Excellent location and very cute, comfortable room

Great location, very clean and comfortable bed right.

This is an old hotel but well maintained. Perfect location in old Quebec. The gentleman at the desk was wonderful and very helpful. We arrived early and left late but he took care of our luggage both times.

This hotel puts you in the middle of The Old City. Excellent location. Fairly easy. Check in and check out being able to park the car right there on the street. Longer term parking right around the corner. Room was small but comfortable . I found the bed fairly uncomfortable however and perhaps they need a mattress. Otherwise it was excellent stay and I would recommend this hotel if you're looking to just look around the city and make some day trips.

This hotel was truly one of the highlights in our visit to Quebec City. In the very centre of Old Quebec, it was close to historical sites, restaurants, shops etc. In fact the meal we had in the restaurant attached to the hotel was the best meal we had on our visit.
The hotel itself is very old, attractive and incredibly well preserved. The decor and furniture in the hallways and in our room was very tasteful and the room was comfortable, a good size and well equipped. The staff in the hotel and restaurant were friendly and accommodating.
One of the bonuses of our stay was the great music that was played inside the restaurant and out on the street. Surprisingly, even though we had a street-front room and there was lots of activity in the street, the room was almost soundproof. (I would suggest calling the hotel direct for descriptions of other rooms in the hotel as it appears that there may be some interesting choices).
Our stay at the AubergeTresor was wonderful and we would highly recommend it and a visit to Old Quebec.

Beautiful area & spectacular hotel! Very comfortable.

Initial greeting was wonderful and I appreciated the assistance with my luggage after I injured my leg. Location is fantastic, lots of food and drinks and tourist sites near by. Hotel is also attached to a bar/restaurant. My room had a stunning view and was extremely comfortable m

We spent a fabulous 4 days exploring Quebec City. The hotel was the perfect location for exploring the different areas of the city. So close to all of the historic locations and to wonderful food right outside its doors. We had a cozy room overlooking the square and Chateau Frontenac. Slept well on our comfy bed and enjoyed all the space the room and bath afforded. No elevator so you have to walk up with luggage. Minor inconvenience though for the charming atmosphere.

A lovely little hotel with a great location. Could walk to many places and lots of nice restaurants.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere of the hotel was exactly what I was expecting. I will definitely plan on coming back.

It was a great central location in Old Quebec City, the hotel was beautiful and charming. Beds were so comfortable. Would gladly stay again when we return

Room was looking a little tired. Nevertheless, perfect location, excellent staff, very comfortable.
4.6
Unfortunately there were deliveries going on below our room all night keeping us up, and our shower didn’t work. Great location otherwise.
4.6
Excellent location! Great restaurants around. Parking is the weakest spot, but still fine.
4.6
You could not ask for a better location if you want to be close to the Chantelle front and the boardwalk overlooking the same. The bar in front of the restaurant also had excellent food. In addition, right across from the hotel is the hop on hop off bus stop, decide hotel is tourism info as well as an artisan market.
The only complaint I have is that the room we received ahead of you, looking onto the roof and was obstructed by Exterior emergency staircases so we could not see anything. In the end, it did not matter because we spent all of our time exploring the city. The photos below show a view from the front entrance.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Quebec City. Walkable to the chateau Frontenac and lots of little shops and restaurants

We had such a great time! Location (right near the st. Lawrence River)and staff was wonderful! Loved our hotel room. Facing picturesque view! Very reasonably priced too especially since it is summer time! Thank you to their staff!

It was what we wanted—walled city location and the French influence. And we got both with every nod to non French speaking US citizens. Very accommodating at the front desk. Great directions to parking. And everything within walking distance that we were interested in visiting. And all for a reasonable price. What we also loved was a plethora of restaurants everywhere. The only problem which turned out not to be a problem was noise. At first blush into the room I was amazed how quiet for being above a restaurant and on the street. But because of the week of Canada Day and a festival huge noisy crowds and music until well over 11:00 pm.

There probably isn't a better hotel for staying in Vieux Quebec City. The location is impeccable. The staff were super nice and helpful, working like a well-oiled machine. Check-in took all of 30 seconds. Bathroom was one of the nicest I've seen and super clean.
4.6
The room was super cute and well located if you want to be close to Old Quebec and the staff was great and friendly, but if you are a light sleeper like me, do not book this hotel.
There was loud music, people laughing and yelling right outside the window until well past 11:30pm.
Our room was also located right next to the ice machine, the machine itself was super noisy and people kept slamming the door so hard that our table lamp and headboard rattled each time it slammed.
The hotel was nice enough to give us some ear plugs, but even with them some noise was still audible.
4.6
Great location. All very good. Two observations: Front desk staff always needed to be buzzed. The hotel front door was still unlocked at 10pm.
4.6
The location is super convenience and walkable. We enjoyed staying here and are looking forward to our future stays.
4.6
We could easily access the walking parts of the city from this location. Coming and going was incredibly easy. Architecture, history, shopping, food and walk about access perfect. Room clean, beautiful view from our window, and comfortable bed. Will come again

Enjoyed staying where most things I wanted to do were in walking distance.
4.6
Highly recommend! This hotel is beautiful. So close to everything. Staff was great. Our room was ready so we were able to have it earlier.
It gave us the whole day to explore. Would definitely stay here again.
4.6
Location is amazing to enjoy Old Quebec City. Our room faced the street and park which was great for us. Be aware the noise from the street and evening events is audible in the room until approximately 10 to 11pm but was not a problem for us, as we expected it and enjoyed the sounds of vacationers enjoying themselves. Staff were amazing!!!
4.6
impossible parking situation, there are no spots to stop in front to drop bags
4.6
Very nice and awesome location; clean, comfortable and modern room with cold AC and mini fridge.
4.6
No escalator as we were travelling for over 5 weeks with large suitcases and we are older and there was no mention about it in the hotel information
4.6
Great location in middle of everything. Quaint older hotel with stairs to the rooms.

Great location
