I do not like the deposit for a room.

Electric car charging units out of order

Charged us a parking fee despite being in an area with free parking all around the hotel. Also the hotel’s parking lot was not full at all. The breakfast was skimpy. They only served two out of the three main hot items per day…eggs and potatoes on day one and then eggs and sausage the next day. The juice was 95% water and they only offered light coffee. They displayed items in the Hilton Honors welcome gift at the front desk but then only gave us water and an old cookie from the previous afternoon, wrapped in Saran Wrap. It felt like the hotel was going broke and trying to cut corners despite charging us full price. This Gold Hilton Honors member was not pleased.

Nice hotel in a great location

Location was excellent. Room was okay. No safe deposit box in room and not enough drawers for use to unpack. Water pressure was not strong enough for shower.

Everything was good until my last day to leave, when I woke up in the morning and when to use the restroom I found ants in the shower, but besides that everything else was fine

Great staff and breakfast before a day at the wineries. Nice, big, clean rooms. I think paying for parking in a lot that shares with then movie theater is a bit much though.

The facility is fairly new. We got a studio suite which was spacious. The room was comfortable. I reported that the shower drain was clogged, causing water to stand in the shower pan. It takes at least 30 minutes to drain. The issue was never addressed during our 3 night stay. On the other hand, the staff we encountered at the front desk and in the breakfast area were very warm and friendly. James was always upbeat and cheerful each morning in the dining room. I would consider staying here again.

Ants in our room on ground floor, was embarrassing for me as i had guests traveling from Netherlands whom I had taken to Napa for a visit.

I was surprised we have to pay $15.00/ day for parking. It should be free

Wonderful stay everything you can ask for but lots of transients in the parking lot at night.

It was a typical hampton inn room. It was cleanly, the staff was lovely, overall it fit the bill for our needs. I wish the ac allowed the fan to just stay on vs cycle on and off, but we all have to pick our battles. Otherwise its in a fantastic location in terms of traveling amenities as it shares a parking area with a gym, cinema, target, and multiple restaurants and fast food joints. Would recommend

It was a really nice stay in Napa. Hotel staff was great and provided us with all we asked for. The hotel is clean and well mantained, and the room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good!

Good value for the price. Staff friendly and helpful especially the breakfast manager/server. He was super nice and hardworking. He is a great example of premium customer service.

The property was very conveniently located, staff were very helpful and courteous, breakfast was great, room was clean and huge. However the pool was dirty, we couldn't use it. The TV remote didn't work, we somehow made it work on the first day. The second day the front desk lady told us how to try to fix it or they could send someone to fix it but since it was late at night, we opted to just turn in . She was very nice about it so it's definitely not a customer service issue. Just that the Tv remote issue annoyed us throughout our stay.

Parking was limited

Room service was terrible. We were never told that room cleaning was going to be every other day until we called for service and even then we never had service. We stayed for four days and we never had our room cleaned. We had to ask for towels and coffe supplys. Never been to a worse hotel room in the us..

Everything was great except for the pool. The palm trees keep shedding those little flower-like items in the pool. From afar it looks like bugs, as you get closer it’s the flowers, but it was A LOT.

The hotel was nice enough. Located in decent area, offered wine tasting, included bread and free parking.

Ah, the luxurious experience of paying $460 a night to feel like you're staying at a bargain basement motel. Where do I start? Perhaps with the late check-in of 4 PM, the industry’s latest, paired with the standard 11 AM checkout, which gives you a generous 19 hours to enjoy your surroundings—assuming you don't count the hours you spend in disgust.
Upon check-in, I was greeted not by the pristine cleanliness one might expect at this price, but by a collection of hair from previous guests adorning the bathroom floor and shower tub. And let’s not forget the charming mold in the shower and the broken lights. Truly, it felt like stepping into a time capsule of neglect.
Now, let’s talk about the hidden fees. A $15 charge for parking in a lot where you're handed a piece of paper at the front desk that says, “Park at your own risk" For this I could park at the pizza place or the movie theater next door for free. And the $75 per night pet fee? The highest I've ever paid.
Fancy a morning swim? Think again. The pool opens at 10 AM, just an hour before checkout, making it nearly impossible to enjoy without rushing through your morning.
All in all, for $460 a night, including parking and pet fees, this experience was the epitome of mediocrity. If you’re looking to burn money for the thrill of disappointment, this is your spot. And let's not forget the delightful luxury of paper-thin walls, letting you in neighbors 3am "fun" and personal life details.

Great room and comfortable bed!! Front desk staff was kind enough and helped us for the most part. It was a solid stay in a comfortable room. Would stay there again.

Location was Excellent. The only thing that they can improve on is the breakfast options. Other than that, very accommodating and pleasant staff. They knew what was going on in town and offered a few options for wine tasting around the area too.

Room was not ready even though we were there to check in one hour past check in time..

Booked two rooms and when we were there for check in, only one room was available and they stated they are waiting for update from their cleaning team. We didn’t make it a big deal and waited in one room. However, the room was not ready for hours and all we got was a lame excuses every time we inquired. Management needs to do better job to make sure room is ready when it’s supposed to be , no excuses.
