I was a bit disappointed because I had requested an accessible room. Expecting either a tub cut or walk-in shower, I was disappointed that it had neither. When I asked the rep. at the desk at check-out about it, she simply replied that it is an accessible room.

The hotel was very nicely decorated for Christmas. Rooms were clean (pillows are not comfortable). Breakfast was good. Overall it was a good stay the only two negatives would be the parking lot being inadequate for the number of guests and the overwhelming smell of marijuana in the hallways and lobby. We have stayed here before and would stay here again.

Nice, newer well located facility. Our room was on the street side, 1st floor. Very noisy. There were no washcloths, hand towels or floor towels in the room. Only two thin bath towels.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was nice. Location was great. Only had one small garbage can in the bathroom and there was garbage from previous guest still in the can. Was in the suite with two people registered. There was only one was cloth and towel in the bathroom when we checked in. Sheets did not fit mattress well. With any movement in the bed the sheets came off the mattress

Booked room for my sisters because our mother was at Hamot nearby. Should have booked additional days. Now they are at Erie lodge a few miles away. I do not recommend booking there.

We came for Homecoming so we didn’t take advantage of the breakfast or the open areas. The room was very comfortable and clean, and in a convenient location 10 minutes to Mercyhurst University. Exactly what we needed for a quick overnight.

This hotel has the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! It was amazing! The amenities are stunning. Salt water pool, kitchenette in the lobby with a Pizza oven, and frozen pizza, and other frozen dishes available for purchase. Wide open dining area for their hot breakfast. Definitely going to put this hotel on my go to list for stays near Lake Erie! Also, with the Hotels.com app, check in was a breeze. Just a signature, and got the key card, and off to my room. Room rate was incredible given the location next to the marina, an excellent pub/restaurant, and a mile from UPMC Hamot/Magee Hospitals. I asked for a ADA room, and I was not disappointed. Very spacious bathroom as you would hope for. They definitely took it seriously when designing this room. I hope I get a another chance to stay there again soon!

I actually live in Erie, but I work full-time and I am a full-time student. I just needed to get away from home for a night to concentrate on my schoolwork. Check in was easy. My room was right down the hall from the front desk. I had a king suite with the jacuzzi tub. The jacuzzi tub is very small. It definitely does not fit more than one person. The hot tub in the pool area is nice, but the water temperature could have been hotter. It was pretty much bath water temperature. I liked that it was salt water, so you don't have to sit in all the harsh chemicals. Breakfast was good.

The front desk staff at this hotel was in particular really rude and unhelpful. We waited in line for 15 minutes to check in because no one was at the desk. Then when we checked in the lady not friendly or polite. I ultimately checked out early rather than staying the two days, and waited in line for 10 minutes to check out because the same front desk lady didn't know how to fix the final bill for the person ahead of me- ultimately telling the woman trying to check out that she wasn't trained on fixing it and couldn't fix it and it wasn't her problem. Then another staff member was cleaning the entrance door to the hotel and the automatic door stopped working so we couldn't get into the hotel. A maintenance guy eventually got it working and then was in the breakroom right behind the front desk scolding the staff member who had been cleaning the door and complaining about the job, when everyone standing in the lobby could hear. The hotel itself was not very clean and the breakfast was really bad. Our room was dingy and outdated and there were stains all over the carpet. We were in town for a wedding and were told his was a great hotel to stay at because of location and amenities and quality and that was just not the case.

The location was spot on couldn’t ask for a better location. The staff were nice. Our room had a shower with a very dirty shower curtain and the bed though had terrible cheap sheets that came off. I also woke up with a bug on my arm.

We stayed here just one night on our roadtrip. The hotel has a convenient location with a marina on the lake Erie right across the road and downtown just a few minute drive away. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. We had a very spacious family accommodation that had a nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Everyhting was really clean. I also had a chance to use the nice indoor pool and a whirlpool. Breakfast was good.

Pros: Wonderful location near the water and a very short drive to parks, shops, restaurants, museum, library. Front desk staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. 24-hour convenience shop stocked with drinks, tv dinners, snacks and more. AC worked excellently. Very roomy room with a large fridge, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, pots and pans. Fast, easy checkout. I love when hotels offer a king-size mattress but... Cons: The king-size mattress was really lumpy and uncomfortable, and the fitted sheet was too small and didn't even cover the corners. We had to ask for a new fitted sheet and remake the bed ourselves. Filthy floors, after showering and walking around the room barefoot for about 1/2 an hour my feet were black on the bottom, gross. Pull-out couch had a 2-inch thin uncomfortable mattress for our daughter. Lobby bar was closed for our entire 4-day stay. TV remote didn't work very well, even with new batteries, the buttons had to be pressed and held really hard to turn on/off or change channels. Cobblestone could be really nice if an effort was made to clean/repair little things like broken tiles, leaking showerheads, tv remotes and filthy carpets. It would be even better with a major upgrade, like better mattresses and room furniture. The restaurant across the street is convenient but noisy at night.

We rode up on motorcycles and there were 4 adults. We just went on an over night stay the parking lot was roomy and there’s a restaurant/bar across the road that we were able to walk to for dinner. The staff were friendly. Room was clean. Water pressure was great
