Very pretty. Comfortable beds. Nice pool.
The staff kept putting off our check in. First they said it would be ready at 2:30. Then they said that I could check back. This happened a few times. Finally got in there at 4:00. It’s better to not get people’s hopes up.

The rooms have been recently renovated and are very stylish. The bed was very comfortable and the coffee pods for the espresso machine was a delightful surprise.
Everything was fine.

Beautiful rooms and comfortable bed! Huge shower and I loved the tile. So comfy and relaxing!

Staff was outstanding - the lobby, checkin, bar/lounge area was awesome and very accommodating. Ezra went above and beyond to serve and help out our family. Great place - would stay there again.
Nothing really - pool area was a little small but that was not the purpose of our trip.

Breakfast was tasty, if limited. Certainly better by far than standard hotel breakfasts.
My wife was injured coming from the parking lot to the room walkway. With the exceptions of the stairs and the last parking place next to the steps down, every parking space has a heavy horizontal pipe that stops cars (and people). My wife tried to step from the unprotected parking space down but she fell onto the walkway. She bruised and cut her knees and elbows. Of course, she has recovered, but we think you should consider blocking that parking space from cars and people.

"Walk to Town" location was great! Room and beds were really comfortable and the many outdoor areas for seating were well thought out for having a swim or drinks near the fire pit. The combo bar, breakfast bar and checkin were well done.

We didn’t have the breakfast.

Rooms are lovely with balcony and a fireplace
Alittle far from town was the only downside

the soaking tub was the only nice thing about this "hotel"
This was my birthday trip and I thought I'm gonna have a wonderful time. Before coming to the hotel I asked for a quiet room away from the road and somebody rolled back to me saying that I will make sure I get one. I explained that it was my birthday. When I arrived in the "reception" which by the way is in a bar, the lady at the desk showed me my room on the map. I told her that it's on the side of the main road and I ask for a quiet room. She told me that unfortunately all the quiet rooms are already occupied. I was a little bit suspicious because the hotel looked very empty and I ask her where did these guys arrive. She said that they arrived the day before and earlier. I said okay well if I don't have any other choice… I went to the room and it was so loud! I was not able to stay in the room that loud, it was right next to a busy road. So I went back to the reception already quite angry that they didn't keep quiet room for me as promised. I told her that I don't want to stay in the hotel anymore. Only then she told me that she has one room on the quieter side. That she has been keeping for somebody else. Then she lied to me again, by saying that she didn't want to give it to me previously because this particular room did not have a balcony and because of that it was not the premium room. What?!? It was much better than what she offered me initially. But still, it was loud for me. The rooms are also very small. When I was trying to go to sleep I turned off all the lights and one of the lamps could not be turned off fully so you're sleeping with like a lamp that is lit on. They also don't have blackout curtains which is a nice feature for every hotel. This is more of a Motel than a hotel. It is not nice. The pictures are very misleading! But the worst part was the lady who lied to me and then she pretended that she cared about me.

Location. Clean. Bed.
Staff was a bit unfriendly.
They mistakenly charged my card $270 without an apology. Soaking tub only fits one uncomfortably. No complimentary items for breakfast.

Rooms were nicely appointed and the staff was very accommodating. This property has a hard time distinguishing itself from the Best Western it used to be and is on the same property. There is no porte cachere' at the Hilton; only at the Best Western. The sense of arrival at the Hilton is lacking but the do what they can with what they have. I will always see it as the upgraded side of the Best Western.
The pods in the parking lot. The lack of separation between the Best Western and the Hilton makes it hard for a guest to differentiate. Oh..... And the buildings are painted exactly the same!!! So confusing!

The location was perfectly convenient right off the freeway. Rooms were cute and cozy and the staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating. Special shoutouts to KARLA and TIFFANY because they were both AMAZING. LEGENDARY customer service from both of them. We showed up very late to a busy hotel, and they were able to secure a perfect room for us - it was a wonderful surprise for my wife and both Tiffany and Karla had amazing grace under pressure in a stressful situation. They were kind and generous and courteous - absolutely stellar service. Keep them at all costs and give them raises!
Nothing, everything was outstanding. No issues or complaints whatsoever.

