nice location,nice heplfull staff,but the building/equipment needed inmediatly reconstruction.

location was perfect,near to the beach and near to all activities

old equipment,not wery clean,old not able to openong windows,we had room located to the street and avery voice at the street we hear all dy and night.

Excellent location. Walking distance to attractions, restaurants and beach.

Room very well appointed. Clean, bathroom updated and modern. Bed very comfortable. Restaurant attached had lovely breakfast and atmosphere. Pool was a relief from the busy streets and beach. An oasis.

Great location, great services, great price

The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and the have a pool and a restaurant is very cozy and quiet.

No outlet next to the bed to charge my phone

Lit exceptionnel de confort Bien situé et au calme

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclus et le prix monte vite entre le prix affiché (entre 14 et 16 $), le café qu'il faut ajouter (6$ le café), les taxes et le service... La chambre + petit déjeuner font que c'est très cher

I would not prefer again.

The location was very good

Even if the door of the next fifth room closes, shakes my room inside with a big noise and you hear all the moves in the floor. And the room was very small. I could not find a Space to open my big luggage. The lady in the front desk was like soldier rather than a receptionist. I have just asked for a favour the change my dresses in the room after checked out and declined without thinking twice. It was 13.00 and I have just checked out. I think she could manage it but did not let me to do that which made me really unhappy. She could at least pretend as if helping.

Good

The first impression was really good. A very welcoming reception team, a good looking room, comfy bed. The hotel is situated close to the beach and shops. Beach towels are provided. U also get a coucher for 2 beach chairs (you pay for umbrella separately $20 to the beach stuff, if u need one).

Cleaning. The room was mainly straightened up but not cleaned. Considering the dark dirt in the toilet and the thick layers of dust in many places, particularly those above the eye-level, the rooms are not properly cleaned between customers either. If the hotel invests in a professional cleaning service, it will really shine.

Cute hotel with great location.

Cute hotel, very friendly staff. The hotel had excellent location nearby the convention center and the beach. Everything needed or to do is in walking distance so you don't have to worry about driving in crazy traffic.

Can hear anything going on outside. But that's expected with an old building. We stayed here twice love the hotel.

Exceptional

Staff were excellent & responsive before the trip as well. They were very helpful & kind all around. Location was great, you could walk to so much around the area. Rooms were expectedly small (it is an older hotel) but clean & organized. AC was easy to work.

Wasn't sure how to get anything on the TV but on the other hand, I wasn't in Miami to watch TV. Not many outlets to plug your things into. Room had a ton of foliage outside the window which helped with privacy but meant I never really knew the time from sunlight. Nothing was really wrong, there were just little things to note & expect when staying.

The didn't change the bed sheets The fridge was off balance and leaking inside Charged for on-site parking They didn't use any form of fragrance we had to use our own for the room The staff failed to provide a dinner menu at the time of request

Disappointing

The location was great.

Serious grey water smell problems at this hotel. It became so unbearable we were eventually moved to another room, but the staff were not friendly about it, and certainly offered no apology.

Good location, but nothing special beyond that. Mediocre is how I'd rate this place.

Good location close to convention center and the beach.

Staff isn't friendly. They are competent, but nothing more than that. I paid $1,000 to stay there and upon departing the clerk didn't even say "thank you" or "thank you for staying with us." Just "have a nice day." The rooms are tiny. Fine for one person, I suppose. My bed was lumpy. The patio restaurant is super cute for breakfast and lunch. Unfortunately there is a bit of a sewer smell out side, but the plants and vibe are nice.

Very good

Great location near the beach, fantastic staff, charming art deco facade.

Facilities a bit tired in the rooms and corridors, no elevator to second floor if that is problematic for anyone with a disability etc. but they will carry up your bags. A bit loud at night due to proximity to Collins Ave, but that is known going into booking here.

some staff members were not particularly nice. The nicest staff was the lady who was working the Night Shift and the gentleman working the Night Shift. I asked the girl who checked me in if they had an international adapter and she said no, that I could go and buy it at CVS. It would help if the hotel kept couple of adaptors which they could lend to guests particularly if the guests are checking in late.
