Photo shows much larger room than ours. Perhaps other rooms are larger. Very small bathroom. Bed was comfortable, but outside noise (lots of students at university) was terrible.

Lovely little place to stay in Pisa. Great location with just a 5-10 minute walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Breakfast at the nearby cafe was amazing and great to be included in the price. Can’t fault the room - clean, modern and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Highly recommend - thank you!

There is no reception and no staff on site. This property has three rooms and a communal area with tea and coffee making facilities. The staff is available via phone/whatsapp. It is clean and the room looked exactly like the photo. The location is great and the hotel only a few minutes walk from the leaning tower. Italian breakfast is available from a nearby coffee place. All rooms are on the ground floor and facing a small street with cars parking in front of the property. Unfortunately, I was woken up at night by a group of passersby.

We were provided with everything we needed for a most comfortable stay. The host was easy to work with and very accommodating. The location was close to everything we wanted to see. This place was beautiful and we will stay there again next time we visit Firenze. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

This was a very nice room in a good location. TV had You Tube, Netflix and much else. The rooms on the street side a little noisy at times but not a major problem. The early luggage drop off was most welcome as I could immediately procede to Pisa's main attractions.

Our stay here couldn't have beenore perfect for what we needed! We were arriving late (taxi only took about 15 mins costing 12 euro) and Louisa was so accommodating, messaging us and helping us. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable! There was a voucher for a pastry and coffee in a beautiful speciality coffee cafe which we were able to use for breakfast the next morning. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to Pisa for a short trip.

The property was in a good location. However, noise in the square midnight until 0600 when the street cleaners came by windows. Wi dows have no soundproofing, can hear every conversarion outside. That being said after a difficult checkin, somone had locked front door so keypad did not work, the room was cozy and comfortable. Small kitchen to share.

Lovely decorated room. Seems slightly bigger in pics but beautiful nonetheless. Great location close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, cathedral etc. Nice breakfast at a cafe round the corner.

This place is fabulous! Really central, nice breakfast very nearby. Comfiest bed I have slept in in a long time. Could have stayed there all day! Nicely designed rooms. Central and only a few mins walk from the tower.

We loved cozy rooms spotlessly clean and very pleasing on the eye. The location was perfect for getting around close to the tower and 15 min walk from the station and only a short drive from the airport.

Had a short but very cozy stay with LaLu! The guesthouse is very cute and has all the essentials. LaLu has great recommendations for what to do in Pisa. She set us up with a wine tasting at her friends restaurant that was also really great. Highly recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our short stay here. We only stayed one night, but wished it had been more. Luisa suggested a wonderful restaurant for us which we enjoyed. Just an over all nice place for the money. We would stay again on a return trip.

This guest house is in an old town-house that is full of character and which has been tastefully renovated and furnished. The street is centrally located but quiet at night, despite being adjacent to the beautiful historic buildings of the university. The landlady is friendly, helpful, and speaks fluent English.

We enjoyed the check in process. Luisa made it very pleasant and was extremely helpful. It is about 15 minutes walk from the central train station. Directly in the heart of town and minutes from the Leaning Tower.

At first I was concerned that there was no front desk ... however, the staff was very conscientious about meeting us for check in an providing information and orientation, so this was not a problem. Everything was clean and a little more spacious than many Italian accommodations. It is a 5 minute walk from the tower and 15 minutes from the train. ... and you can make coffee as often as you wish!

From start to finish Marta was the perfect host! So welcoming and helpful - even organised our very early taxi and kept me up to date. The room is in an ideal location and has everything you need for your stay. The air conditioning was a life saver! Highly recommend this beautiful B&B!!

The B and B was beautiful. I loved my room and the common area was also nice. The only complaint was it was VERY loud in the neighborhood. Loud Music and cheering we’re going on until 4AM.
