Modern clean and good sized room. Breakfast area efficient well stocked and tasty
4.3
Excellent. I rested well after a long flight
4.3
Arrived late, left early, same helpful, smiling and engaging receptionist was on duty - excellent advert for the hotel.
Room was clean, comfy and roomy...we slept well for the five hours we had there. Breakfast was excellent.
4.3
The room was depressing and not relaxing.
The room lighting was harsh and unwelcoming. Either one uses all the room harsh ceiling spots (no zones), or use the spotlights at the bed. There was not room lamp, e.g.
The TV could not be rotated towards the (small) table and single chair, forcing to watch it from the bed.
The room door provided zero noise insulation to the corridor. It slammed, like all other room doors and clattered when somebody else used theirs in the corridor.
There is a small utility cabinet in the room itself (it seems a feature of UK hotels to annoy customers) with a door that didn't close shut, so it would wobble and make noise.
The bathroom was clean where it mattered, but as you can see from the pictures, the sink faucet was not. The toilet paper hanger was not level and the toilet roll would fall off when being used. The sanitary bag dispenser was empty (lucky I didn't need it).
As I left the following day, I found two glasses lying on the corridor floor and a bottle of soda, left there from the previous day. Two cleaning staff members passed me in the opposite direction, and didn't bother to pick them up. The carpet in the corridor had stains all over.
The only good thing was breakfast (included in the room price).
This place is good for one day if you have to take a connecting flight, but I wouldn't stay more than that. Maybe the other three hotels in the same area are a bit better and offer a more relaxing and less depressing room experience.
4.3
Hotel is only a maximum 5 mnute walk from arrival hall of Heathrow
4.3
Definitely recommend. Connected to the airport. Quick check in. Large comfortable room with lovely bathroom. Tea,coffee and kettle in room. Can't believe how quiet this hotel is considering how close it is to the airport. So quiet. Definitely come back.

The shower needed a deep clean on the wall tiles. Under the bed was an old water bottle & dust bunnies. The side table was not cleaned, sticky surface. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was good. Great view of runways. Dining good at night. Breakfast was exceptional with the buffet - amazing.
4.3
Great place to stay if you need an overnight stay at Heathrow. We stay here when traveling. Starting to show its age. We were in 508 on this trip. Found the bed a bit uncomfortable but everything else was fine.
4.3
The hotel is very convenient for early/late flights from Terminal 4 at Heathrow but that’s about it. We found the shower and carpet to be quite dirty, the dinner in the downstairs cafe highly overpriced and below average. On the plus side, the breakfast was very good. I’m afraid I would choose another hotel if I need to stay near the airport again.
4.3
The staff is so nice . She gave me a room when I arrive at 7am. Hotel is clean.
4.3
Booked a double room and given a twin, told we hadn’t booked a double. Found the paper work to show them I had, then they gave some kind of excuse that as it’s a 3rd party booking it doesn’t count and we get whatever room is available. We did get a double after a while but only as we were checking out early the next day
4.3
Asked for room with one bed, hotel gave me a double room which was like two twin beds. Shower grout had mold on entire wall Hotel doesn't have wash cloths.
4.3
Great stay. Right at T4 LHR. will be back
4.3
Perfect location, excellent room and good services. The male staff was helpful, he arranged our taxi to the airport as we must leave very early in the morning, and he also ordered 3 packed breakfast for us.
Just one minus, we checked out at 4am to catch our flight. We booked 3 packed lunches for the 3 of us, but female receptionist who was not friendly, no greeting no smiles, she gave us only one packed breakfast instead of 3. We were in rush and didn’t notice until we arrived in the airport. We have been using this hotel many times, we love the hotel, definitely perfect location and will be back.
4.3
For one night layover, my stay was satisfactory. Check in-out were easy. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is because the bathroom didn't have a electric outlet for hair dryer. Only had one says 'Shavers only'. I had to use the floor outlet and sitting on the floor to dry my hair.
4.3
This is the second time staying at this hotel on our transit through London. The staff was great and the room comfortable. It's convenient to get from any terminal at the airport and easy to get to the train to go downtown. Breakfast was delicious, the morning staff friendly and hardworking.
