About this house rental
We are VRBO/HomeAway Premier Hosts since 2019. This is our newest property and our other reviews dont carry over to this home. This home is an extremely cozy, single family house that has 2 bedrooms a living room, dining room, den/sunroom, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a 2 stall garage. There is a large, private pool and spa on the screened lanai as well as a nicely landscaped, completely fenced-in large backyard. Its in a highly sought-after Old Florida neighborhood in the heart of South Fort Myers located just off of palm tree lined McGregor Blvd and is 11 miles from Fort Myers Beach and 17 miles from Sanibel Island. It is 5 miles to downtown Fort Myers and 16 miles to the SWFL International Airport. Shopping and many very close by with Publix, Target, Walmart, Malls and more just minutes away. There are 3 bicycles as well as beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach shelling tools and a beach cooler. *Approval needed before bringing pets.

We arrived Thursday night. Check in was super easy.We received a garage code the day of arrival. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was conveniently to close groceries and we found a great Italian restaurant just a little ways down the road. We throughly enjoyed our visit.

We went for the weekend at Ft Myers for the beaches after spending the week at Universal Studios. The kids loved the pool, the location was beautiful, and we fell in love with Ft Myers. The owners had everything we needed to go to the beaches and shelling- chairs, umbrella, scoops and sifters, towels, and coolers. They gave us ideas on where to find shark teeth and the best shells. We were really happy to have a washer and dryer to clean our things before flying home.
The house had many extras that we didn’t use but would if we stayed longer- basic cooking ingredients & supplies, small appliances, lots of dishes and pots/pans, extra linens, and printouts of local places and menus. They even have a mango tree out front and told my daughter she could pick some to eat (she was very excited about this, we don’t have mango trees in Missouri).
We had an issue with the water being turned off before we came but they came out quickly and resolved it. The house was older but very clean and had updates throughout, especially in the kitchen. We’d definitely stay again!

I Wouldn’t stay at this property if it were free. The owners controlled the Thermostat and would turn off the A/C at night. 😩😩

It was a nice house. Unfortunately for some reason there were quite a few flies and did 2 cockroaches. From owning property in Florida before I know that those things can be tough at times. But the location was good for me. The bedding and towels were very clean and it was overall a nice tidy home. I would stay again in the future.

We loved staying here - the house was adorable with what looked like a new nicely designed well-stocked kitchen with a window looking out thru an enclosed lanai to the backyard pool, which was well- maintained. The house is parallel to majestic McGregor Blvd near the Edison estate and one block from the river, plus a fabulous Alliance for the Arts museum less than a mile away, good biking in the neighborhood with designated bike lanes. We would definitely stay here again!

Jennifer and Byron were very very accommodating. We requested firewood for the fire pit since it was a little chilly and they didn't hesitate to provide some. They came over to swap out the cylinder for the gas grill too. Unfortunately, time got away from us for the 4 days we were there and didn't even use it. The house was perfect for our dog and a great, quiet and safe neighborhood for dog walks. The location couldn't have been better as it was a short drive to the beach and downtown and lots of restaurant options too. The house was a little outdated, but it was so perfect that it was easy to ignore. The bed was soooo comfy and the home was well stocked with amenities. We'd definitely stay here again. Thanks Jennifer and Byron for sharing your house with us.

Our three week stay here was nothing short of incredible! The home had all the amenities needed, a wonderful pool and hot tub, and the location was perfect! Jennifer and Byron addressed any concerns we had immediately! This is an A+ property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend here! The home is very clean, the lanai, and pools were outstanding, and communication with Jennifer was timely and very helpful! We travel to SW Florida and we would love to return! We strongly recommend!

We enjoyed spending December here. The house was clean and well stocked. The property managers responded promptly to any questions. The location was centrally located and it was easy to get to our favorite beaches, restaurants and shopping places. My dog loved walks in the neighborhood and chasing squirrels in the yard. The pool and hot tub worked well. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The home truly had everything we needed and more. The firepit was a nice place to sit after dinner. Relaxing in the hot tub was amazing. We would 100% stay here again. Very clean. Nice neighborhood

House was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Very clean. The only thing I would suggest is that they get an updated tv. The tv is old and very slow to load the apps. Not a deal breaker as we werent there much. I would stay here again.

We were really please ...our stay process was very smooth. The host always available if we need them. The place was very clean. Smells amaizing. Loved this home! We really enjoyed are time at this home. Wished we could stay longer! Very cozy and gave a great home feeling. Stocked perfectly with everything we needed. There wasn't one thing it didn't have! We will definitely be back next summer!

I had a great time with my wife and my two doggies, the pool is amazing and the fenced yard was great for my dogs, they had all kind of accessories to use fo make your vacations easier, the house was ready by 2:00pm they were very kind to allowed us to check in earlier. Thank you very much, I truly recommend it.

Everything was great! I only wish the hot tub would have been hot and have working jets. After long days of moving i wanted a spa to relieve my tired aching body. Otherwise this property was a great fit for our needs.

We loved staying here. It was everything we needed and more. We stayed all week for a Perfect Game Baseball Tournament and this house was in the perfect location. The longest drive to a baseball park was 30 mins, which is great with PG.
The pool and spa were great and used almost daily. No need to bring a thing!!!! Host were amazing and full of great advice for dinner or fun! If ever need, we would stay there again.

My wife and I stayed for five nights/six days. The pool was great and the house every comfortable. The master bedroom comfortable to move around in and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied. We spent most of our mornings and early afternoons at a beach then returned to the house to relax and swim in the pool. Definitely worth the price!

The home was better than the listing! It had everything that we needed and more for a week vacation. The check in process was very easy. The owner left very clear and easy instructions for what was needed to be done for checkout. The location of this house is great. The neighborhood is quiet. And the pool was one of the best parts of the rental. It was very clean and well maintained. This house will be our first choice to stay at again the next time we visit.

We had a great stay in this cute little house. The pool & spa were the best! Lots of amenities are provided to make your stay perfect. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful. We will definitely try to stay here again :)

Byron and Jennifer were truly the “super hosts”. So many good things to say: allowed us an early check in, answered all of my questions (and I had quite a few) in a timely manner, house was clean, had the little things that made it welcoming (couple of water bottles, coffee pods etc.) already there so that you didn’t have to rush out to buy anything right away. The house satisfied all of our needs. Great pool with a fenced in yard for our dog. We had an awesome time! The only downside was the house was close to a busy road and it took a while to get used to the sounds. That being said we would very go back!

This beautiful property had everything we needed and then some. Location was ideal to get to places. Property owners were extremely helpful with our questions. Definitely a plus and would highly recommend!
