The place is close to Oaxaca downtown so it is easily accessible by foot or taxi. The building is has a certain charm to its walls and decoration, however it shows some accumulation of dust on the decorations. There are apparently not many people working in there. Breakfast is not included nor offered as an option. It has a small pool only with cold water.

Is nice and clean staff is friendly and helpful

Great location, front desk staff was very nice. We had issues with weak wifi, spotty hot water for the shower and no room cleaning.

Nothing, the hotel described itself like a suite and actually was a low budget, overpriced room, with a flooded bathroom

Price was good. Hotel was clean and safe.Walking distance to Centro activities. Small size. Poor to no internet. No electric kettle, microwave or refrigerator. Must be an experienced traveler with some Spanish skill to appreciate this Hotel.

The beds are horrible. My back went out bra size of the condition of the bed, water takes too long to heat up

Great little spot near so much in the city. Only complaint would be air flow through the room. Not able to open a upper window without opening the whole window space. So no secure way to allow airflow through the room for those of us who don’t like A/C. Understandable since the city is quite dusty. Clean neat little room which is all you need the city has so much to offer so don’t spend much time in the room. No kitchen or anything just a bedroom and a nice little restroom. Shower no tub incase your wondering. Always someone available at the seat 24 hours to give you anything such as towels or Toilet paper.

This property was actually better than I expected. It was only 3 block from the zocalo, it was very clean, the staff was friendly and professional. The only thing that would have made it better would be if the restaurant was open.

Clean and peaceful hotel, within walking distance of the Zócalo. The pool water was cold but great for a quick dip after a day in the sun.
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful!

It was walking distant from the main city plaza (ten minutes away). There was two restaurants and two bars on the same block. Staff was very nice.

Nice hotel, good location, friendly staff. The hot water in the shower was impossible to adjust. Either too hot or too cold.

The only thing you get in this hotel is a room. We were so disappointed because there is no coffee in the facility or near the place. They have a nice restaurant which was closed.

Hi, Id like to begin with saying how wonderful the staff is, I was welcomed by Javier, Edgar and David who were always very informative and attentive. The room was always clean, smelled very good and the hot water was perfect! The downside of the stay was that I was not informed of the renovations and construction being held during my stay. Although most of the time I was not in the hotel, I often had noise during the afternoon, materials laid out in front of the room and no access to the pool. It felt very limiting. But over all, I wish the staff and the hotel lots of luck and would definitely choose this hotel again.

I loved the look of the hotel and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. There is a quaint restaurant located at the front, run by a lovely woman serving delicious food. My only complaint would be how hard the mattress was! It was like laying on a brick! Oh, there were also “no wash cloths!” So, bring your own!

We were very comfortable in this hotel. Very clean and in the middle of town close to everything. The only problem is the water pressure in the shower is low, so the showers were not so great,

My two week stay here was most pleasant. There is a restaurant downstairs for breakfast 6 days a week and the walk to the Zocalo is an easy stroll. I find, however, that the management leaves all the room cleaning to the person who comes in early in the afternoon and stays at the desk as well...she needs an assistant for sure. My room was very spacious, the bathroom always spotless with enough toiletries and luxurious towels to please everyone. The beds were comfortable, the internet worked well, and there even was a light in the closet. There is a pool for warmer weather and lovely art everywhere. I would stay there again given the chance.

The room was beautiful and spacious, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Oaxaca. We spent the second half of our trip in a different hotel, but if I could do it again I would stay here the entire trip!

Cut short by family member illness. No refund for 5 days. Room adequate size. No refrigerator. No coffee or ability to make it. First day no maid services. Street light shown through curtains off and on all night. Restaurant attached but overpriced and usually empty. Pool small with very cold water. Hotel staff friendly but only Jose and another could speak English and recommend sites.

No hot water the first day. Suite view was into the kitchen. Kitchen noise. Dirty furniture throughout the hotel. No extra pillows. Not in the best part of town.

Hotel Oaxaca Inn is a very nice hotel and nicely decorated. The room that we stayed in was a little small. The customer service was not bad but those that were attending the front desk were always on their phone and would not acknowledge when we walked by.
