Cute and comfy!

Amazing little place! So convenient next to the station. Cute and characterful. Comfy and quiet room at the top of the house. Lovely bathroom. Very considerate and delicious breakfast! Would definitely stay again.

Visit to teddington

Location.was good to central London.

Parking was ok .but got a ticket cost £30 not impressed.becquse I missed out one detail.owner could of been a bit more hospitable.ie shoes of past the front door ok .until you have to go back and forwards unloading.was told chek out 10 pm on the dot .ok but check in is 4 pm think that leaves enough time to clean one room.and was informed room only ie the front room is for owner only. It's a shame nice place but found the owner. patronising.sometimes .

A peaceful getaway in a lively area. Hard not to relax and hard to be board!

The Breakfast was amazing, with good quality food and coffee. The area is safe and close to many attractions or just for good food and drink. Alex is understanding of your needs and simply wishes for you to enjoy your stay. I travel a lot, and I would come back and recommend this property

Superb

Location was great for Transport and Teddington. Despite being next to railway very peaceful. Clear instructions for arrival and accomodating our needs with check in time. Cosy room with great ensuite.Healthy breakfast and superb homemade sourdough.

The house was superbly clean and tidy, the bedroom was excellent. Great communication from Alex with lots of information. Delicious breakfast the following morning

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation was exactly what we needed in a great location. Alex was a wonderful host. The breakfast was great, with delicious home made bread. We hope to be back.

Excellent location, good value for money with friendly efficient host

Very good value for money and the property is in a brilliant location for access to public transport. The train station is a short stroll away. Alex is an excellent host - friendly and efficient, providing detailed instructions on how to get to the property. The accommodation is clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom and very quiet. A delicious continental breakfast was included and consisted of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, home-made bread and spreads. I would definitely stay again if coming to this part of London.

Welcoming and good value. Highly recommended.

Perfectly located for Teddington station to access central London easily, as well as many closer locations. Breakfast was exceptional, freshly baked bread, cereals, orange juice and yoghurt. Continental style but very filling. Room was good with a lovely en-suite bathroom. Everything was absolutely spotless. Alex was the perfect host, did I mention the freshly baked bread.

Not a negative for us but the room is an attic conversion up two flight of stairs. Could present a problem for anyone with mobility issues.

Perfect location, lovely home, welcoming host and would highly recommend.

Excellent location, lovely breakfast with home made fresh bread. Comfy bed, excellent shower and close to Wimbledon where we were going to the tennis. Alex the host was lovely. We would use Alex again.

We were unaware that the owner had cats, which wasn’t a problem to us however as my daughter has a cat allergy this should perhaps have been mentioned in the ‘blurb’

Locaction and breakfast are the highlights- ideal for a night or 2.

location, very clean and really tasty breakfast, easy communication with the host.

if you are light sleeper you might get disturbed by the train noises when the window is open in hotter months.

Location was excellent, so convenient to train station. Accomodation was so welcoming and comfortable, attention to detail was impeccable and a fabulous breakfast.Alex couldn't have done more for us.

A great find. comfortable with a fine breakfast. I would repeat the stay.

Comfortable, warm friendly home. Great bed and pillows. Host couldn’t be more helpful. Delicious homemade soda bread and marmalade. Good coffee. The Railway Inn 25 metres away is super as well. A pleasure.

A real home from home

Lovely comfortable accommodation in owner's home. Alix was the perfect hostess providing us with beautiful homemade bread, good information about the area and pleasant conversation. A real home from home.

Would definetely stay there again

Breakfast was very good with home made warm bread,fresh fruit ,cereal, orange juice and a choice of tea or coffee. The venue was ideally situated for the railway and a short walk to Teddington High St.

Liked everything about Old Station Gardens and the Station pub.for lunch/ dinner was an added bonus

Home away from home

This is a lovely place to stay. The room is in Alex’s house on the top floor, the room is spacious with a good bathroom. The room had everything we needed for an evening away and we will definitely recommend to our friends and family. Breakfast was a lovely touch in the morning with home baked bread!

Good position and easy access to various tourist sites. Very nice host and breakfast. Fresh coffee in the bedroom.

Pitch of the ceiling in the bedroom, but we are both quite tall.
