Instalaciones anticuadas.

Stanza grande e luminosa a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro Botin. Stanza con arredamento datato ma comunque pulita.
Non c'è aria condizionata in stanza ma solo un ventilatore a soffitto. Bagno condiviso piccolo e vecchio.

The lady was very nice and the room was super clean.
It was a lot of money for a pension.

Great location in Santander right beside a central market, with a very nice hostess. The place is clean and comfortable, but the showers in the rooms are a bit weird, just be sure you're comfortable with whoever you're sharing with.

The Receptionist is a great person.
The situation is at the city centre of Santander.
I've got a problem with the lift.
The building has got a good one. The Hostel is at
the first floor.
Nevertheless Casa Botín hasn't been allowed to
use the "ascensor" by the building community.

Clean and comfortable, basic as you would expect at the price. Very friendly staff.

the neighbours were nice and let us park our bikes downstairs
the owner was miserable - turned the hot water off so we could have a hot shower and told us not to park our bikes downstairs because of the neighbours when the neighbours were quite happy for us to leave them there

The location is very central, there was no problem to leave my luggage several hours before check-in. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
The room was a bit noisy from the side of the street. The lights on the corridor are activated by motion and sometimes you might bump into the furniture before the light turns on.

The shower is inside rhe the bedroom

Great location, clean, good bed. Could leave bag before and after check in no problem. Fact of shared toilet is OK, shower in the room good idea

We loved this little hotel in the centre of Santander. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, with loads of personal touches. Irene is so welcoming, we felt right at home. Good location next to the Mercado and close to restaurants and bars. Great value for money. We'll be back!

I was worried that it would be dirty and feel unsafe. Completely the opposite. Very clean and very safe. Packs it all in for the money. It is an odd interior but it adds to the charm. You need cultural differences when traveling. I’d stay here again. We had two rooms. Us adults grabbed the one with the balcony overlooking the market. The market is amazing! Breakfast then shopping then lunch then shopping. Delicious food for all types.
The lady from the hotel was so kind and friendly. I would recommend it.
Can’t think of anything.
