House & guest house were perfect for our family. We all enjoyed the covered outside area with plenty of seating with a view to die for. We enjoyed fishing (catfish, perch, bass, drum). Used the toys (canoe, kayak, paddle board, large swimming pad) they were a lot of fun. We rented a jet ski. We only ate what we brought using the outdoor grill so can’t recommend any restaurant. HEB 8 min away. Our ages range from 5-73 & we all enjoyed ourselves!

We were in Kingsland for a family reunion. I had my husband, mother-in-law and her sister and husband. All are senior citizens. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable, AC working well. We did not take advantage of all the water equipment, but saw it there. This place is right on the water with a great view. There are a few stairs up to each home which was a bit of a struggle for some of our older folks, but we managed.

The House was clean, the beds were soft, and the views of the lake were perfect. We really enjoyed our time on the lake and the watertoys that the house had. This was the perfect place to spend a quiet week by the water to close out our summer!

Good for family with the 2 separate areas.
Very quiet location and close enough to shopping. Loved that they had a Wii cause it rained the last of our stay but that made it better!

Was a perfect stay for our vacation. Property management was extremely helpful & quick with an issue that popped out. Far exceeded expectation. This will be our go-to stay for our annual family reunion. Thank you!!

Great waterfront and beautiful view of all the activities happening on the lake. Awesome spot for 4th of July - easy access to Kingsland fireworks near BoatTown and individual properties all around the house had fireworks on 4th and 5th. Would definitely book again!

Very clean comfortable house and beds and lots of amenities. Almost everything you could ask for. We rented a boat one day and took the kids tubing, another day we rented jet skis. So fun!! The only thing is that I wished for was a boat dock that we could have used to park the boat or change riders on the jet skis but I knew that before I rented so can’t complain. Overall great experience. Website pictures very accurate.

We had a great time at this property. It was comfortable for large groups since there are 2 units on the property which offers additional privacy but the main living space makes it easy to gather and mingle. There are 2 rooms which look out over the water, and the other rooms are comfortable as well. There were welcoming/thoughtful touches and they were very communicative as well throughout the process. Would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

I would have stayed forever! This property was very clean, spacious, quiet and relaxing - we did not want to leave!

We had a great time! Plenty of room, well appointed with extra linens, nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms, beautiful view and lovely waterfront breeze. Great water toys available and in great shape. Kitchen has everything you need to make meal prep easy. Love all of the character of the property and really appreciate the owners allowing up to three dogs. Our families had the best time playing Wii in the evenings, so fun! The grounds needed some maintenance (large tree limb removed, rotten hammock replaced, a little junk removal), and the inaccessible/unusable dock is still accessible, so if you have curious young children or dogs, you would want to keep a close eye on them because the dock needs much repair. Other than that, the place has tons of charm and is very inviting. Thanks for opening up Becker’s Point Lake House to guests!

Took the family and kids friends here for a quick get-a-way during Spring Break. House is recently remodeled so interior is in great shape and had everything we needed for our three night stay. Kids enjoyed fishing, kayaking, canoeing, playing on float pad, and lounging in the hammock. Adults enjoyed relaxing on the patio enjoying the view and property. Easy access to town.
We did have to contend with leaky sinks in the kitchen, but repair team came out and addressed the issue during our stay.
Exterior grounds and outdoor seating needs some TLC/refreshing to match the remodeled interior. Also it should be noted in the rental listing that the boat house & sundeck, and attached dock on the property are not accessible to guests - kids were frustrated they could not fish from the dock. Those items need substantial repairs so understandable for safety, just would have been nice to know prior to renting.
We would rent again. Great value for the location.

We loved being right next to the water with great sunset views. Took out the canoes a couple of times too!

Great place right on the Colorado arm of LBJ-lots of outdoor areas to hang out, fun water toys, super easy access in/out of lake. Lovely interior, well equipped kitchen and bar (has a free standing ice machine !), amazing shower in main house (great water pressure and hot water). Convenient parking, too. Awesome place to sit and watch the water!

