Clean but small, bathroom & shower room especially. Decent but not worth £109 per night. Looked more like a hostel than hotel.
3.4
Very clean hotel, great location
3.4
Very small room and bathroom, with no window. If you don't plan to spend much time in your room other than to sleep, it's a good hotel for the price.
3.4
Clean, warm, comfortable bed, private, efficient bathroom facilities. Comfortable bed and aTV. Minimum noise from outside my room.
3.4
Basic hotel, but clean and friendly staff, great location and great price within easy walking to the centre of Glasgow
3.4
Compact clean room - perfect for an overnight stay in the city close to city centre. Staff very friendly and welcoming! Great value!
3.4
I had no window, no table, no chair. I only had a bed. The room and the bathroom were tiny.
3.4
The man who checked us in was very friendly and nice. Of course, the rooms are tiny, but everything felt very nice and clean. So, for the price, I would make this trade off (and would prefer a clean room to a large one). I think that the walls could use a little more storage though (stayed at easyhotel in Dublin and they had more shelves near the bed which made life easier).
3.4
Our room was tiny and the bed was uncomfortable. We were also on the third floor and there was no working lift. Disappointing.
3.4
Should be a toilet brush in the bathroom,
3.4
A very nice stay. Simple, convenient and very friendly and helpful staff
3.4
I was really disappointed with my stay here. The lift was out of service, which was especially frustrating given the high price. With a minor leg injury, climbing stairs was a real struggle and made my stay much less enjoyable. For the cost, I expected better amenities. I wouldn’t recommend this property unless you can confirm everything is working properly.
3.4
Very basic room - only 1 towel to share - wet towel smell
3.4
Easy hotel is usually cheap and cheerful. Was not so cheap this time but was handy and clean. Probably a bit over priced this time for what you get. The prices seem to fluctuate a lot here depending on what's happening in the city.
3.4
Very basic & compact but was more than adequate for my requirements as a single traveller.
3.4
It was clean and kind staff
3.4
Pretty basic, minimal storage, no 2nd night stand, paper-thin walls, bed is pretty hard. Also shower curtain is a nightmare - you're supposed to slide the curtain through the curvy rail, but there are screws poking from the top of the railing, making it extremely difficult to close the shower.
As I said if you are looking basic stay in the room that you won't spend much time in, it's ok, as you'll save 20 quid a night. If you can afford those £20 extra, there are better hotels in better location
3.4
The rooms are for dwarfs
3.4
The hotel is barebones, but that is reflected in the price. It is about what I expected for the price (though we were assigned an accessible room, so there was more space than the average room). The room was mostly clean, though there was definitely the beginning of some mold in the bathroom. The area immediately around the hotel is a little shady, but you dont have to walk far to get the main areas.
If you are looking for cheap, you cant really get better, but you certainly aren't getting a memorable stay.
3.4
No bicycle racks.
3.4
Great location, really close to the train station, it was a convenient room size, just to sleep.
I would recommend to add another towel for the shower or a matt as the space becomes too slippery.
The lift wasnt working for all of our stay and made it difficult for my parent to climb the stairs.
3.4
Good location comfortable stay
3.4
This should be considered a micro hotel, or hostel. It is ok if you are in transit and need a room for 6 hours. While the facilities and staff were all good, the actual room itself felt like we were in a submarine. Tine room, tiny bathroom and nothing more. It was too small for two people with luggage. I probably wouldn’t stay here again, not because the place was bad, it is just the concept that doesn’t fit with my style of travel.
3.4
Small but comfy
3.4
Honestly if ihad paid 20 quid a night id accept the quality of this stay. However it was £140 booking. The rooms are too small, bathrooms too small and i have had more thickness in a slice of bread than i did in the pillows.
3.4
Everything you need for a reasonable price
3.4
Overall okay, clean room, parking nearby. Bed very firm and terrible pillows
3.4
Overall will never stay at this hotel ever again.
Positives to begin with:
Staff were absolutely lovely, able to borrow a iron and ironing board.
Room was clean
Negative:
Not made aware in the adverts that it was a box room with NO WINDOW!
Extremely poor sound proofing being woken multiple times through out the night from pipes, people moving about in other rooms, televisions and people coming back late at night.
Awoken by a couple having sex at 6am... when leaving the nose was actually coming from a room across the hall a few doors down. Don't think they were extremely loud just the sound proofing was soo poor
Room was like a jail cell, toilets are about the same size as a airplane's
3.4
Traveled to Glasgow for a concert, great location would definitely recommend
3.4
As long as it has a bed and 4 walls... I'm happy. Room was clean.... Small but I was happy with it. The only disappointment was there was no kettle(teabags, milk etc) in the room. I had a double bed, with 2 pillows. The Pillows were thin. Could of done with another 2 pillows. But other than that, it's plain and simple.
3.4
Room is small but all you need and was clean
3.4
Nice and central, but quiet. All the staff were lovely.
Wifi was poor and the bathroom floor was a slippery death trap when damp.
Apparently rooms do not get cleaned till after the fourth day. That was ok, but they needed to empty the tiny rubbish bins every day, or get bigger bins.
3.4
It was okay
3.4
The staff were very friendly. The room was great. The only downside, and why I did not give this a 5-star rating is because there was no way to control the heat. I can not sleep in a room of 24°C. When I enquired at reception, I was told that only the manager could control individual room heat and he/she was not on the premises. Another woman was at reception complaining that her room was too cold.
3.4
Yeah basic room for an overnight stay, you get what you pay for. It’s a small room with a small bathroom. Handy for bus station and rail stations.
3.4
stay was osm and the amount as well.
3.4
Very small room and shower. How two people could sleep in it can’t imagine!
3.4
Good location, clean compact and everything you need. It is basic but practical and staff were very accommodating
3.4
The bathroom had a smell of urine.
3.4
Very friendly modern style accommodation. Youth oriented and upbeat. Always felt welcome and very comfortable bed. Not much room or view but clean and private with bath.
