About this villa rental

Professionally designed and decorated, this villa looks like it came out of a magazine!

The kitchen features custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably seats six. The living room continues the wonderful beach-contemporary theme presented throughout this large villa. The living room has a sectional sofa, side chair and a large Smart TV. As part of the living area, there is a half bath for guests to use.

Completing the first floor is the primary bedroom with its king bed, Smart TV and en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom looks fantastic with its custom-tiled walk-in shower.

Heading upstairs there is a landing with a daybed and wall-mounted Smart TV. The first guest bedroom features a king bed along with a set of twin bunk beds, Smart TV and an en-suite guest bathroom. The guest bathroom has a custom-tiled tub and shower combination. The second guest bedroom has two queen beds, Smart TV and its own en-suite guest bathroom. This second guest bathroom also features a custom-tiled tub and shower combination.

Outside you'll enjoy your own private deck with an outdoor dining table along with your own propane grill. Enjoy sweeping views of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, a championship golf course!

We stayed for 2 nights. A family of 8. It was a beautiful and clean space. Instructions and guides were clear. The neighborhood is beautiful. 5 minute walk to the beach!

We had a great time at Hilton Head. This location is excellent with walkability to the beach and pool, and Palmetto Dunes was a great spot in general. Great grill, washer, dry, and dishwasher available. A/C worked well. There was a minor snafu with the wifi (the password didn't work on the network listed in the listing or in the binder at the property, but did work when we tried it on the unit's 5G network), and a very minor problem with a leaning AC vent that the owner quickly had repaired. The outdoor shower was a very nice plus, as well as the beach cart, boogy board, and sand toys. Some minor cons I will mention are that the property does not really come with a lot of smaller amenities like dishwasher detergent/pods, laundry detergent, cooking oil (olive oil, etc), paper towels, trash bags (there were two trash cans with bags in the kitchens and 2 extra bags), or salt and pepper. There was a welcome kit with tiny little salt and pepper shakers, and one or two dishwasher and laundry pods. It would have been nice to not have to buy extra paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher detergent while we were there (we did). Not a big deal, but one of those "nice to have" items that we missed, though I know this highly variable from rental to rental in our experience. The last thing I'll say is the booking fee charged us $25 for parking, but then each of our vehicles still had to pay another $25 for a parking pass when we checked in. Overall 5 stars, would stay again!

We flew down to Hilton Head for a quick vacation to celebrate my son's graduation and have a celebratory dinner at his favorite restaurant. The villa was perfect for our family of 6; it was very clean, had everything we needed, and communication was excellent. We could walk to the beach and the general store (great breakfast spot). Would come again!

We love our time in Palmetto Dunes! The welcome center gave us some trouble with checking in early, but Carrie took care of it in a matter of minutes and we were on our way! Highly recommend.

We had 5 adults and one toddler on our trip, and this was the perfect space for all of us! We never felt crowded, and each room having its own bathroom was a huge plus. It was an easy walk to the beach access, and the condo was equipped with all sorts of gear including chairs, beach toys, and even a wagon. There was some construction in the neighborhood on our first day, and we did received notice that the water would be cut off for a few hours, but it never interfered with our plans and we didn’t even notice. Location wise, Palmetto Dunes is in a great spot on the island and easily accessible to lots of shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I had a great time on our golf trip to HHI. We golfed several days, enjoyed the VRBO and surrounding property, and spent time on the beach. This townhome was sparkling clean, aesthetically pleasing, comfortable, and well-stocked (beach stuff included) . The property owner was an excellent communicator--clear and responsive.

Great layout for our family of 9. (8 adults, 1 child) Superb kitchen, laundry/pantry area. Lots of pool and beach gear were available. Nice decor, comfy beds. Amazing communication. AC stopped working and host immediately sent someone out to check it out and replace. Few minute walk to the beach. Just a great place all around. Beautiful property. Carrie was accesible and helpful when i could not get in. Everything is located close by. I enjoyed our time there. The wild life was active so I had deer running the golf course snd squirrels peeking in. I never made it to the beach....so a rebook is in order. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo, which was perfect for 6 ladies because there were plenty of bedrooms and enough bathrooms when we were all getting ready to go out. A very minor maintenance issue was handled immediately. Lovely location if you don't mind walking to the beach. Condo was very clean and we also enjoyed the pool several times.