We were 7 adults and 4 children...the space was great loved the location on the lake. We all enjoyed the floating island and the kids enjoyed fishing from the waters edge. The kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed for cooking. Cons: It would have been better had we been able to use the dock... the ladder to enter the water was not secured to the sidewalk(a safety hazard for entering and exiting the water)....had to be careful walking to the other building at night trip hazards and pretty dark to navigate. Pros out way the cons would like to stay again.

We loved the house, location and all it had to offer!!

Loved the lake toys provided. We left a couple things to add 😀 house was pretty well stocked. We were unaware of the storage closet behind the kitchen on the outside so check there if you run out of something. Be aware the houses are not connected. I think it would make a great addition to the property value if concrete was poured to make it a little safer to travel back and forth. Our older parents had a hard time between the 2 houses. The other thing to note is the ladder in and out of the lake is not secure. It's tied on by a rope so that should really be fixed for safety. Lots of wildlife to see. Loved the super sweet ice maker. Other then the 2 things above overall super sweet place to stay and would come back again!

We lived the house and the location. The only issue was we found some dishes that weren’t althe way clean that were put away in cabinets. In the dishwasher when we went to use it we found soap tabs still wrapped wrapper. Not the owners fault. I guess guest think the Mylar wrappers will desolate. Probably need the housekeepers to re-wash everything as we only re-washed items we knew we were going to use. The house it’s self was very clean. We caught fish played games inside and out side anj had a great family time just the 3 of us. We plan to come back with a group from our church, the set up is great for 2 or 3 family’s that have kids and a couple of pets.

This place is like being in a postcard! The cabin is well stocked, and the view and lake activities are awesome. The beds had nice sheets and were comfortable. Plenty of space between the two buildings for our entire bunch. I just wish that the fireplace highlighted on the VRBO site would have been functional. This is a gas-only fireplace with no switch visible and no special instructions. Queries sent to the rental manager were never replied to. It was very chilly while we were there for our spring break trip. I would suggest VRBO listing mentioning that the fireplace is not functional or detailed how-to instructions. Please know that as a seasoned 5 start STR owner myself, I am very surprised that not one person has mentioned the lack of detail to deep cleaning (oven was dirty, windows dirty, outside grill dirty, and corners of most walls had adult spiders). But, with all of this in mind, we had Canadian geese come and talk to us for tiny pinches of bread, watched an Osprey pick up a fish, got to go on a canoe ride, and saw my grandson catch a fish. We made priceless memories and our adult kids want a do-over this summer. So, this is a 4 rating in my books balancing the good with the bad.

Plan on visiting again. The owners did a great renovation on both buildings. Alots of space and had relaxing time. Even went swimming thanks to my grandson. Water a bit chilly!

Great pair of buildings on quiet property. Fenced in which was great for our dog. Great kayak and SUP.

We loved staying at this property. It had a great view and was very serene. We did go in the winter though so not much swimming or boat traffic. This house has so many extras that you wouldn’t think would be included. Every kitchen item you need including spices. A lot of little touches like nightlights that they include that made our stay even more enjoyable. Very cute house with lots of puzzles and board games. Family had a great time and would love to go back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well stocked. We stayed on Thanksgiving and they had condiments and dishes that we had forgot to bring. The kitchen and bathrooms were amazing. The outside patio was well stocked with chairs, toys, and grill. All that you need to enjoy the outdoors. Was amazing view of the lake from all parts of the house. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home that is well taken care of. Plenty of amenities and basics like spices, cookware, towles, and water toys. I would definitely book again. The master bedroom had the most comfortable bed.

We were looking for a great property for our family weekend. We found it here. The access to the lake was very easy with the house close to the water and stairs coming out of the water instead of ladders that are at lots of other homes on the lake. There was a shallow area just when you entered the water where you could stand. That’s also not something you find at lots of places on Lake LBJ. The house was newly renovated with new bathrooms, kitchen, and floors. The house is very well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, silverware, linens, toilet paper, and paper towels. The wi-if and cable worked very well. The back patio was situated so you could enjoy the outdoors without being exposed to the sun and the ceiling fans on the back patio made it a wonderful place to sit and enjoy your coffee or afternoon cocktails while watching the boats go by. Wonderful property!