4.3
I needed a hotel with easy access for a wheelchair. The hotel did have a lift to the sea front but inside the hotel there where too many doors and also a door that had to be swiped with your key card to get to the room and to breakfast. There is no disabled parking. Parking is up a hill. You can stop outside the front of the hotel to get your disabled person in but then you park a distance away. Also parking is to be paid for by the hour or all day.
4.3
Very nice welcome and reception staff were very friendly, made our room ready sooner than check in time. Also they helped me to find the address for me and helped to check the Taxi and Uber distance and prices.
4.3
It was OK for a one night stay. Hotel very utilitarian, small rooms and beds were firm but comfortable. Long walk from arrival gate.
4.3
Great check in incredibly helpful even though they were very busy. Booked family room and second bed not made up reception sorted it immediately
4.3
Great place for layover stay, good price point
4.3
Very convenient and good value for money
4.3
the original room was dirty and bad wasn't made.
I went downstairs, they offered another room. it was better, but the shower wasn't working well.
4.3
Great location to catch a plane on Heathrow Terminal 4
Super easy to commute from Paddington station with the Elizabeth line and a 2 minute walk to the hotel and the terminal check in area. Absolutely would stay again in our next visit to London
4.3
Stayed her beginning & end of visit for convenience of airport location. Nice room, good breakfast options but the beds hard as a rock!
4.3
Great place to stay if you need to overnight at Heathrow. The walk from the hotel to departures takes minutes and you don’t have to go outside. The included breakfast had many great options. Also close to underground as well. Highly recommend.
4.3
The room was very tired. Carpet filthy. Very basic
4.3
Hotel fine after bad train tourney, staff friendly and seemed efficient but I went to reception at 7-45pm for some tea and milk housekeeping were to deliver but never showed breakfast is upgraded from previous stays
4.3
Clean, modern hotel with nice facilities, including a full breakfast buffet.
4.3
Quick overnight stay before a flight. Standard as expected from HIE.
A few options for dinner and a couple of places to get a drink and relax in the foyer.
Easy access from T4.
Really good stay
4.3
We arrived with 3 cases and hand luggage, they booked us into the smallest room and bathroom I have ever stayed in. It was on the fifth floor the furthest room away from the elevators. After booking in we were offered no bell hop help with our luggage.
We had a few drinks in the evening and a pizza and salad for dinner. The drink and food prices were extremely high. In the morning we phoned down to the front desk and ordered a bell hop to help us with our luggage. We also asked if it would be possible for the bell hop to take our luggage to terminal 4 which was only approx. 4 mins
away through the tunnel system. We were told that they would do it for 30 pounds. The breakfast was very good. My wife and I felt that the hotel personal gave no consideration to us as seniors. I believe that we were given the room in question because we booked through Hotels.com
Which has never happened before. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
4.3
I needed a place to stay for my overnight layover in London and this was the perfect hotel to spend the night. The free breakfast was great and the bed was very comfortable. Overall I am very happy with this stay.
4.3
You can't get much more straight forward then staying here. Great location and good service and breakfast inc!. The only negative was the bar service a little slow just to have a quick drink
4.3
Comfortable night before a flight, with easy check in and out and a good range of options at breakfast.
4.3
Ripped off in the bar.
Not only were the drinks and food expensive, they then added 12.5% service charge on top.
Complained about it and was told it was not reversible as I had swiped my card and it had gone through.
Very underhand way of dealing with customers,.
4.3
The hotel serves its function very well for an airport hotel.
If you land after midnight from another terminal that is not T4, you do have to pay for an Uber to take you to Terminal4/ the hotel.
The hotel has rooms that face the inwards of the hotel, so although you have a window, it’s towards the reception area. To me it felt extremely claustrophobic.
Breakfast is below average.
There was a TV but no remote.
Bed is comfortable.
Carpet needs better cleaning.
4.3
Heathrow, tube and hotel all connected by walkways. So very simple to have all the travel modes connected. Option for dining up to 10:30p when coming in late.
4.3
Convenient location. Facilities good.shower small.limited complimentaries provided eg tea, milk. Reasonably priced.
4.3
Rooms leave a lot to be desired, restaurant nearby hugely expensive, to be honest would look for alternative next time
4.3
Great hotel for anyone coming to or from Heathrow. Food is expensive but breakfast is free
