Awesome location and the staff is great. The room needs a good dusting. You can tell it hadn’t been dusted in a while and it affected my wife’s allergies. Total bummer

Beautiful hotel…will be our go-to when visiting UK.

The hotel its self was clean and nice. There is plenty to do with in walking distance. There are homeless people around, but overall I felt safe. Lexington is a cute city and this hotel is where I’ll be staying when I visit again.

Great location, awesome hotel bar perfect for a weekend stay!

Great location in a fun, eclectic hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and I loved being able to stream on the TV from my phone! My only issue was that we had a lovely view of downtown and the sunset but the windows were so dirty that I couldn't really enjoy it.

Did not charge my account upfront and are now asking me weeks after for money ..
Irresponsible is the best I can say about this place..
Unless you have the ability to pay 2 weeks after your stay don't book here

Nice / helpful staff.
Had breakfast in the morning - food was very good.
Good location in the City.
Very clean.

There is no early check in without paying 30$ fee. The room set up is nice as well as the location. The rooms need to be deep cleaned. The free nightly pour is more of a small swallow. The restaurant is okay- the lounge is nice. It just doesn’t feel like a 4 star.

The hotel was great, and everyone there was so nice

The location is great. Dinner at Lockbox was wonderful.
HVAC was loud, however.

It was a neat experience staying and the staff was amazing. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the room was either burning hot or freezing cold, no middle ground. Also the pictures online made the rooms look a little bigger, we had a queen room, and there was literally just room for the bed and the bathroom.

Great downtown location. Tons of dining options. Loved all the art and hip vibe. Room was snug but very clean and the bathroom was spacious, plenty of toiletries, and excellent water pressure/hot water. Walkable to most places we visited.

It was great, i just wish i got an invoice. I got charge to my account more than i thought it would be and i don't have any idea why, other than that I recommend staying there, especially if you like art

I arrived with my small
Children 2 hours before the 4 o’clock checkin. I was advised that my room was ready but if I wanted to check in I would have to pay $35. I’ve never in my life had to pay for an early check in when my room was ready. The hotel is filthy and falling apart. It was not worth the $350 a night cost. I will not be returning .

This was a very unique and bad experience for us. we booked the biggest suite they had in the hotel. There is hair in the tub hair all over the bed and the craziest thing I’ve ever seen in my life happened. We found a bag of heroin in our room. We reported it to the front desk manager handled it well, but, the people at the front desk were absolutely miserable and must hate their job. I have not experienced anything like this in many of my days in hotels and I will not be returning to this one.

I really enjoyed my stay and the museum aspect of the hotel! did not like the parking situation. Overall, really awesome space.

This is a beautiful hotel and the rooms are well appointed. I especially loved the hand soap, shampoo and hand cream in the bathroom. The Nespresso was also a very nice touch. Everything about our room was amazing! I've heard that some of the art in the museum downstairs can be a little edgy. All the art in our room was perfectly acceptable though.

Was very overpriced for the property amenities. TV did not work and staff did not know how to fix.

Excellent restaurant. Room was comfortable and pretty. Enjoyed very much

While the hotel is “cool” and we loved the art, it is looking a bit tired. The beds were comfy but the AC had a mind of its own and very loud. The shower situation is not for the elderly-a very deep tub/ shower combo with no grab bar that made getting in and out an adventure. The elevators seemed iffy and the gym was dirty. There was 1 yoga mat which was peeling. I was sent someone else’s folio which is questionable.

Front Desk was absolutely amazing !!!!!

We loved the location and proximity to walkable dining and shopping options. We stayed in a corner king room that gave us an amazing view of the 4th of July fireworks. We would definitely stay here again.

Really nice hotel. Staff very friendly, restaurant excellent, rooms comfortable. Only complaint was vallet support during checkout. Ticket says call front desk 20 minutes before. I walked by there and they asked that I call instead right before I walked down due to not much space in front of hotel. They said it would not actually take 20 minutes. When we got back down, the lobby was packed with people waiting. Only one vallet (who was doing a great job!) Front desk socializing while he was running around crazy.

Overall my stay was wonderful. My only suggestion would be for the attached restaurant to include a couple of vegan options.

It was okay. The art room was definitely… different

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was made out of this lumpy hard plastic material.

Everything about the hotel was great. You do have to find your own parking or pay $30 for valet. There is a public garage located on the next block that charges $14 a day.

Excellent location. Walkable to great bars and restaurants. Very clean and roomy.

There was apparently a nationwide issue with the television that no one was aware of so we moved 4 rooms. We were then notified the next day the tv would work and it did not. By the time we switched to the third room we were told that was not the room we were suppose to get so we packed back up and moved again. By the fourth room it was very hot and took a considerable about of time to cool down but then was finally comfortable.
We were also not informed about a 4th of July parade ( that blocks off the street in front of the hotel where the valet would bring your vehicle to) and needing to park in a parking garage structure in order to get out and incurred an another 25$ fee. Now staff did take money off our incidentals but really had no answers for the tv not working nor an area to park that didn’t charge us. Yes they took off the price of our valet for the tv issue but then I had to pay to park so I got 2 days free parking not 3. This place was a bit of a mess and some staff were not very friendly (server at lockbox). Front desk staff was kind and accommodating thou and seemed as frustrated as we were.