The property is in a great location and has very nice view of the golf course. Beautiful kitchen and living area. The only issue is the lack of maintenance in certain areas. The grill on the patio was so dirty it actually caught on fire while we were using it. The shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom was too short and would soak the floor when using the shower. Nice place to stay but could definitely use a little more attention to detail.

Carrie was a great host and helped answer all of our questions when there was a small error checking in with the door code. The house was in a great location and the interior of the house was very clean. Plenty of clean towels and clean sheets. The downstairs shower seemed to get a large amount of water on the bathroom floor so we used the other showers upstairs instead. The patio table and furniture outside was really dirty so we spent a bit of time cleaning that so we could eat out on the patio. The only other thing that was a surprise was the parking passes. They were 25$ each for three days. This was not mentioned so just be aware this will be an extra cost to stay on property. We had three parking passes so it was an additional 75$. This is just a short walk from the beach and sits right on the 18th hole on the golf course. Overall this was a great weekend trip!

Clean, newer duplex. Some minor maintenance issues - all attended to quickly. Some issues with noise at night first 2 nights. Pictures make common areas appear bigger than they are. Owner had beach cart and chairs for our use - very helpful. Beach is a bit farther than we like but ok. Kids enjoyed pool. A good week away.

I have been to Hilton Head many years in the past and wanted to relive past memories with my adult sons. Our unit on Palmetto Dunes Resort was perfect. 5 minute walk to the beach, biking trails forever, golf, tennis and close by dining. Our unit was exceptional. Very clean and updated with full kitchen cooking supplies and beach chairs and other beach equipment. We had 10 in our group and everyone had a great time. I would definitely rent this unit again

We had a great stay at this location in Palmetto Dunes. Very clean, plenty of room, close to the beach. The owner was very accommodating and answered questions usually within the hour. Couldn’t have asked for a better home or location for a great family vacation.

Very nice and clean, updated and offered everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Loved the close proximity to the beach (5 min walk). Tennis and pickleball courts nearby along with bike rentals. We enjoyed our week in the lovely all newly renovated condo with our family so very much ! The neighborhood was absolutely beautiful and the gorgeous and relaxing beach was a pleasant 5 minute walk away! Were rented bikes for the week from Hilton head outfitters and had them delivered right to the condo . We rented chairs and an umbrella too , but later discovered there were chairs and many other supplies available in the storage closet ! We rode bikes and played pickle ball every day . We ate at a couple of nice restaurants , but our favorite meal was the one we grilled out on the gas grill on our private large back deck ! There is a nice table for 6 on the back that looks out over the golf course with the live oaks , Spanish moss and variety of songbirds framing the lovely setting . Our only issue was when we arrived the welcome center was closed ( 10:30pm) so we couldn’t get our door lock access code but the security guards were very helpful and after they called the owner we had our code ! Thanks for a wonderful week in this paradise !

We had a blast staying at this beach house. Located just a few steps away from beach access, quiet gated community, easily accessible and sleeps 10 comfortably! We had a blast & highly recommend. Carrie was so easy to communicate with throughout the whole process.

This is a great place- right on a golf course. The walk to the beach was 5-10 minutes, depending on how much we were carrying. The community is nice and just a short walk to the general store. The store has great food too, the kids loved the donuts. Host is very responsive to questions!

Condo was fantastic; only issue is clarity on the difficulty caused by parking and parking passes; the guardhouse guards were very rude and not helpful; security officer was rude and not helpful and tried to make trouble when we were only asking for how to handle a parking issue; (cars with any commercial decal are not allowed) that needs to be clear; four of our group were self employed business owners that had wraps on their trucks; clarity of the "pickyness" of the parking needs to be made more clear and parking passes easier to obtain; Other than the parking hassle, this place was fantastic; Now that I know of the parking issues; another trip would have no issues; I will reserve this unit again for sure;

The property is spacious clean and amazing. The neighborhood was great, the people at the bike rental, pickleball, all the amenities were fantastic. Our only problem was at check in where they didn't know what address we rented, and didn't have the name on file of the person we agreed to rent from on vrbo. Not an exciting feeling in the dark.

Great experience from start to finish! Walked in and I was instantly happy I booked this property! Newly renovated, beautifully decorated! Upgraded kitchen appliances. It was really nice having a bathroom in each bedroom!! Perfect location for pickleball/tennis, very short bike ride to the beach! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend to even the pickiest of travelers!
