This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. I thought I did good research and had very high expectations of what I considered a boutique hotel. From staff entering our room after we were in bed, damp sheets, the mildew smell, no working phone in room and unable to reach staff from cell phone to a toilet that flushed for 58 mts and sounded just short of a jet plane taking off. I will not recommend or return.

It was a good stay! The hotel is in a good location, but has a verry young vibe; like a hostel.
I lost my bag with all my skin care products and I’ve called the hotel more than 5 times, sent a message on Instagram and no one answers me. So I’m sad to say that the service is not that great. I’m still waiting for an answer so they can send me back my things.

Horrible customer service. Lobby was only open for a fraction of the day. Valet not open at all hours. Only available via text after hours. Waited 2+ hours to receive our car along with dozens of text messages and broken promises of when we would get our keys back.
Not sure if they fully clean the rooms between guests as ours had food left in the drawers.
An overall terrible experience would never stay there again

Stayed here one night before a cruise and the location was perfect with nearby shopping and eateries within walking distance. Check-in was easy & online and we felt safe. We had to request more towels and call front desk twice after no one brought any. After returning from the cruise we stayed another night and again not enough towels! Requested more twice again and was told the storage key wasn’t available. What??!!! Can’t take some from a vacant room or do whatever you need. After waiting for over 30 minutes with pure disdain we decided to go and purchase towels. For reference, there were 3 people in my group and both times only towels for 2. This isn’t an unusual expectation but the response sure was, at the very least. Bring your own towels unless you want to save the universe by skipping a shower during your stay.

The hotel was very nice and quaint. Within walking distance of your needs. There is food onsite and the staff is pleasant. We had to wait longer for face towels but no other issues.

The location of the hotel is great for Miami Beach. The value for which we paid does lower the expectations. One thing I noted was the bed did not have fitted sheets and the flat sheet was too small for the mattress. There were black hairs on the pillow (my wife and I have blonde hair) and the toilet paper holder was non existant. We also were on and outside access room on the third floor. The ambient noise was fairly loud. But for the price it was a reasonable stay.

Vemmelig hotell. Skittent og mye støy. Ble svart under bena av å gå på gulvet, og sengtøyet var helt utvasket.
Spurte etter ekstra vasking, men ble ikke noe forbedring.
Det luktet urin i heisen.

We stayed in this hotel and had high hopes. It looked very cute and cozy. We checked in with no problem. The problems started when we got to our room, it smelled like mold, the towels smelled bad too. I asked for the room to be cleaned and it was not. Requested clean towels that never came. Requested to check out 1hr later to accommodate our inconveniences and was told they would forward the request to the appropriate department and would let us know and never got an answer. Will not stay here. Plus, parking in the area was a challenge too. Also, they have resort fees that are not worth it.

It was not open when I tried to check in.

Pros: The room was nice, comfortable, fresh, with many windows and useful storage. The pool area is small (the pool is very small) but pleasant. The location is comfortably walkable, and not too touristy.
Cons: The hotel isn't particularly welcoming. Staff are very hands-off (by the management's design). If you want to check in, you have to do it yourself (on your own phone, typing everything in manually). Need to leave your luggage? Take it to the closet yourself. The welcome message introducing the hotel is texted to your phone. Etc. They sent the "Ciao, please check out on time" message before I even arrived, and asked if I wanted room service the day I was leaving. Altogether a sad effort at automated hospitality.

Had to switch rooms due to very noisy neighbors. Then the new room didn’t lock that well, so I didn’t feel safe.
The floor also had a film on it that felt dewy, and someone’s hair was on the shower wall.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the overall experience. The hotel was impeccably clean, from the lobby to the rooms, which made my stay very comfortable. The location was in a calm and quiet area, perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city.
One downside, however, was the cleanliness of the towels in the bathroom. Unfortunately, they were not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. Despite this, the situation was handled well by the staff, who were excellent in answering my questions and addressing any concerns I had during my stay. Their attentiveness and professionalism really stood out.
Overall, this hotel is a great choice if you're looking for a clean, peaceful place to stay in Miami, with a team that is ready to assist with any needs. I hope they improve the towel situation, as that would make this place truly exceptional.

Communication through texts was nice, keyless entry a plus.
I have seen bigger swim spas than this hotels pool, rooms are subpar and tiny, very limited options near hotel for food.
I would stay closer to the heart of south beach next time

The property was amazing. It was safe, clean, and the best part of it all was the hotel staff! Val was the receptionist and she was very very accomodating from the beginning to the end! Val was an angel!! I will only stay to the hotel when I visit Miami! It was a great experience!

Pictures online fool you. Stayed in a room without balcony and as soon as you walk into the hallway you can smell the mold. The rooms dirty and infested with roaches and ants. Have to call and beg for housekeeping even after you request it. Hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. 5 thumbs down.

Well for starters my arrival was 6:30am. I had requested early check in days prior but no response. Day of my arrival I kept calling the hotel to see about super early check in, no answer. Took a nap at the airport 8:30ish am decided to just show up. Luckily sweet Luis checked me in within the hour. I was super tired from flying redeye. Once settled in, dosed off then abruptly woke up to a couple (Man woman) opening my door. They stated they were given the room & code. Thank goodness I was dressed. They politely closed the door, I called the front desk right away & apparently the couple got the wrong floor per Luis. Luckily it wasn’t some creep with my room code busting in. The code remained the same through out my stay.
And lastly the random charges of almost 2,000.00 during my stay. My bank notified me via email. Luis was able to resolve the issue and refund me back. (Still pending in my account).
Minor improvements can be made.
Other than this, remained positive & I enjoyed my stay, would definitely come back to stay here.
I would suggest better locks or room key options for security safety purposes.
Also, monitor or modify the billing system to avoid random overcharging guests. Read other reviews and appears to be an issue. Maybe an internal investigation perhaps.

The hotel is ok, staff was nice and friendly, However room service was requested and never received and pool water wasn’t very clean, I got a very bad rash due to the pool water.