The hotel was great!
My experience with Booking.com was not good. My first attempt to book another location in Healdsburg, CA was cancelled at the last minute due to a credit card issue...the site made me re-enter the card information but the site link did not work and I tried to contact Booking.com by using their support line. The person on the support line rebooked the location but I didn't receive an email from Booking to validate the reservation. I called back and the support line person connected me to the front desk of the location which after calling found out that they booked me at a Sonora, Texas motel. I cancelled that location but when I tried to get back to my original hotel they were fully booked. This all happened fourr days before my trip which caused much anxiety and frustration. Booking.com needs to improve it's reservation support line.

Towels were nice. Soaps and shampoo, etc. lovely. However nice things reduced due to lack of specific amenities that we booked for our special occasion.
We were very disappointed because the room we specifically reserved (and our confirmation said) room with spa bathtub and fireplace. We called the front desk and told them that we did not get what we were supposed to have in our room. It was my big birthday and we were looking forward to the spa tub as we brought bath bombs with us. Looking for a romance there! We were told that we did not book that kind of room. However our booking specifically states those amenities. We had only a shower. The fireplace was not working with the exception of a tiny flame almost impossible to see. They said it takes 15-20 minutes for the fireplace to work (we knew this was not true!) Of course, it did not work. Then they asked to send up the engineer. This was not an engineer except some young dude who said that this is all the fireplace does. Does he think I am stupid? I asked him to leave!!! Discouraged as to why we did not get what we booked. This should not be happening. They also said they could not swap out our room because they were totally booked. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE TWO THINGS WE BOOKED FOR THAT WERE ABSOLUTELY NOT PROVIDED IN OUR RESERVATIONS. Look it up. NOT THERE. We DEFINITELY WOULD NOT HAVE BOOKED THIS LOCATION IF WE KNEW WE WERE NOT GETTING WHAT WE PAID FOR!

The grounds were beautiful with various courtyards full of flowers and comfortable seating. Rooms were very clean with well designed furniture layout.
I was surprised about the parking fee, never have experienced such a charge.

Good location, the room was nice, bathroom was big. Friendly staff. Beautiful setting. Nice wine/beer bar.
The pull out sofa bed, did not have sheets, we had to ask for them and they took a long time. So went down to them, had to make our own bed. When we checked in there was not one to help with luggage to our room. Also the elevator stopped working and one person in our group needed to take the elevator. The staff worked with us and we appreciated the free taste of wine while we waited for the elevator.

Breakfast was yummy.
Just one thing...There was a constant humming from air Conditioner or something.

This is an older Best Western that was renovated by Hilton and definitely updated. The room has a fireplace, a king bed, a sitting area with sofa and coffee table, a huge shower and nice bathroom, and a little outdoor sitting area. It was so quiet and SUCH a comfortable bed. The front desk staff was quite friendly, too. Also -- they have many outdoor areas for sipping wine, or relaxing in the sun, and hanging with your friends between activities.
We will definitely stay here again!!
They have simple food options, so you do need to go elsewhere for a full-on dinner, but we were planning that anyway. Really, not much that we didn't like!!

our room was quiet, clean, large bathroom with a nice shower, and best of all, had a very comfortable bed (one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on). The location is convenient for going into the town of Healdsburg (we drove).
the breakfast options were minimal.

see above plus it was quiet
see above, no complaints and I will definitely recommend to friends

Very pretty property!! Very elegant. The front desk person was so nice and welcoming. She made me the yummiest vanilla latte. The room was very nice with a fireplace and patio. The property has a nice pool and hot tub. It is close to our favorite bakery / breakfast place in Healdsburg.
4.5
Small, lovely amenities, easy walking access to the town.
For as nice and expensive as it is, there was no soap or shower gel in our shower. They also use the cheapest toilet paper there is. These are minor issues, overall, but annoying.

The place was beautiful. The rooms were beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the shower was fantastic.
My only complaint was the guest in the room above us was very loud, walking back and forth and dropping something on the floor over and over between 11:00 and 11:45 pm. I contacted the front desk and the noise stopped.
3.0
Good location, nice grounds and room.
breakfast foods not good and way over priced. For this property you should not be charging for parking, seems greedy. The Hotel on same grounds does not charge for parking so if hotel next door is completely booked there is no guarantee you would get a parking spot.

The hot tub by our room was freezing cold. Not working.
Went to the other hot tub by the pool. Towel not stocked and the hot tub was full of dirt at the bottom.
I was told over the phone that breakfast was for diamond members only. Is that correct?
Headboards move everyone I would move. They need to be mounted to the wall or something.
3.5
It was in a great location and felt it was fairly priced, and the bed was extremely comfortable.
The shower did not get hot one of the two mornings there.
