Everything, the place was stunning, location beautiful, host exceptional. Absolutely nothing to moan about, will be back definitely. Awesome experience and worth every cent.
Cannot say there was anything. Wifi signal weak, but we in the bush that is what is expected and should not be on phones, suppose to relax and enjoy the Company and surroundings

Very cosy cottage, log fire stove and comfy living space.
The farm shop on site was amazing a great place for children to play and let off steam.
The host was very helpful and friendly.
Really enjoyed our short stay.

It was the small touches added to the "treehouse" accommodation that I loved. The heated towel rail, bottle of wine (that we didnt make use of) but what a superb welcome. Sufficient tea and coffee, the comfy outdoor patio furniture. It was a lovely experience to be amongst the trees. The farm is a delightful place with springbuck, donkeys, horses, black swans roaming around . The workshops where obviously the owner loves tinkering and rebuilding vintage cars was a pleasure to see. All in all a fabulous experience :)
Accessibility onto the property after hours was our only challenge. Fortunately I phoned and they were waiting for us. We had used the wrong entrance gate.

I liked the location of the cottage we used. It felt secluded and all the appliances and kitchen area were nice and modern. Lots of cupboard space. Nice seating area outside at the entrance. I was glad to be able to contact the manager and he would answer every time.
The fridge had not been cleared after the previous guests and the shower still had some toiletries that must have been left by previous guests. The wifi did not work but I think there was damage to the network cable. Brian did his best to resolve the issue which I appreciated. The cell signal (at least for vodacom) is not great but is just enough to get SMS and WhatsApp messages. The upstairs balcony would really benefit from a little roof or even an umbrella.

absolutely worth every penny! loved the fact that we were away from traffic and the very day huddle of life! it was meant to be a couple of days complete rest from everything and it was that and more! the facility was well maintained and comfortable and had everything we needed! although there was power outages with load shedding we did not mind because we wanted the break and staff provided us with candles when the load shedding occurred. we were given as much firewood as we wanted and basically had a fire going for almost 3 days straight! that was amazing to have! they did not advertise falsely and we knew what we were booking and got just that!!

A perfect retreat tucked into a secluded forest. Its an eclectic mix of retro and new decor, great food at the restaurant and well situated for local site seeing
Being a farm you have to accept theres a lot of junk that is lying around that spoils the natural setting

It's a coxy stay for a romantic weekend
The stairs are to high between each other. If you need the bathroom, you need to go downstairs. There are no TV's for relaxing. Just candles for loadshedding.

The peace and tranquility, waking up to the sound of the different birds.
