About this house rental
Stylish family-friendly home in a peaceful and safe residential community within walking distance to playgrounds and parks. The home is on a peaceful street yet a close drive to shopping plaza. Only a 15 minute drive to Seattle, with convenient access to public transportation. You will feel at home in this bright and open three bedrooms space featuring a cozy living room with wood burning fireplace, a spacious dining room and a large deck for entertainment.
This is a single family home split into two separate apartments. This listing is the upper level - 3 bedroom, 1 bath with an office space, front yard & a spacious patio, but no washer/dryer. It does NOT include the lower level or the backyard.
**Home Higlights**
• Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, coffee & tea for all your cooking needs.
• All beds are outfitted with high quality mattresses and linens.
• Dedicated den with a large desk perfect for a work-cation.
• Sip your morning coffee in the Adirondack chairs in the big front yard or enjoy a delicious cookout on the spacious balcony with the BBQ grill.
• Plenty of parking on the driveway as well as in front of the house
**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• Guests staying in the lower level have a separate entrance and will not interfere/have access to the upper level. That being said, you may hear guests in the lower level.
• The lower level (VRBO ID 3616130) and Whole House (VRBO ID 3021128) are also available to rent.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Just exactly what we needed -beds were comfortable -nice big kitchen and very clean. We property manage million dollar estates -this was everything we could have asked for.

Extremely comfortable beds in all rooms! The kitchen had everything we needed, and the grill was very nice. No AC, but even with outside temps in the upper 80's the house stayed cool enough and fans were provided in every room. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby, and we were able to get to most downtown Seattle attractions in 30-40 minutes each day. Only 5 minutes to the Edmonds ferry terminal to Kingston.
