Good facilities but rooms are becoming slightly worn through overuse - but in nice central location although parking is not free

My first seven days reservation was made through Expedia. Though I found the apartment clean, there were considerable leaks coming from both the washer and the dishwasher. In addition, the fridge would not get cold unless it was set at 4.5 causing the freezer drawers to condense. Anything left there became too frozen. I reported the issue to the property, via email right away. I also enlisted the help of Expedia but no action was taken by the property. The second stretch of seven days was done directly with the property, with a promise of a discount which never materialized. I also asked to be moved to another unit but I was declined. I was able to make the reservations via Expedia for the third stretch. There was only one type of apartment listed and I paid for that. Ironically, I was admonished by the property's reservation that I would be allowed in the "Deluxe" unit with the leak and fridge problems for the price of a non Deluxe one this time only. Even if all were in order, there was nothing Deluxe about that flat. It did not even have a vacuum cleaner! This morning, while getting ready to check-out, I was told the neighbor downstairs had complained about a leak and maintenance was coming to my apartment right away. On multiple occasions, I heard noises that strongly resembled drug-related activity within the building. As someone with law enforcement training, I recognize these signs. This situation made me extremely uncomfortable and concerned for my safety.

This a good choice for anyone needing to be in central Camberley for any reason. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. If needed- there is parking and a nearby Heathrow airport service for only 2pounds one way. Furnishing need an update but it was a good choice for me.

Due to me not fully reading their email, I had to wait on the sidewalk with all my luggage prior to entering the building while I provided them identification and made a payment as a deposit. I was stressed out and not happy so my awareness of the apart-hotel and my surroundings were heightened.
The House of Fisher definitively knows what they are doing when it comes to hospitality. That's why I was surprised to noticed that neither the building nor my apartment felt clean. The apartment felt a lot better after I fully vacuumed it. I found a purple muscle warmer left in the microwave.
When I was attempting to retrieve the key to the apartment from the key holder, a misguided creature lingered behind the door of one of the other apartments nearby making drug dealer noises. I was about to lose it.
There was no privacy in the apartment. The blinds on the windows did not provide much; yes, fish in a tank. The area was noisy, polluted, with constant traffic of drug dealers, illegal siren users (why do it only by my windows?) and psycho bikers.
The apartment had a medieval plumbing in the bathroom. Using the sink, shower or flushing the toilet triggered an overwhelmingly unpleasant noise. Drug dealers camping in the apartment next to mine attempted to use that noise to try to communicate with me at least twice a day.
After I blocked any view through gaps on the entrance door and windows and sound proofed the apartment, I had some peace. My stay could've been much better.

The main issue is the position close to the roundabout, so if hot having the window open means too much noise... but good building and location

Very clean property with all amenities, and good value for money. Good central location. No complaints.

It was like being home from home. Much better than a hotel.

Fantastic communication from the accommodation, fabulous standard of apartment.

Accomodation very good but traffic very loud which has to be due to windows. Street cleaner goes past twice at 5am so be prepared to be up from then. Really great location though so you cant have it all. Earbuds or a few drinks before bed required

Very noisy from the main road throughout the night, and very noisy from the toilet system. Saniflow kept going off
I would not stay there again. And I requested a Quite room as working early in the morning

Despite the self check in, the facilities were excellent and the location was very close to the train station and by the mall. Only issue was the noise from the traffic but it did not matter after a while. Will definitely come again if I am in the area.

The apartments are conveniently located in the center of Camberley with shopping and entertainment all within walking distance. The deluxe studio apartment as a modern and contemporary look and provides a comfortable living space for 2 people. The apartment was in excellent condition, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. Although being close to the town center, the apartment as double glazed windows, keeping outside noise to a minimum. I booked the apartment through Hotels.com and once my booking was confirmed I received all relevant information from House of Fisher. The level of customer service and support from House of Fisher was outstanding, their reservations team were incredibly friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make my stay pleasant and comfortable (excellent customer service) thank you. I would highly recommend House of Fisher both for outstanding accommodation and professional service.

Great apartments in central Camberley and very handy for nice places to eat and drink. Clean apartments but could do with curtains on the windows. However, The road noise was unbearable though so unfortunately won’t be staying again.

It's located in the town of Camberly right by all shops, restaurants and cinema. My apartment wasn't ready when i first arrived but staff friendly and helpful. Settee very low so problems getting up when you are getting older and a small chair would have been nice for when entertaining. All in all a lovely clean apatment

That apartment was great, but it was so noisy from the road.
It was like trying to sleep on the M25.
Think they need to sort out the double glazing.

Excellent facilities. Breakfast is in your room but is only musseli. Excellent facilities in room. Good shower, good fast Wi-Fi & TV. Biscuits provided which is always a nice touch.

Good quality apartments in Camberley. Close to amenities and comfortable. The only downside is that there is no one on-site to help if there are any issues and check-in completely self-service.
Also, try to avoid the first floor apartments as they all seem to have macerators in the toilets that start up the minute you turn on a tap and are INCREDIBLY NOISEY!

I particularly liked the location right in the centre of town with all the shops and entertainment.

Comfortable one night stay - House of Fisher used to leave small cereal boxes for breakfast which weren’t there when I visited this time.

My wife and I rented a self-catering apartment here for the weekend, as we were going to a birthday party nearby. There were no staff on-site, but the entry and "check-in" procedure was well-explained via email. I phoned customer services once to ask for an extension to our check-out time (which was granted), and talked to a friendly and efficient member of staff.
We were impressed by the size, standard, and brightness of the apartment. The bed was large and comfortable.
If you're a light sleeper, then the background traffic noise might be a problem. Also, we never worked out how to turn on the central heating; my fault - I could have phoned and asked!

Easy process for check in/out, clean, plenty of room with home comforts.

Easy to find and a great location.
Potential to be noisy as near to cinema and bars etc, but not too bad.
Woken early (6 am) by road cleaner.
Great facilities and immaculately clean and tidy.

This is not a hotel but self contained apartments. It is on a busy road so quite noisy with the window open. The parking at the back is limited to 5 spaces so first come first serve and if you leave no guarantee you will get parked again. That said, the studio was spotless and came with nice touches like cereals and orange juice for breakfast. Free wifi was fast and reliable. Bathroom clean with great shower. I'd stay again.

The apartment is as shown in the pictures. Good facilities for the price paid. The location is also good because of close proximity to the Camberley mall and the train station. Only drawback is no onsite staff.
