Perhaps $300+ per night is the going rate for the area, but this was a pretty pedestrian hotel.

The breakfast was fine and the location was convenient. In addition, the bed was quite comfortable.

For the price (over $300/night), we would have expected more. The safe in our room did not work, the shower flow was weak and the room itself was dated. We had no view from the room. We also pointed out twice to the front desk that there was broken glass outside the third floor elevator. It was still there when we checked leout.

Very comfortable and quiet, despite being next to the freeway. Great tv channel choices and a good workout room

Price was astronomical but the market drives that. Breakfast food ran out on morning #2. Staff was kind, but no juice is no juice and at one point ALL the breakfast items were out except for the chocolate chip muffins. Took about 20 minutes for the items to be refilled, but no yogurt, oats, fruit or juice were available.

breakfast and breakfast personnel. Really one of the worst breakfasts we’ve had in a hotel. we all laughed about it though. I mean, it’s just breakfast anyway.

I had booked a stay that said it included breakfast, but when we went to eat, we were told we had to have vouchers or pay. so we found breakfast somewhere else.

Room very cold. Heater barely worked.

Great locate.

Room was very cold. The heater air was barely warm and room took hours to get anywhere near comfortable. No extra blankets found in the room either.

W/ minor tweaks would’ve been excellent

absolutely fabulous front desk individuals! Showed up without a reservation, but with Booking.com’s genius rates which were honored. when the upstairs televisions did not get a Thanksgiving weekend, marathon television show series, we were following, front desk, gal, commiserated, and then proceeded to bring it in on the lobby, television for us! Arrived five minutes before happy hour was over and were treated like Queen Elizabeth and Prince Edward! Bar gal cheerfully provided the beers we desired along with happy hour hors d’oeuvres we could take to our room. For two bone-weary but HUNGRY travelers, this was about as good as one could have hoped for (other than arriving home w/ wonderful well- priced “take out”!!!)

room temperature when we checked in was absolutely freezing! Thermometer set at mid 60s! As we were down in the lobby for a couple of hours, it had a chance to warm up to 71? 72? Took a while before. It warmed sufficiently while we slept. Fortunately, the bedding was cozy. glad we didn’t realize that this was not a hotel that serves breakfast- included (as it’s sister hotel further South did). This is only because we were then spurred to get together with a relative of my husbands for breakfast in Petaluma.

Disappointed for the price.

Didn’t eat it. Sam was nice. It was quiet.

Breakfast was a continental breakfast which is usually free in hotels. Didn’t eat there requested refund. No shower curtain. Bath plug didn’t work. Reservation did not transfer from Booking.com took almost thirty minutes to get it sorted out.

Good option in Sonoma Wine Country…

Good location, breakfast was generous.

Pool was cloudy and didn’t look appealing. Rate was high (but typical for area so I guess that was ok), found something about the bed uncomfortable and hot.
