Located just a block from dining, shopping, hiking trails and many attractions, and just a short drive to downtown Sedona, our home is perfectly situated for exploring all that this beautiful area has to offer. Our home is a peaceful and relaxing oasis that offers stunning views. This spacious and stylishly decorated house is the perfect retreat for families, couples, and friends seeking a quiet and rejuvenating vacation. Whether you're looking to hike, bike, or simply relax and rejuvenate, our home is the perfect choice.

The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with beautiful linens and soft lighting. The Pack ‘n Play is perfect for those who have little ones and want to travel light.

With plenty of natural light and tasteful decor, this home has everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. The open-plan living area features high ceilings, a 70" TV, and comfortable sofa and chairs, perfect for lounging in front of the fireplace on cooler evenings.

Outside, the spacious deck is the perfect place to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. You can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in the spectacular Sedona sunsets. The front patio is ideal for morning coffee with views of Thunder Mountain.

We had a family trip to Sedona and found this property on Vrbo and it was an instant first pick. They have great amenities with hot tub, fire pit, and pool table and the location is fantastic. The owners were very communicative throughout the whole process. 10/10 --- 5 stars and highly recommend!

It was a great week in Sedona. The house was perfect, felt like home and was equipped with everything we needed. Clean inside and out. And accessible to everything in town. My family and I had a great time and believe me, it was great to get out of Vegas during the heat spell we were having. Definitely want to come back in the fall or winter. And our host was the best. Thank you Ivy for everything. And the town of Sedona was beautiful!

First of all, kudos to the owners for incredible responsiveness and communication both before and during our stay, which is always appreciated! We had no issues, just a few minor questions, which were promptly answered. The house was exactly as advertised, great location, we were able to walk to the Airport Mesa trail via the Shelby Street trailhead (and Bandit trail), which was super convenient. Close to great restaurants and supermarkets. Master bed/bath was on separate side of the house from other two bedrooms, which was nice. Pool table a huge hit with our family! Really comfortable living room and TV. Kitchen had a HUGE amount of glassware and plates and silverware, which was nice. Gas stove was a plus. Very clean place upon check in and we tried to leave in the same condition. Owner provided nice towels and all the basic amenities. Sitting space on the front porch with great stargazing views! Pro tip - use Shelby to access this property as there is a traffic light on 89A and Shelby, then turn by the Wyndham Resort onto Whippet and then Mitchell. Turning left off 89A heading out of Uptown Sedona can be hair-raising with traffic! We found using Shelby and the light was much safer. Also DO NOT MISS Airport Mesa Trail and Sugarloaf Mountain Summit Trail. Both close by to this great property!

The property was everything it said it was. The hosts were exceptional. Phil and Ivy reached out after booking and were more than helpful prior to our stay. They gave us recommendations on golf courses, hikes and things to do, as well as restaurants to try. It was a fabulous trip for our family. Many memories created that will last a lifetime.

We absolutely loved our stay!! The house is amazing and we all kept commenting how we wished we could have stayed longer. It is immaculately clean and organized with lots of great amenities. The beds are super comfortable. The hot tub was so relaxing. Location was fantastic. Can't say enough nice things about this property! Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Sedona.

This was the cleaness rental home we have stayed in. West Sedona is a great home base, close to grocery store and Mcdonalds. We enjoyed the hot tub under the night stars. Large kitchen and plenty of bedding and towels.

We loved the layout, the location, the aesthetics and the quiet comfort of this very lovely home. It worked out really well for our family. It was so clean, airy, and incredibly relaxing with a private backyard and hot tub. The Sedona area is beautiful but very busy with tourists. Yet this home is in a highly walkable and quiet neighborhood with plenty of hiking trails nearby. We loved it!

Perfect house for exploring Sedona and environs. Its location may be its biggest selling point - super quiet neighborhood in West Sedona with plenty of restaurants (the Sundowner, Moon Dog's Pizza, Dahl & DiLuca - all delish as advertised) + everything you'd ever want to do within a 15-20 minute drive. Home is quite lovely, with nice decorative touches everywhere. Oh, and their hot tub was the most welcome sight after a hot day of hiking and adventure. Our hosts, Ivy & Phil were so kind and easy to work that it felt like were staying at a friends' home. Could not recommend the house + Ivy & Phil highly enough. We shall return.

We had a great stay in Sedona! House was in a quiet neighborhood in West Sedona and it was easy to get to everything. Groceries and restaurants in addition to hiking trails were all nearby. The home is spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. And we thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and hot tub.

This place is the perfect size for a group of friends, very central to all of the Sedona hikes and attractions, very clean, private, peaceful neighborhood, and we really appreciated both the indoor & outdoor fireplaces. The only recommendations I can make would be investing in more comfortable pillows, extra (cozy) blankets, and mattress toppers for the beds.

Great place. Exactly as advertised. Maybe even better! The little things were great. The kitchen was incredibly well appointed. They had TONS of spices, which was nice. They even had grocery bags for us to use. Great pool table. Dinner table seated 6, which was convenient. Tons of towels for the hot tub. Wonderful neighborhood and walking distance to a coffee shop and açaí place. The owner is an excellent communicator. That made a huge, positive impact on our stay.

We travelled with our adult children and the home accommodated us perfectly - exactly as advertised! The kitchen was well-stocked and the pool table / hot-tub were a huge bonus! It was close to some great restaurants and some of the best hiking trails in Sedona. The hosts were prompt in responding to any questions and very helpful. I would highly recommend this house and if we're ever planning to return to Sedona, we would definitely stay here again.

Am in so much gratitude for Ivy and Phil and this welcoming home we stayed in. We could tell right away the amount of love and thoughtfulness they put into this home was lovely. The cool breezes in the early morning, amazing sunsets with Thunder Mt at the edge of the street, fireplace on chilly evenings made this trip even more amazing. Ivy & Phil were very attentive and communicated openly which we all loved, to questions, needs of the home, etc. Minutes from all the Sedona shops, hikes was a plus. Took a chance with this new listing and wasn’t disappointed. The house is in a great spot in West Sedona close to restaurants and great trails including Devil’s Bridge. It was well-stocked with kitchen utensils, dishes, gadgets, and spices. Plenty of bath and pool towels. It was great to have the hot tub waiting after long days hiking and mountain biking. It was very clean and the hosts gave clear check-in directions prior to arrival. Hope to come back.
