Overpriced bad smelling hotel in central location

1. Nice area, close to Hyde Park 2. Very close to major train and subway station (Paddington) 3. Stores nearby open until late

1. Extreme sewer smell coming from the bathroom. I checked into the room, left my stuff and went out for 4 hours or so. When I came back the whole room smelled terribly with sewer smell coming from the bathroom. 2. You can hear noise from outside. 3. It’s very overpriced for what it is…

Joli petit hotel, bien entretenu, bien décoré dans un tres joli bâtiment et un beau quartier.

Hotel bien situé , bien entretenu , personnel tres aimable , jolie chambre, déco soignée. Proximité de la gare . Beau quartier

La salle du petit déjeuner est un peu sous dimensionnée et le petit déjeuner assez simple .

Perfecto cuanto a ubicación y relación calidad-precio.

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la parada de metro de Paddington con buena combinación para ir al aeropuerto de Heathrow. Instalaciones limpias, desayuno muy correcto y personal muy atento y amable.

La habitación resulta algo pequeña pero suficiente para un viaje de tres - cuatro días con maletas de cabina. El colchón es muy blando y la ropa de cama queda algo justa.

Seul point noir de notre séjour = hôtel !

Localisation de l'hôtel (proche du métro et du centre ville) ... et c'est tout !

Chambre très petite, pas en très bon état (châssis de fenêtre) et peu équipée ... ! Salle trop petite pour le petit déjeuner (temps d'attente et nécessité de manger rapidement ... !)

Lovely staff. Good location: Good breakfast . Very clean and would stay again

Breakfast good for continental. Toaster was rubbish . But overall nice breakfast

Bed was uncomfortable. Room dot hot as could not open window. Glad there was a fan. Light switch to close to bed. Switched on with head in the middle of the night . Bathroom door very see through and didn’t leave much to the imagination

Great location, staff were really lovely and helpful, we managed to check in early which was a massive help. The room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Unfortunately it was a really hot day and there is no air con in the rooms and the room was very small meaning it was extremely hot, they did however provide a fan.

Breakfast was basic but also cheap for a hotel breakfast. It suited my requirements on a work day.

Double bed a little small for 2 but I am used to King. Was perfect for one!

Location

Small (too short), uncomfortable bed; broken shower door; window that cannot be closed; curtains that didn't fit, so a lot of light pollution; noise from traffic and passers-by. Basically, the room didn't match the quality shown on the Booking.com site

For the price paid, it was fine, but smell was awful.

Location was great, check in/out was easy. Towels replaced each day and bed made too.

Room was right next to elevator, usually not a problem but very poor soundproofing and old elevator meant that the whirring/clanking noise was very loud in the room. Would wake me up at times. The room also smelt very strange (sulphur/rotten smell) so the window was kept open the whole time. Fine for summer but if it was cold this would have been rubbish! Bathroom door doesn’t close (swings open on hinges) and no lock so if I was sharing a room this would have been a huge problem.

Friendly staff , the facilities are all good for the price.

The toilet was extremely smelly, not sure if its on any plumbing issues . Shower’s water pressure is lil bad and shower door is terribly hard to close 🥲. Room 31!

The staffs are so unprofessional and uneducated (Please train your staffs some customers service ). they score zero in that department. especially the Indian or Pak lad who doesn’t know the job he is doing . Room and bedsheets smells .

Ideal location with very helpful reception staff.

Front desk reception was very obliging and most happy and helpful…breakfasts were more than adequate. A great location for us. Railway station, Hyde Park all very accessible. Would recommend to fellow Aussies wanting similar experiences to our own.

front desk were asked to book a taxi for 4 am to the international airport. But they booked an expensive private hire car who required cash, disadvantage of withdrawal fee and leftover pounds when leaving the country. also noisy.
