We didn't get to check in at all! Its not serviced apt but a gated community with stern gate woman that doesn't speak understandable English at all n refused to let us in or even park anywhere close n later said only accept 3 nights booking n demanded us to leave without a chance to talk to the person whoever is in charge! N hotels.com refused to refund us because apparently they only take the other side story not ours!!! Its an outrage n disgrace but Apparently we are not the only one. For the past month I' saw quite a few reviews with same experience n hotels.com refuse to refund. This is no longer acceptable!
