Welcome to “Skyline Vue,” a new modern luxury home in a Prime location! This rental is decked out in a modern theme, perfect for the sophisticated bachelor party or group trip to Nashville.

This house has so much space for your group, and a top floor deck with a perfect view of the Downtown Nashville Skyline just 2 miles away! When the whole group needs to get ready at once, six full baths will make all the difference in the world. We have thought of everything to make your stay more than convenient; this vacation rental home will make it more fun. Decked out with a modern color pallet, you will enjoy having so much to do inside the house to entertain your group. With its prime location, you’ll also have the neon lights of Broadway, some of Nashville’s largest museums and music venues, Vanderbilt, Music Row/Edgehill, 12South, Belmont & Midtown, all within 5 minutes. You must be 23 or older to rent the property; a photo ID is required upon booking via Safely Protection. Before checking in, you required to sign a rental agreement via email for Nashville/Metro policy guidelines. An email address is required for the rental agreement & check in information. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. I give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. This house was exactly how it is listed. Plenty of space for everyone and everything. Would def stay here again and again. We did walk home from Nissan (CMA FEST) due to uber congestion and that was doable (1.5 miles). Restaurants nearby were GREAT. Cant say anything bad about our stay except wish it was longer.

Our group of 10 60 year old women couldn’t have been more impressed with the property! It was beautiful, clean, spacious, comfortable, and located just minutes from the music! Karaoke and pool table were a wonderful surprise! So many bathrooms we could all get ready to go out at the same time. Separate air controls in each room were ideal. My 25 year old daughter who was with us wants her friend group to book this property in the future! Thank you for a perfect home away from home! Oh…and the wine was a super nice touch!

We loved the size of the property. Every bedroom has their own bathroom. So much space. No one felt on top of each other. The basement game area was a nice surprise!

The property was easy to access and very clean upon arrival. There are a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms within the property, which is very accommodating for large groups and the property is very updated with modern finishes. I would highly recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 8 people and this place was amazing for all of us. Each of the bedrooms had their own en-suites and then there were two additional full bathrooms making it easy for everyone to get ready. The location was quick uber rides to everywhere we went (Broadway, The Gulich, Germantown, etc.) The actual neighborhood looked a little questionable at first but we never felt unsafe and was extemely quiet.The only thing I would recommend to the management company is to have the walls cleaned. It looks like people spilled drinks on the walls as they were coming down the stairs and the walls are stained. Other than that, plenty of amentities provided and we enjoyed our stay.

This house is in a great location in a trendy neighborhood and is also close to downtown Nashville. Everything was clean and well maintained. The rooftop patio was an extra bonus.

I’ve been a little disenchanted with rental properties lately, but I was so please with our stay here. Everything was as advertised, and the property was very well built and comfortable. The coffee pods were a really nice touch as well. I had to reach out to playlist a couple of times and they were extremely responsive. Great visit to Nashville!

Property is as described and as shown in the pictures. Plenty of room for large groups. Beds are comfortable and every room has its own bathroom. Wouldn't recommend adults sleeping on the sofa sleeper in the loft; it's a bit uncomfortable and the loft gets especially warm. House has everything you need and is clean and well-maintained. Super easy access to Broadway and other parts of Nashville. Excellent food choices in the neighborhood. This is a transitional neighborhood with a varied and diverse community. Also, this home is part of a 4-plex, so expect some noise from the bachelor/bachelorette party crowd. (We had a group behind us of golf buddies and a group next door with strippers until 3 am.) The view of the Nashville skyline in the evening from the loft's outdoor deck is spectacular!

Had a great stay, short Uber rides to the action on Broadway was able to walk over to Nissan Stadium, and there's a few local bars within walking distance of the property. Had a little heating issue that a few text and phone calls was able to fix.. The house it self was great with separate bedrooms and bathrooms for all.
