Excellent stay - beautiful accommodation and the house/museum well worth a visit. Located right in the centre of Jerez with great bars/restaurants around.

It is not often you get to stay in an actual palace… I would recommend: it was lovely! Room spacious, high ceilings, air con, antique furniture and the tour from the owner was really personal and informative! Pool area a bonus, free use of pool towels a nice touch too. Central Jerez within a stone’s throw with ample choice of bars and restaurants. Peaceful two night stay, would have liked a fridge in the room but all the other complimentary items were great and a really nice gesture

Perfect location for walking round the old city. Authentic Spanish palacio with tapestries, deer antlers and period furniture. No fuss check-in. Comfortable room. Window opened onto patio garden with lawn, trees and small swimming pool under lemon trees.

Our stay at the Palacio was outstanding, I’m so many ways. Our host thought of every detail possible to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable, and the town itself is charming. Don’t hesitate - book the room!

Close to everything.
But our shower room doors were old and completely stuck on the open position and Neighborgs around piping night and morning while we were trying to take a shower, bring it to the owner attention and his answer was very deceptive and Sind bother to come and check on the issue

It’s quite an awesome experience to be lodged in a palace setting with historical furnishings, yet with updated facilities.

Great property overall and very well located in town center.

From the moment you arrive to take in your surroundings and the courtesy of the owner, be in no doubt you have chosen wisely. A truly beautiful building decorated with some outstanding features and furnishings. The rooms are fantastic and the little touches like iced water/buns/ chocs give it a feel of a genuine welcome and a place which really cares about your stay.
The walled garden and pool are just show-stoppers. If you need to unwind, this is the place to do so. Just beware of the lemon tree discarding it's contents on your head as you swim underneath....

Absolutely the best location in Jerez just steps away from the center. Easy paid parking. The rooms were built for visiting
government officials about 100 years ago. The palace is much older and well worth a visit. The grounds are available to hotel guests but the actual palace must be seen by booking a tour.

The rating of “excellent” is really an insufficient description of the experience of staying in a palace that has been in the family for centuries. The location is perfect for visiting the many interesting sites in Jerez. Highly recommend this to other travelers.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. The museum was an added bonus. It had so much history that the owners shared with us. Each room was different and had its unique charm.

A unique and historic palace to spend a few days while in Jerez, a truly amazing place, we felt privileged to spend some time here. Asis was very welcoming and helpful and the location is fantastic, a short stroll from the Alcazar and Arenal Square & many superb dining options.

A magical, unique place in the heart of Jerez. An unforgettable experience to stay in a home that is so stylish and rich in history

Could not fault the location, and the gardens are a peaceful oasis in the center of the old town. All the amenities and attractions are literally on the doorstep. The Palacio is itself is a wonderful old building and the rooms superb with a comfortable bed. The owners were very nice and left numerous little treats and welcome gifts in the room which was a very nice touch.

I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
Room, gardens & pool fabulous.
Bed ultra comfy.
Made to feel really welcome.
I recommend the museum tour which is the other half of hotel.
We will definitely return.

Very different hotel, your staying in a13th century palace. This place although old is very well kept, an experience on itself. Very well situated with paid parking very near( worth booking online as you get a good discount) palace has a very nice garden and pool. Recommend you do the museum tour whilst there as it’s very interesting.

Not your typical hotel, but all the better for that. The ambience was quite special, giving the feeling of staying in a traditional palacio, and the gardens were a quiet oasis just a few seconds walk from the Alcazar and central square. Very good communications with the hotel - quickly and clearly responded to enquiries.

Lovely place to stay in this ancient city. Historical house, friendly owners, great art collection.

It is a very unique property in a great location in Jerez and felt like staying in a home. The finish of the decor in the room and bathroom lacked attention to detail.
Unfortunately when we stayed the museum area was being used for filming and we were unable to have a tour of the house, which was very disappointing.

We absolutely loved staying here! The house has so much charm and the staff was absolutely wonderful. The garden and pool area are stunning and it’s in a perfect location. It’s an old house and that comes with things like creaking floors or thin walls — but the sounds and lights were part of the charm of staying in a historic building and we really loved our stay overall.

The place is unique and full of history (we did the tour on arrival). The room we had (n3) was once occupied by the 6th count of the Andes. It gave onto the garden and had a magnificent double bed. The garden is calm and lovely. We also had a nespresso coffee machine with 4 pods and 2 muffins (also appreciated!).
The two brothers who share the palacio were very kind and professional and remembered us by first names. Communication prior to arrival was good and helpful.
We would definitely recommend this place and stay there again.
There was also a swimming pool, but we didn't have time to try it out.
