Schöner Aufenthalt, gerne wieder

Gepflegt und sauber, reichhaltiges sehr gutes Frühstück, Außenbereich mit Terrasse und kleinen Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kids (Trampolin und Gummiertes Minigolf).

Am Abreisetag war in der gesamten Unterkunft kein Wasser vorhanden, scheinbar gab es Probleme mit der städtischen Wasserversorgung. Etwas weit weg von der Innenstadt; jedoch mit der Strasenbahn sehr gut erreichbar.

Freundlichkeit des Personals, Frühstück

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war nicht optimal. Staub wischen erwartet man eigentlich täglich. Im konkreten Fall war bei Anreise schon bzw. noch viel Staub zu sehen. Die Parkgebühren für einen Stellplatz im Freien mit 16 € pro Tag sind deutlich zu hoch.

- nová (rekonstruovaná) budova (bydleli jsme mimo hlavní objekt, v budově D2) - novotou vonící interiér i vybavení pokoje - prostorná koupelna s WC - dostatečně pestrá snídaně - dobrý dojezd MHD - drobné venkovní zázemí pro děti (trampolína, apod.) - restaurace v hotelu - kapslový kávovar na pokoji s doplňováním kapslí během pobytu - možnost uvařit si čaj na pokoji

Celkově na mě hotel působil velmi příjemně. Nenapadá mě nic, co by se mi nelíbilo.

Bardzo komfortowe pokoje, bardzo czyste i nowoczesne. Wszystko jest codziennie uzupelniane i wymieniane jesli jest taka potrzeba. Panie pokojowe sa bardzo mile, zawsze sie usmiechaja, robia wspaniala prace.

Recepcja moglaby ubierac usmiech jak rozmawia z gościem- to jest jedyny minus- wskazówka.

Wonderful stay

Breakfast is amazing! Room is very comfortable and nice! Everything was clean. I have been to other hotels in Prague in the city center with the comparable price but this one was far better! Not comparable at all! It is very convenient to get to the city center, and we actually enjoyed that it is a little bit away from the center so we could relax and have a feeling of enjoying the atmosphere. There is a forest and you can walk there and enjoy birds singing anytime during the day.

There was some dust inside the cups inside the room so we wash them before using, it was not a big deal, just some notes for future improvement.

Für einen Städtetrip ist das Hotel hervorragend geeignet.

Das Hotel war ausgesprochen sauber und das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Die Parkplatzsituation war auch super.

Gerne wieder

Frühstück ist auf jedenfall besser geworden. Gegen 7/7:15Uhr hat man auch viel Ruhe! Großer Bildschirm, Kühlschrank und Safe im Zimmer. Freundliches Personal.

Es sind gerade Bauarbeiten an einem der Häuserblocks, die arbeiten starten pünktlich 7 Uhr (Außer am Sonntag). Das nervte schon, muss aber auch mal gemacht werden! Die Matratze vom Bett war schon etwas durchgelegen. Duschekabine ist groß genug, aber das Badezimmer war sehr eng. Es gab einen extra kleinen Raum mit WC - aber nur kaltes Wasser zum Händewaschen! Parkplätze waren durch die Umbauten etwas knapp und kosten immernoch zuviel (ich glaube umgerechnet 15€ die Nacht)

Excelenta vacanta in Praga

The hotel is very comfortable, clean, varied breakfast, very easy to reach from the airport and vice versa, but also to all the tourist attractions. They have a luggage room, which helps a lot.

Decent stay

Hotel was clean and neat. Despite the busy breakfast room, I was positively surprised to find quite a few fruit and vegetable options for breakfast, suitable for vegans. A non-dairy milk would make things even friendlier.

I personally didn't mind, but please let it be noted that the hotel is located on a hill. If you plan to take public transportation, there are a lot of stairs to go down/up to from the tram station.

everything was great. starting from kind staff on the reception and ending with the breakfast. room was well planned even 4 people were feeling not tight. welcome water in the room. 2 different size of pillow. love it!

The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable.

The receptionist gave me the key but forgot to check me in and they only checked me in when I checked out in the morning. The receptionist told me I could charge the diner to my room but I had to pay for the diner directly at the restaurant. I asked him if I would have a massage and he said no without even checking. Besides all this the pillows in the roo were too soft.

all in all it was fine, except for the drilling part..

The staff was very attentive and friendly and the cleaning services were amazing and super fast! Breakfast was a solid 8, the location was perfect and in general this hotel is a good value for money. :)

The negative was that the last few days of our stay there was some drilling and digging and knocking outside our window as early as 8 in the morning. We never gotten any heads-up about the situation so the last days we were woken up harshly and sudden. Could have been handled better..
