Been going there for several years now. Property is getting older, rooms are looking older.
Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are average. Bathroom could use more hooks for use by multiple people.

We defiantly like this hotel in Cedar City.
Great customer service. Families gather in their pool , lobby , food area and surrounding area is safe .

This was our second night at the Cedar City, La Quinta—first night was Thursday and this being a Monday. Both stays were outstanding in every way.
From check in to check out, the Staff were friendly helpful and well informed answering any and all questions we presented. Our room, same for both stays was great! Quiet, comfortable, updated, clean, and just what was needed each night. Have stayed here before and will do so again!

Have stayed here before and will again. From check in to check out all was wonderful. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.
We enjoyed our stay so much we’ll be returning on our way home.

The pillow top beds were extreme comfort.
And the full complimentary breakfast every morning at 6 am was outstanding.

I appreciated the quick check-in and comfortable and clean room. Nicely laid out.

We were pretty disappointed with this hotel. It was not clean. At all. The halls, the rooms, the pool, it was all pretty disappointing.
3.0
Nice hotel room and nice accommodations. Also decent breakfast, although would love some more fresh fruit.
Nice that they left breakfast open longer on a busy snowy morning
Biggest complaint is that the Wi-Fi is horrible. Even in the morning time when very few people are using it.
Pool area kind of dirty.

I had an issue on my floor across from my room with dogs left unattended that barked constantly, then again during breakfast when they were left unattended again. There were smokers by the entrance right next to the doors even though smoking should be several feet from the entrances, and several vehicles with trailers were blocking several parking spots overnight. Nobody on staff seemed to notice or care. The front end staff seemed to be a little careless under pressure of several guests arriving all at once.
When I arrived there was a vehicle on display for a rental service blocking the entrance. It seems like there could be a better place to park it that would not impede customers arriving that need to unload their vehicles.
I reported the issue with the barking dog, and told the front desk that to be considerate for all travelers than anyone with pets should be co-located together on the same floor, wing, etc. and AWAY from other guests. After a long day of travel I am just looking for peace, quiet, and comfort so I can be ready the next morning. As someone who regularly travels with my dogs I am always conscientious and mindful of others around me and keep my dogs with me at all times, or I stay with them in the room. I would expect the same.
While the room was clean and well-maintained, it’s hard to enjoy a good night’s rest when there are so many other distractions.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds, but they overbooked and didn’t have any available when we arrived, so I had to sleep on an uncomfortable fold out. To the staff’s credit, they offered to try and find us a room at another hotel, however, it had already been a long day, I needed a shower, and didn’t want to re-pack the car.

Nice hotel but the dog area was littered with dog poop and the bag dispenser was empty. Nice asphalt trail behind hotel to walk dogs, run, etc.

Dog friendly and very clean with plenty of parking.

Pool had strong odor of chlorine and pool was murky in color not appealing. Our shower was semi clogged.

Another great La Quinta Hotel. I don’t travel a lot, but when I do, I book at La Quinta. Very consistent quality and service. And for me, their pet friendly atmosphere is great.

Nice hotel and friendly staff.
Only opportunity is to upgrade 1-ply toilet paper, but that’s it

Did not expect this. We have stayed in LaQuinta Hotels before and have not had a bad experience like this. From the moment we checked in was not so good. The check in person was not friendly, never smiled once. The room was not too clean. The shower/tub had mold around the edges of the tile surround. The bathroom smelled sour and the toilet never stoped running. Then in the middle of the night we heard this loud whistling sound and could not figure out what it was and if something was going to explode or what, in trying to determine the source of the very loud whistling noise we flushed the toilet and then the noise stopped. The room was not quiet, lots of noise in the hallway and from the room above. Then went down to breakfast and they were out of things and when asked if there was more we were told they did not have any more. I am celiac so my breakfast choices at hotel breakfasts are always limited and I get that, but there is almost always yogurt and they didn’t have any, nor any other gluten free options. I am likely not going to be spending my money at one of these hotels again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We changed our plans and came to Cedar City to see a Shakespeare play. This location was very convenient. They also have a hike/bike trail adjacent to the facility. The breakfast was good. Most of all the staff went above and beyond in helping us solve our pooch issues!

2 weeks traveling to visit with family in 7 different states. We started and ended the trip here. Of all the hotels on our trip, this place has the slowest wifi ever. Big problem for me as i work remotely. So plan on using a hot spot if you also work and travel. My first night here, the cable box and tv were unplugged so i had to pull the dresser out from the waĺl to plug back in. Not the end of the world, but an inconvenience for sure. This location did have the best breakfast selection however. All the employees were friendly, clean location, easy access to the freeway and lots of restaurants near by to choose from. Only other concern i experienced was both rooms we had, the doors were very hard to open and close. Maybe the doors are too heavy and hanging wierd. But you definitely need to physically push/pull hard to open the door. Which can be challenging with coffees in hand.

Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. The only problem was toilet didn’t flush properly. I did let the front desk know
