It was cheap, but it was not so clean. There was a someone’s underwear.
There is near the big bus station and the station.
I think it’s good for people who want cheap and accesse.

Close to Palermo Centrale station.

Inexpensive and good location to trains.

Wonderful place to stay in Palermo, especially if you need to stay close to the train station. Restaurants are few and far between, but the Trattoria Trapane is amazing & a must try. The Mondello beach is only 20 minutes away. We had the double room (rn #1), which was modern, clean and very nice. Highly recommend.

Smelly room. Had to have the windows opened to get some ventilation

The room was exactly as described. Small but clean and comfortable. Check-in staff spoke no English, but we muffled through perfectly fine.

Small spotless room, perfect for the railway station. Check in was easy and quick. Staff looked after the bags after checkout. Staff were friendly and if you just need the room for a short stay it’s perfect.

The room was clean but extremely small. The bed was comfortable. The 'free parking' was not always easy to find. Street parking on a very busy street. Breakfast is included, but at a little pastry shop across the street, very good though. A reasonably priced hotel if you really need to stay in the city.

I didn’t realize when booking, that this property is a casino. Due to a late flight, we did not arrive until 1AM. At 2 AM, a group began yelling and slamming around in the hallway outside our room and someone was screaming “help me! Help me! in terror. I spent several minutes trying to connect to the internet to find a number for the hotel desk or police, as I feared for the life of the person screaming in the hallway. I finally reached the police, but my scanty Italian was not sufficient to help him understand what was happening. By this time, it was about 3AM. The hallway was again quiet and I went back to bed. At 4 AM 4 police officers arrived with the hotel security to investigate. I got back to bed around 5AM and had to get up at 6:45 to catch a train. Needless to say, it was a terrible night! Although the proximity to the train station is very convenient, the property is clean and comfortable, the staff nice enough, and comes with delicious breakfast across the street, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone desiring sleep. I would give a negative rating if possible and recommend staying in a more calm area.

The room was tiny. The blurb promised a view but there was no window at all - just the sound of an air-con that went on all night

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the train station, and it was indeed very convenient. We should have read more closely - we were supposed to contact 24 hours in advance to work out check-in details. Despite this failure on our part, the gentlemen at the attached casino were very accommodating and ready for us, and checked us right in. The room was very clean and had some nice details, but was small even by European standards - I had to turn sideways to get past the bed into the bathroom, and sitting on the toilet my knees touched the vanity. There was also a bad smell that came when we turned on the bathroom fan, and the Wi-Fi was terrible. But the bed was comfortable, the location walkable to historic Palermo, and included breakfast was at Bacio Nero across the street, which was excellent. All in all, it was a decent place to stay (as long as we didn't turn on the fan).
