Arrived from San Francisco in Three Rivers. Wanted to enter Sequoia N.P. next day. Perfect location for this.

We came to see the Big Trees in Sequoia National Park. We enjoyed our stay. The great room is huge. The bedroom faces the outside riverbank. It was a very peaceful setting. Nice.

This place was decently located for getting to sequoias etc, but I was unimpressed with the level of cleanliness. This place felt grimy. Visible footprints on the obviously unmopped floor, dirty lightswitches, couch with spots and grime on it. It was too late to cancel for a refund and I didnt want anyone coming in to clean while we were there, so I didn't say anything. We had to buy disinfectant spray and toilet bowl cleaner (yep, the toilet was visibly dirty) to feel comfortable.

This VRBO was perfect for us. It is well maintained and delightfully decorated. The location was ideal for visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Three Rivers has a lot to offer, too, with great restaurants and food trucks. Our host was very prompt in replying to messages and had excellent information for us to enjoy are stay even more. I highly recommend this rental.

Property was very nice, my only issue was that some areas could have been cleaner. I had to clean down some cobwebs that were around the ceiling of the bedroom bedroom before we could sleep in the bedroom.

We had our wedding photographers stay at this unit. They both commented at how spacious and clean it was. Karen made personal welcome note and was kind and courteous. Great place!

Karen was a kind and communicative host. The location of the house is in prime to downtown Three Rivers, with lots of restaurants and shops just down the street. It was also great for its proximity to the park.
The biggest issue for us was the cleanliness of the apartment. Karen had let us know that ants were often an issue as the temperatures warmed, which we understood, however, the house still could benefit from a true, deep clean. There was a cockroach in the sink, dishwasher, and two others found in the kitchen upon our arrival, cobwebs and dust build up in the corners of rooms, and dead bugs in windowsills, etc. While there were upsides to the location, this would be a major deterrent for us booking again.

We enjoyed the peaceful setting, listening to the river, and watching squirrels, birds, and even a peacock in the yard. The house was well-equipped and comfortable, and communication with the owner was excellent.

Place was very nice and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed Three Rivers as a community. Rivers Up was close to everything we needed but still quiet and away from the traffic!

Property was overgrown and barely walkable.
Tables and chairs were filthy, dead wood everywhere. Not safe for kids.
Coffee maker wasn't emptied. Owner gave us wrong code. House is old & needs work.

This was our last stop before heading home from a 3-week vacation, and it was just what we needed! The entire reservation process was smooth, Karen (the host) was extremely welcoming and friendly, and the setting was so peaceful with a river in the backyard. The house was perfect for two adults, with plenty of space in the kitchen, dining area, and living room. And a foosball game entertained us for an evening! Easy door code access and soft towels made it even more outstanding. :-) Karen, thanks for hosting us!

We easily checked in and had terrific communication with our host. She was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed, even provided a few extra little treats for us. We had some issues with cell phone service in the area but there was Wi-Fi at the home. The home is in a great location with just a short drive to Sequoia National Park.

The place has an adorable style with clean amenities and comfy couch and bed. We only stayed 1 day but it was such a sweet stay with the river just footsteps away in the backyard with a beautiful view of the mountains. I loved listening to the river rushing and watching the wild turkeys walking around in the backyard. The river was so calming to listen to and I think I had one of the best nights sleep I had had in a while. So beautiful! Karen was awesome and communicated so well with me and left me a sweet little gift from a local shop. For a one day experience it was a lovely experience. Thank you Karen !!

Very nice, great host! I would suggest a Keurig type coffee maker, or directions on how to make coffee using beans.
Loved hearing the raging river!
Great price and so much better than a motel!
Thank you!
