It was near a bunch of restaurants and tourist spots. I liked how clean and quiet it was. Breakfast was delicious. The staff is informative and friendly.

Our stay was excellent, starting with the warm & welcoming reception of Hameed & William. Hameed made us feel right at home & exceeded meeting our every need. Our lovely room was very spacious, bright & most importantly, it was clean. The spa & restaurant were also excellent choices. The neighborhood was perfect too & away from any chaos, yet walkable to touristy neighborhoods & attractions, plus a quaint local neighborhood bar with live music just across the street. The hotel has a peaceful rooftop where one could sip some wine while relaxing reading a book. It overlooks a beautiful park right next door, which has an old historic type building converted into a coffee kiosk. All in all, it offers an excellent vibe, location & experience. Go stay there!

Reasonable cost with spa options, very accommodating, parking available at extra cost (~20 per night). Very close to Sherbrooke Metro Station and La Fontaine Park. 10 min Metro ride to most Montreal attractions. Small and clean rooms. Good privacy. Excellent roof-top terrace. Good "European" continental breakfast in the attached small Indian restaurant (with local bakery croissants included), but not-so-good coffee.

Great location, close to Sherbrooke Metro stop and many restaurants. The front staff were friendly and helpful. The spa on the first floor is another wonderful reason to stay at the hotel. The small kitchenette with a two burner stove top, microwave, and bar fridge were helpful to have access. The jacuzzi in the room was also nice to soak aching muscles. The restaurant on the main floor serves delicious Indian-inspired food. The continental breakfast was included; the croissants were fresh, flaky, and crispy.

Great place to stay and right next to the subway. Very easy to get around from here. Room had kitchenette and jacuzzi! Parking was easy and inexpensive. Great value and the staff was flexible and helpful

The hotel was wonderful--perfect space, good breakfast, excellent staff. Loved how when you walked in, it smelled relaxing because there is a spa on site, and that it is pretty affordable to take advantage of the spa. Super close to the metro, and tons of great restaurant options around.

I had what may have been a special room as it was on the top floor and had lots of light. Based on the way the two adjoining buildings were arranged, it's possible some rooms may only have windows onto a shaft between them...but I don't know for sure. What I DO know is that my room was clean, with a comfortable bed,a well-furnished kitchenette, a great walkin shower. The complimentary breakfast buffet was very good. It's right across the street from a Metro (subway) station and walking distance to shops on St. Denis St. and St. Laurent Blvd. I found it a very good deal for my money!

This boutique hotel has lovely rooms, a good breakfast and is in the perfect location if you love the Plateau and Mile End, which we do. It is right beside the Metro too. We came by VIA train and never missed having a car. Carre St. Louis and the surrounding neighborhoods are gorgeous in the autumn and I hope to come back in the summer.

Had a lovely stay – chose room that included jacuzzi & loved that warmth and convenience. Next time might rather enjoy the beautiful spa downstairs with sauna and massage (to reserve even prior to arrival!). Kitchenette with basics, and the hotel is a close walk to restaurants and everything (or the Sherbrooke subway stop is just across the street). Most friendly staff, bien accueillants, un séjour super à côté du Square Saint-Louis. Merci !

Near very convenient Metro stop. Many restaurants, though a lot are lunch only or very busy/booked. Building layout is a bit odd, but well-kept. My room was a bit dorm-roomy, but perfect for a business trip, and had a great soaking tub! Pretty solid breakfast.

The location is excellent as it seemed to be about a 12 min drive from anywhere we were going so it was really convenient. Staff were very friendly. The room itself felt more like my first apartment rather than a hotel room. I would stay here again.

The place is very near the Metro station and close to many places. The breakfast has quite a number of options available, which is very nice. Keep in mind seating area for eating isn't very big so when there's a crowd it might be difficult to find places to sit. The staff was very friendly and we were able to leave our luggage/bags in their storage room when we arrived earlier before check-in time, and when we wanted to still sightsee in Montreal on our last day in Montreal when we checked out. The downside was the building in which we were staying only had staircases, so if you're traveling with heavy pieces of luggage keep that in mind. When we booked the room the room stated we had our own kitchen but when we got to our room the cleaning staff mentioned that the kitchen was shared. We didn't end up needing it since we ate out but I think it should've been said clearly in the listing if the kitchen was to be shared or not. Overall we had a very good stay!

I know they’re fairly new so I think they’re doing a great job and I feel like they can only get better. My stay was fabulous, except for the Sunday morning receptionist/front desk. She needs to learn customer service manners and general politesse for example “that’s what I just said” is not something you should say to a customer or client. Or saying a blunt “No” to a late check out request instead of saying “yes but we charge $50” is not a good idea if you want to bring back hotel guests. The Saturday receptionist on the other hand was absolutely lovely and kind and talkative he should be the face of the hotel as many days as possible, he is the type of person who makes guests want to return!

We paid to park in the hotel's parking lot and our car was stolen. We have contacted the hotel in order to recoup any out of pocket expenses for getting back home and the cost for recovering our car, but have not heard back. I would recommend a safer, more secure hotel experience in a different area of Montreal.
