It was close to lourdes Cathedral few blocks away but very nice for walking

Great experience. The hotel is small but has all amenities that one would require for a short break in the very centre of Lourdes. Breakfast was good and owners were always very willing to help. For the price paid and service offered i highly recommend this place.

The service is wonderful, however the hotel is undergoing some construction so there was dust/dirt everywhere.

The hotel is run down. I guess for that price what can we expect. But we did not expect it to be that run down. The beds are confortable, the sheets are not so white. The towels I would not use if I have a choice, they look so dirty and the white is not really white (grayish). There was no AC and if it was not cool and breezy we would not have survived- No power outlets for charging the phones except in the washroom. The shower stall door is moldy. The wallpapers are peeled/peeling. We booked for 5 people and we were expecting a bigger room because it has 5 beds- but they jammed all the beds in one room that should only fit a double bed. Worst hotel I have stayed in. Phone in room was not working. Their closet hangers are wire ones same as the ones you get and throw away after you get your clothes drycleaners. Their elevator is also very dirty. Only plus is the location is really close to the Lourdes Shrine and the people at the reception are so nice. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone though.

Located on one of the main streets, close to the Sanctuary and the Castle, the hotel is a good starting point for visiting and seeing Lourdes. The room was small and simple but that was what we payed for, as the price was moderate. It needs some renovation though. The WiFi is free of charge. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful what made the visit in Le Milan a pleasant experience.

No light working even after a complaint, Toilet cupboard broken not even fixed after complaint.Too much rate for this type of hotel, worst than no star hotel.Terrible rooms noisy and no walls in the hotel just cardboard be prepared for Noise polution everytime some one evensneeze in their rooms.
