountain view, but got a view of the Hotel next door. Reception. One of the receptionists was quite rude to my wife when she asked about the parking. Pools. Nice but too small for the amount of people in the Hotel, very crowded. Smoking. People were Smoking everywhere even at the tables that had No Smoking stickers on them. There should be a designated Smoking Area away from the public areas. Animation Team. Not much going on there but the ladies were very nice. Kids Play Ground. Needs some serious improvement and bringing up to a good safety standard.

pleasant, comfortable and relaxing.

the rooms were spotlessly clean. the food was amazing, the staff friendly and the entertainment team worked tirelessly. the restaurant staff were absolutely lovely.

I would t say that I didn’t like the hotel, however I did not realise when booking how big it was and felt somewhat swamped by people. However, this is more down to the fact that I didn’t do my research properly. The queues for food can be a bit tiresome, however we adjusted the time we were going I. and this worked better.
