The location was beautiful, loads of wallabies and kangaroos which was amazing, close to the main road and the local town was only 10/15 minutes so you really couldn’t complain.
We arrived late at night and really struggled identified was road and what was just dirt made from a car before us. The general cleanliness of the property was really what lost all its points. The cups were dirty with paint marks at the bottom from previous guests, the bathroom had a shower curtain as a blind with a few holes next to the bath tub from water damage and the toilet space had an infestation of dead bugs from a spider whim had laid eggs above the dirty door frame which had clearly not been wiped, ever….
Small touches could have made this trip far more value for money, a nespresso coffee machine with no coffee pods, stale raw sugar in sachets, minimal amount of instant coffee for two adults who stayed two nights.

I booked a cottage on 16/10/2023 to spend the weekend for my niece’s wedding with other family members. I paid $1233.60 and received tax invoice for that amount on 17/10/2023. I received confirmation of my booking. However, on the day of my arrival, my accommodation was switched without my consent to Huskinson Villas. The whole point of booking at Worrowing was to have time with family and to not have to worry about transport to and from the venue. I was robbed of both of those privileges, causing me great stress on what should have been Avery precious occasion. I also notice that the cost of the Villas was half the price of what I paid. I therefore believe I am owed a refund of $612.60, not to mention the cost of transport. I cannot believe that the switching of accommodation is acceptable practice and am devastated at this outcome
I didn’t get to stay there

loved absolutely everything
4.0
Great location. Very central, to the shops, town square and beach.
The pillows in the room were very uncomfortable
5.0
Tranquility, location and proximity to shops, as well as, jervis Bay national parks.

the uniqueness was what did it for me, loved overlooking the water, was so peaceful.
2.0
Proximity to the beach
The pillows were flat, the heater was noisy, there was black mould on the windows and door frames, the room was very small and damp. The price was a lot for what you got. The driveway very narrow for parking. The television reception was patchy.
4.0
Location, staff, location- peace & quiet yet close to everything
Cleanliness- kitchen utensils in particular were not clean.
No mirror. If you wear contacts remember to bring a portable mirror

excellent location
not enough heating , the property is extremely cold during winter

Close to the beach and games area in the garage was lots of fun for the kids.
The house was freezing and lacking sufficient heating
2.5
Very expensive backyard bungalow
4.0
The nature surrounding
The bed(double) is a bit small for us. A bedside table with lamp for night reading would be nice.
The price (over $500 per night is relatively pricey)

The location was beautiful, and the cabins were very well looked after and clean.
We stayed in the beach front cabin and it felt like we were sleeping in someone else’s backyard. We could hear the conversations of those who were staying the the other rooms. Terrible mobile service there and the wifi doesn’t work at all, nor does their TV which was a little disappointing.
3.5
cleanliness of room, modern furnishings and finishes, serenity, location and setting of room, privacy to general public.
Staff interaction was none, upon checkin staff stayed inside reception and did not greet us upon arrival, TV was subpar and not adequately set up to connect to devices or wifi. No direct parking in front of room, list of room requirements upon checkout made me feel as though I was cleaning the room on their behalf, not worth the price paid during peak period. list of items supplied with no adequate resolution to acquire supplies other than to spend my own money to buy housekeeping items which should be supplied should I run out instead informing me to go to service station to re-stock.

it has a good view and kids love the kangaroo, privacy is ok.
There is no washing machine and dryer, especially when we back from the beach,, we were exhausted but still need to wash the clothes by hands. BBQ facility is not great. not sure is a/c there or not.
