Within less than two miles of It's Five O'Clock Somewhere, you'll find restaurants, Wisp Resort, boat rentals, mini golf, and much more. Plus, the Garrett County Fairgrounds are right across the street giving you easy access to a variety of fun events and festivals.

Kick back on the sectional sofa to enjoy lake and ski slope views from the main level great room. You can watch TV or make plans for the day's itinerary. Fully equipped, the kitchen has everything you need to make big breakfasts, delicious dinners, or late-night snacks. You can share meals at the dining table, and there is extra seating at the breakfast bar. There is also a table and grill on the deck, if you want to dine outdoors.

Decorated with a good night's sleep in mind, the main level bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. You can rest up after an action-packed day on the slopes.

Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms have a bright and airy feel and have access to a full bathroom with tub. One is furnished with a king bed and the other has a queen bed. Both have desks so you can catch up on some emails before or after hitting the slopes. The bedrooms also have TVs so you can watch your favorite show at bedtime.

Head downstairs to the family room to warm up by the cozy gas fireplace to watch TV. You can play board games at the card table and keep your snacks and drinks handy at the wet bar with a mini fridge. A bedroom with a king bed and TV rounds out the sleeping quarters.

Wisp Resort is right around the corner offering four seasons of fun! Experience skiing, golf, snow tubing, the mountain coaster, disc golf, and much more. On top of the mountain, the Adventure Sports Center is home to white water rafting thrills on their man-made river.

This unit includes memberships to area state parks that are brimming with activities for every age and interest. Miles of hiking trails, sandy beaches for swimming, canoe rentals, cross country skiing and fishing are just a few ways to enjoy our public lands.

For exercise closer to home, also included with this unit are memberships to the Community Aquatic Recreation Complex (CARC), which is within walking distance. You can enjoy the indoor pool and fitness facilities during your stay.

I’ll start with the positive. We arrived early and were able to check in. The location of the condo was great. Lots of things to do all around. A nice walking trail across the street, which was great for our dog. The condo appeared clean, but more on that later. I had to talk with property management a lot the first day and Kendra was very responsive, but once we asked for a refund for just one day out of our four we heard nothing back. Why did we ask for a small refund? The house was not ready for us upon arrival. There was a massive bee nest on the stairway leading up to the front door. We are very lucky no one got stung as we didn’t see it until we were in the middle of all the bees. We called management and they quickly sent over maintenance to take care of it. Later, after returning from the lake we tried using the water and discovered there wasn’t any. I called Kendra and was initially told they couldn’t get someone there until 9am the following day. When I told her that was unacceptable because we need to use the bathroom, shower, cook, cleanup, etc she got a technician to come that evening. In the meantime, the the battery to the thermostat went low, so technician replaced that. However, the three story until got really hot, esp 3rd floor. We had to crank the ac down to make upstairs comfortable to sleep in, which made the basement freezing. We pulled out blankets from the closet and they smelled sour. It was use them or freeze. No boat slip, no twin beds in loft.
