The location, room features, friendly staff, and a good breakfast make Hotel Trio, a winner. friendly staff, and a

Spacious room and pretty good breakfast. I like having the kitchenette in particular.

Some noise does infiltrate the room from outside and other rooms. They only clean the rooms every other day unless you ask in which case they might clean your room more often. The toiletries in the bathroom are rather sparse.

Spacious, comfortable accommodations!

Excellent, clean accommodations centrally located in Healdsburg to enjoy wine country. Large, spacious rooms with kitchenette. Love the offerings such as complimentary breakfast and wine glasses in the hotel bar. Very good service and thoughtful staff.

Expensive additional parking charge.

The fees advertised on booking were a bit higher at property? Bill with parking and other fees added about 30$ to an already high mid week price

Relaxing and close to the wineries we like

Well equipped kitchen and nice shower. The bed was comfortable - nice pool - the breakfast was good

Stayed here a week ago and had a negative experience. This time was much better. Staff is excellent.

Good overnight spot near downtown

Hotel on outskirts of downtown with nice central patio and pool area. Rooms include kitchen and sitting area. Less pricey than hotels right downtown due to location a bit farther away but still within walking distance of cafes, restaurants and downtown. Hotel was full of families and kids going to sporting events in the area.

Perfect stay

Location was great. Very clean. Breakfast was very good and refreshed regularly. There is a trail fight next to the hotel for biking, walking, etc. Grocery store is right across the street. Rose’ the room service robot was really neat!

Nice place!

The room was spacious. The front desk lady was really helpful in suggesting things to do and with the vineyard coupons.I liked the $15 wine credit!

Breakfast could be better. But not too bad.

Great location and place to explore area.

I appreciated the minimalist decor, the cleanliness throughout hotel and helpful staff. Breakfast offered was complete--good variety--coffee better than most. Felt safe around area, easy walk to Healdsburg Square and, another plus, a superior grocery store just across street for picnic items.

Lots of hotel and City fees attached to base hotel cost.

Great value hotel with shuttle into downtown Healdsburg

great room for a family, complimentary breakfast and a bottle of wine welcome gift was a nice surprise too. really friendly and helpful staff helped create a relaxing atmosphere.

although perfectly adequate the pool could have been improved with umbrellas, planting and landscaping. it was a little stark and functional compared to others.

Exemplary facility and staff. A less good value because of all the additional fees.

Breakfast was excellent. There is an inordinate number of fees added at this hotel for parking, registration, destination fee, etc. etc. etc. My bill which started out at $209 ended up being almost 240, and the original bill included nearly thirty dollars of added charges. This facility was exceptional - we had a spacious, thoroughly equipped room with many special amenities.

The rooms are awesome. Cute little studios with a full kitchen and more affordable than renting a house. Plus they let you stay 1 night which house rentals don’t do. The room was comfortable and spacious.

Lovely location, hot rooms.

Beautiful property and location.

Our AC in the room did not work and the room was hot. Called the front desk and they said they would call maintenance and call us back, and never did. We sweat all through the night.

I stayed for under 60 minutes. Parties on both sides of room made even waking hours irritating.

The hotel is great. Open layout, many amenities. 2 elevators Very close to a gourmet market and 101

Parking is so-so. They do not respond to noise/party complaints. Manager does not return calls. I had to resort to disputing the charge with Chase.

FUN, practical, everything you need.

amenities to the max, check out is 12pm, they upgraded us to a top floor with a balcony without me even asking, parking included, shuttle to downtown and bikes if needed, rooms have everything you need- and ROSE the robot! make sure you order ice from her! what a lovely stay.

the barn door bathrooms. and maybe farther from downtown but they have shuttles for that so it was amazing.

A very, very nice place.

Check-in process was flawless. We were made to feel very welcome and after a long drive this was greatly appreciated. The room was quite large and very clean.
