Fantastic property, great location ,new, modern and well appointed. The rooms are quite large with very comfortable linens, pillows and mattress. Front desk staff extremely professional and helpful. Onsite bar and grill is a nice option.

The hotel itself is nice. However this was one of the WORST breakfasts included. No bread, bagels, cereal and the meats were soooo greasy! Hot water was barely hot in the morning. Shampoo etc. Only enough for one person. Super disappointed with the stay overall.

Beautiful hotel, but it would be nice if a continental breakfast was included. We paid for breakfast when we made the reservation, and were a little disappointed. We were there 4 mornings, and breakfast was exactly the same every day! It was eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, scones, and yogurt parfaits. Very good, but no variety. An option for waffles, oatmeal, etc. would be great! Other than that, it's a wonderful hotel, clean, beautiful, and great customer service.

The hotel is not quite in shape. There are stained carpets, and chipped paint here and there on the walls. It has the potential to be quite a nice stay, but not enough money has been dedicated to repair and maintenance. The kitchens in the suites do not seem quite finished, and have not been so for at least a year. There was no soap provided for the electric dishwasher and there were VERY few actual utensils in the kitchen, nor have there been such for at least a year. The staff were great, and the parking was good. The location is also good.

Staff at check in were very friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping staff thorough and also friendly. The restaurant served delicious food, good happy hour, and the bartender was awesome! Property was clean, updated, and super comfortable. Highly recommend!

They did not have my reservation and I was overcharged for the room hotels.com sold me. I have been a loyal customer and will not use the service again based on my experience. I know I’m just a single person and not that important to your business but the experience was that horrible

Not cost sensitive. At $300 a night the room was just average. Not even a cookie at check in The kicker was breakfast was not included. Really it was too expensive for what you get. Parking is limited as well. In the future, i will stay in a smaller non chain related hotel which is the same or lower cost

The place is alright. Had to clean every surface with my clorox wipes. The cleaning person did not cleaned it very well. There was still stuff stuck on the countertop of the bathroom sink. The countertop by the mini fridge was dirty. The fridge wasnt wiped down.

Checking was very simple and the young lady at the desk very friendly. Room was very clean and quiet. Biggest complaint and it seems to be in all the hotels we have stayed at in California is the smell of marijuana in the halls and elevators. We wish the hotels would be more proactive in keeping the smell to a minimum.
