We had a fabulous 12 night stay at The Zante Nest. Sakis is a lovely guy and cant do enough for you. Apartment was cleaned everyday and sheets and towels changed every other day.
Pool is quite deep so ideal for adults who like to swim. Food was lovely.
Downside is not much storage..could do with some drawers in room, but i know these apartments are being upgraded each year. We will be returning for sure.

The property Zante Nest was actually quite nice.
The problem we had was that a few hours before arrival we recieved a message from them saying there was a problem with our room so for the 1st night of our 4 night stay they had rebooked us in another hotel on the other side of the island.
We had prebooked a transfer to Alykanas and ended up having to go the opposite direction to Kalamaki.
The place we were booked into there was awful. Next do a load of dustbins and tiny room.
The next day we had to pay another €50 to get to Alykanas.
When we got there the room was being cleaned so the problem with the room was they had obviously allowed it to be double booked.
The guy was pleasant enough but surely if you'd sent someone the other side of the island next to some dustbins for a night and cost them another €50 in a taxi to get to you then maybe you would offer at least a free breakfast or something as compensation but we were offered nothing at all.
Like i said at the start the actual property Zante Nest is quite nice but just beware when booking that you may get sent to another part of the island for part of your stay with zero compensation.
The 3 stars given takes into account the place we had to stay the 1st night

Apartments are basic but clean and tidy, air-conditioning is excellent and bed is very comfy. Shower works well too. Location is perfect, five minutes walk to the beach and one minute to area of bars and restaurants. A few recommendations are Elia Elia, Epsilon and Vrysakis. The bar quite cheap and food is very good, especially the pizzas and the poached eggs on toast. The main start of the show however is Sakis, the owner, he is polite, friendly, courteous and super helpful. An all round top guy. Pool area is great, spacious with lovely sunbeds and large pool which is all spotlessly clean. Never had any difficulty in getting sun loungers. Highly recommended.

The property room we had was tiny for 3 people with not enough storage for clothes one wardrobe with 5 hangers so se were living out of our suitcase, we have stayed in Greece many times so know that accommodation is just basic but this room was over priced for what it was, needs brightening up with a lick of paint and needs replacement door handles and locks. family run by a lovely family who are very smiley and friendly and pool and bar area were really nice and clean, large pool lovely sun loungers, if you are staying during summer holidays you are right on top of the bars and restaurants so music and noise until late which made it hard for us to sleep or have the patio door open.

Lovely week at zante nest - ideal location and not too big with only 12 apartments. Always able to get a sun bed and very quiet. Great food, comfortable bed and smashing shower.

A lovely small apartment block which is lovely and quiet. Best shower I have ever had in Greece - wet room, fixing for shower head and extremely powerful. Exceptionally clean and wonderfully friendly owners and staff. Great food/snacks at a very reasonable cost. I cannot recommend the Zante nest highly enough.

The accommodation is very basic, but the location and atmosphere is wonderful.
The hosts are warm and welcoming, and the swimming pool is amazing.
It is in a very secluded spot not overlooked anywhere and is surrounded by olive and lime groves.
This is my second visit to Zante Nest and I will definitely be returning next year.

Lovely place to stay, very clean and the staff were very helpful. The only downside was the noise from a pub two doors up. There was really loud music till two or three in the morning which made sleep difficult. Apart from that it was excellent, handy for the beach and restaurants in the centre of town.

I STAYED ONE NIGHT AND WENT ELSEWHERE for the rest of our break. We were given studio 5.We booked having seen the pictures on your site.Unfortunately they don't show you the studios downstairs, and are actually showing pictures of the apartments across the street which are called ZANTE FLOWER.Had i known this i definitely would not have booked these studios. I asked if there was anything bigger as the studio was extremely small, and was told no . the one wardrobe was about 400mm wide which meant we would have had to live out of suitcases. The small sink in the small kitchen area wasn't very nice and the hot tap had been removed and the pipe capped off. There was no cupboard for food. i would not recommend these

We arrived at the hotel and were greeted with a welcoming drink of our choice. We made our way to our room which although small was completely adequate and very clean. Although the cost for air conditioning was 5 euros per day it was well worth the money. The staff were very accomodating and friendly and dealt with all our queries with a small. The swimming pool was amazing - very large for the size of the hotel, spotlessly clean and never busy.
The food served during the day was lovely and reasonably priced - for those who like a full English breakfast - that was fantastic - huge - and we did not need to eat for the rest of the day!
All in all we had a fantastic time. The only disappointment was the transport booked the Expedia (a) did not turn up and (b) when we took a local taxi it worked out at less than half the price paid for through Expedia. A refund will be requested!

Budget apartments of the type that you expect in Greece, just off main road on the way to the sandy beach. Excellent pool, friendly staff, decent bar snacks, good wifi. The rooms are dated and we found it essential to purchase air con (5 euros a day) as a local bar made it too noisy to have the doors open at night.

We loved it here, we ended up staying three times as long as we had originally planned. The location is really good, about 250m from the beach, close to the markets and restaurants. The pool area is secluded which is a rarity in this area, the staff are wonderful and rooms are a great price. Some people may not like the rooms as they are dated and on the small side however we only really slept and washed in our room so we were more than happy. I would return here and recommend Zante Nest to others.
