The house was just as advertised. Clean, well stocked, and in a great location. The property manager was responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was beautiful, clean and location was perfect. Communication between owner, property management and myself was easy. My family and I spent July 4th week on island and it was very relaxing and peaceful. This house came with 4 person golf cart, private boat slip ,community club pool, free ice available at the clubhouse and there is a small store for last minutes provisions. It was very easy to enjoy all things around the island with these amenities. Added bonus there were fireworks at the beach and were spectacular. Shallys Seashells team was amazing, they had great communication from start to finish and all the concerige services they offer made it stress free vacation. Don't hesitate to book this house on North Captiva.

It’s one of our favorite places to stay. Great layout of home plus dock access!

To exceed expectations you need to do things the customer doesn’t expect. This property and destination exceeded all my expectations. The management company made getting on/off the island seamless, easy, and stress free. The owners were responsive and accurate. The property was immaculate and well stocked. Between kitchen items, beach chairs / umbrellas, the grill or the golf cart, everything was there and functional.
We could walk to the pool or the pickleball courts in a minute. The market and bar are a five minute walk. After dark the house was a comfy place to play uno or do a puzzle.
I would have never picked this destination if not for friends going too. I’d be intimidated by the ferry, groceries, and lack of businesses. I’m glad I went as it was all easy to navigate with help of the owners and Shally’s. One friend called it “forced relaxation” and it was amazing. True easygoing island life with no rushing or overstimulation.
I cannot recommend this location enough. Thank you for wonderful experience.

We visited North Captiva Dec 21-27 for Christmas week. The property was big enough for me, my husband and 3 of our young adult children. The beds are extremely comfortable! The large screened-in back deck was wonderful for morning coffee as well as eating all our meals. Very private, quiet location. Walking distance to pickleball courts and pools. Highly recommend this property on North Captiva.

Great place to stay on a perfect island

We had a wonderful time. Island still recovering but the house was perfect for our family of 4. We met with a big group of friends. House is in a great location. Walking access to pool and club. You can walk to Mangos but should take care to the beach. 1 little hiccup in kitchen was addressed within an hour. The deck is beautiful and perfect place for morning coffee and sunsets. We plan on coming back to the island and hopefully getting the same house. Thank you for having us. Teenagers approved.
Also, unlike most homes on island the driveway was well lit. So we felt safe driving home in the evenings.

The house was just perfect for our stay on North Captiva.

This house is like new, and just beautiful. Furnishings upscale, beds comfy, and kitchen well stocked. The house needed a few things - due mostly to recovery from the hurricane - and the property managers were very responsive. We especially enjoyed the balconies and spent a lot of time on the screened in one.
